A ways back, I tried to piece together articles on their time in AK and in transit to/from. I hope the links to the articles are still good.

OH Pike County: 8 in Rhoden Family Murdered Over Custody Issue 4 Members Wagner Family Arrested#46

Also, they sold the Peterson farm and closed the sale on 3/17/2017. From 3/17/17 until they moved into the AK rental (about 6/21/2017) where were they??? That's about 3 months of time. Assume they were at a Day's Inn in Jackson (no state mentioned) just before the 6/8/2017 trash pull for at least a couple days.

JMO, MOO, I think after 3/17/2017 they were staying on FWF property. I'm assuming they were also keeping the trailers and trucks there. JW must have suspected there might be a search coming at the FWF, and that's why JW moved their trucks and trailers to the 41 property where he thought they would go unnoticed.

No problem. Let me know if something needs to be added, especially to that section pertaining to the time they left Ohio until they returned. It's still a "gray area", JMO. We will probably learn more as the cases move to trial or if someone takes a plea agreement.

I think we'll know a little more after the defense attorneys have all had a chance to review the discovery from the latest FWF searches.

PS - My initial attempt in the research above was to put together a W4 timeline after they sold the Peterson property. Notice after that old post I was never able to cobble together that timeline. There was inconsistent and spotty MSM reporting during that time.

As I reread it reminded me of one of Dewines comments referring to the agencies involved in the investigation.

AW and JW joined a Social Media site (between 3/17 and 6/21) to defend themselves too.

It would be nice to know what prompted them to post comments one year after the murders. jmo.

As I looked back today at all that has taken place, Bruce Dailey seems to play a major, major part. He was Jake Wagner's attorney in the custody battle wit Hanna. He is as also related or associated with Roysters and Gormans. Google is my friend. Don't know if this is relevant to the murders and Wagners or not..

I am not convinced that HR or her family knew about BD. Did the R's have their own lawyer?

IMO the R's were aware of the Texas forms but they may have thought the W's printed those from the internet.

Can LE subpoena any of BD's/W's records (since he is attorney)?

For reference, Brad Concklin, the Wagner's AK neighbor, saw them moving in down the road in late June 2017.

A Kenai-area man, Brad Conklin, said the Wagners recently moved in nearby. He stopped by to warn them of bears in the area, he said.
