The other attorneys are letting Billy be the "canary in the coal mine."

They are waiting to see what happens with Billy's Motion to get bond and if he is successful they will all file bond Motions fast as the Flash... 2 Cents only

Chance of it being successful? I give it 0% ... absolutely no chance at all.

What will be interesting is to hear why the prosecution is against bond. Might show a little about their case..humm......

Thanks for the update! I wonder why they changed it to begin a half-hour earlier? Maybe the defense and prosecution are planning a long conference with the Judge prior to the hearing? Interesting.

There's probably some eleventh-hour finagling by defense attorneys to further delay the trials. I can't believe they're still claiming they haven't received all the evidence. They've received so much evidence they had to hire experts to help them read and organize it. Apparently they're trying to instill doubt in the potential jury pool about some "mystery evidence" that will exonerate their client.

• Interesting argument in the linked document that Billy Wagner couldn't have killed the Rhoden family because he and Chris Sr. were best friends and called each other "brother". Interesting that no one else in the Rhoden family described them as best friends or that Fredericka Wagner claimed she didn't really know any of the Rhoden family besides Hanna. If Billy and Chris Sr. were such "brothers", why did his family tell so many lies to LE who were trying to solve the murder of Chris and his family? If Billy was so close to Chris Sr, why didn't he show up for the funeral or reach out to the surviving family members in their time grief?
  
• It also claims Billy was the former "father in law" of Hanna. Well, not exactly. Hanna and Jake were never married.
  
• The usual vague references to "other suspects" who were never interviewed. Ok, sure.
  
• Given the amount of "truth stretching" the defense practices in this appeal, I put little credence in their claims about LE DNA.

Phantom evidence, fake relationships with victims, phantom suspects. The only thing they left out was the fact that the moon is made of green cheese.

None of the defendants are allowed to talk to Fred she would have to go through their attorneys. I think people attribute too much power to Fred just because she owns some successful businesses and a lot of property.

What is Fred going to do? Call up Billy's attorneys and tell them they have to file a bond motion? No, Fred is not calling any shots, the defense lawyers call all the shots. It was Fred's lawyer orchestrating her short video clips and telling her what to say not the other way around. Fred is only as powerful as the attorney she hires. She hired a very good attorney.

I think it could get very intense in GWIII’s hearing. I think Defense is wanting Prosecution to show some cards to keep him in jail. I think AC will be loaded for bear coming to that hearing. I can’t believe he has a snowball’s chance in h3ll of getting out on bond. The only possibility would be if they want him out so they can catch him doing something while out on bond, but I doubt that scenario.

Perhaps the attorneys communicate with each other about strategies, etc., though with this many defendants and defense teams, they may not all see eye to eye.

She's a chief deputy attorney general. Assume she was going to appear at the hearings but will not. Maybe they are still shuffling personnel after AC moved over to the Pike County prosecutor's office.

I think they were taking the place of AC and now are leaving to make room for her since she is now back again. She needs to be there. DeWine introduced her and said she had been on this case since day one which likely means she was following the case from 2016. They really need a prosecutor who has been there from the very beginning.

See what happens when she's gone? Billy up for bond. His attorneys could have thought AC would not be in court to oppose their bond motion, they must be disappointed.

Probably no big deal. They were playing musical chairs on the prosecution team as AC had moved over to the Pike County prosecutors office. O'Brien may have been a temporary placeholder.
