None of the defendants are allowed to talk to Fred she would have to go through their attorneys. I think people attribute too much power to Fred just because she owns some successful businesses and a lot of property.

What is Fred going to do? Call up Billy's attorneys and tell them they have to file a bond motion? No, Fred is not calling any shots, the defense lawyers call all the shots. It was Fred's lawyer orchestrating her short video clips and telling her what to say not the other way around. Fred is only as powerful as the attorney she hires. She hired a very good attorney.

CC, can you explain more? I don't see how someone's name can all of a sudden just appear on all 4 records and file a motion to withdraw appearance of counsel. Which counsel? This is clear as MUD.

Billy complained about not seeing the evidence against him in person. He was tired of looking at everything over video. Then low and behold..DA..DA..!
Corona struck and he couldn't see his attorneys at all! Wow, bad luck.

I think Billy got fed up with the video chat and told his attorneys to get him the heck out. So to placate him they filed the bond motion that they know will not work. Judge Deering would never grant it in my opinion. It's just filed to appease Bad Billy.

Billy must be happy with his attorneys who are now getting his hopes up that there is no evidence against him. What about all the other charges? Those will all get blamed on Jake? The conspiring charge, the intercepting of oral, wire, computer, Facebook etc..communications. The tampering charge and lying to investigators? Will the forged documents all get blamed on Angela?

The bond motion says others should have been investigated but that has nothing to do with others being guilty. So who are his lawyers going to pin everything on? They have to pin it on someone that the jury could believe, but then isn't that slander against an innocent person?

Bond does not have to be given in DP cases in Ohio. They can get bond but they sorta kinda have a big reason to bolt...so bond not likely!

Loomis found out the attorneys are prosecution attorneys because the one is from the AG's office. Appears that they were planning to appear in court, probably to take Canepa's place, but now don't need to. This makes the most sense to me.

Junk has to run for reelection November 3, 2020. Nice to already have AC in place for continuity in the Pike County Prosecutor's office and new big help at the state AG level.

If he is not reelected, I'm assuming he would not be on the W4's cases, his replacement would be.

How come Billy is not screaming that he is innocent all he is saying is the prosecution doesn’t have enough evidence???
