Actually, there are charges in th Wags indictments that apply to the silencers. In Ohio they are still illegal.
I wasn't sure about Ohio, but it is legal to own a silencer in Oklahoma. I know each state is different.
Thank you Loomis, according to the NFA it is not illegal to own a silencer there is tax and restrictions. I am assuming the Wag4 violated the restrictions and tax.

Per NFA "Currently the National Firearms Act imposes an excise tax and registration requirements on narrow categories of firearms, including machine guns, short-barreled shotguns or rifles, and silencers".

I talked to the Pike County Probate Court Clerk today and she checked on it and said as of now the 4 Wagners are all scheduled to be in court in person for their hearings. Hopefully this won't change. They try to implement or encourage social distancing.

Maybe we will finally get to see what the W’s look like in masks. Wonder if they’ll wear the same ones they used to commit these crimes

Better question:

Will we get to see Angela in civilian clothing?

Angela Wagner's husband and sons have successfully asked the court to allow them to dress in street clothes during court appearances. For whatever reason, Angela Wagner has been wearing jail clothes to court even though judge Deering specified that she can wear her own clothes.

She also looks like it’s the end of the world when she comes out during the pre-trials at first she was all smiles like little Jake but not lately? JMO

It will be interesting to see their demeanor in the next hearings. They surely see the writing on the wall by know, unless their attorneys are not telling them how it is...

I say the W’s are very used to the jail life now (I heard after 30 days it becomes easy).. they prolly don’t even care what happens with these trials they are content with living in jail moo

I seriously doubt that.

Maybe you should try it for 30 days and then give us your opinion.
