Right! But what a coincidence JM's "muffler " falls off after a tracker is put on! I know your joking about the muffler.Well when the muffler decides to fall off, it just does, no appointments, no delivery date, just bump and there it is.
Remember one of the dogs had a device on it? I'm sure I recall that as being true as stated by LE or MSM. Bugs everywhere!
As for devices on the dogs I don't think it's realistic the dogs were walking around with security devices on them, the way the statement is written can be taken the wrong way:
"They also studied counter-surveillance devices on the properties, including pets, and tampered with phones; cameras; and parts of a home security system.. "
I interpret this to mean they studied the Rhoden's surveillance devices and also studied the dogs, the dogs were there to help the Rhodens with security. Like how many, where they were, how to get past them etc... I don't get how they stopped them barking unless the barking did not have time to wake them.
On a side note:
I was rereading the part of them buying these things:
..The Wagners bought ammunition, a magazine clip, brass catchers and a bug detector to prepare for the crimes, according to the indictments... "
The ammunition would be the cartridges that hold the bullets so the Wagners bought cartridges at Wallmart and BCI would know exactly what type.
I wonder if the forensics done on the gun shot residue and the bullets will tie into the cartridges they bought. Even without cartridges being left behind the residue and bullets are left behind.The cartridges they bought could be the actual ones they shot.
Gun Shot Residue Testing - Is it Still a Viable Form of Physical Evidence?
A modern cartridge consists of the following:
1. bullet, as the projectile;
2. case, which holds all parts together;
3. propellant, for example gunpowder or cordite;
4. rim, which provides the extractor on the firearm a place to grip the casing to remove it from the chamber once fired;
5. primer, which ignites the propellant.
