Angela and Jake has not ask for bond as of how the 2 George’s did, I wonder why????

To request bond you have to have the money to pay the bond and you have to have a residence to go to. Imagine putting up 10% of a million dollar bond then signing over your property so that you can pay the bail bondsman the full million if the defendant escapes. Now imagine doing this X's 4.

Plus I thought Fred is not suppose to even talk to the defendants but maybe she can now. Maybe this is why she can get involved with Billy's Bond Motion. I know she is involved because the Bond Motion says he would be working for her and I assume staying with her. None possible if she can't talk to him of course.

Then where would the other 3 stay? Angie can't stay with Rita and Fred could not have more than one of them, if even that.

All my opinion but there just is no way one family can swing 4 bonds likely in the millions. Plus find housing.

I am really not surprised Billy's Bond Hearing is postponed. You have to wonder if Fred has to decide between Billy and GW4?

Too complicated! It will play out this month for GW4 if they don't postpone his bond hearing also. Just my opinion that Fred is up to her chin in all this Bond stuff. Billy had declared he had no assets that he could sell to pay attorney's fees so We know he is flat broke and dependant on mom and sis.

Wow! Clever thinking. Plus he was obviously working when he was arrested.

From Billy's Bond Motion:

"Mr. Wagner will caretake for the farm if this Court grants him a reasonable Bond with the appropriate restrictions in place."

Sounds like work to me but money under the table so not provable. Need proof of income.

After tens of thousands of hours of investigative work over 2½ years, the final clue in the investigation of the murder of eight people in Pike County came a week ago, according to law enforcement officials.

That’s when authorities confirmed the existence of a homemade silencer they say was built by the suspects.

Four family members are facing murder charges. Two other relatives are charged with an alleged cover-up of the crime.

They have 22 counts already! They have enough to keep him in jail.
Especially helpful and which was brought up at the original bond hearing is that in Ohio defendants charged with the DP do not have to be given bond.

Wagner family member asks judge for bail in Rhoden murder case.

Regarding GW4:

A Wagner family member has asked a judge for bail in the Rhoden murder case.

One of the four family members charged in the killing of eight members of the Rhoden and Gilley families wants the judge to set bail for him.

George Wagner, 29, and his mother, father and younger brother have been held without bail since their arrest in November 2018.

Wagner's attorney filed a motion in Pike County last week claiming their client should be granted bail because of the evidence they've been provided.

"After reviewing the evidence provided in discovery, any proof of capital offenses is not evident against George Wagner, IV, nor is the presumption great that George Wagner, IV, committed the offenses for which he is charged."

Ohio's Constitution allows a defendant facing the death penalty to be held without bail.

George Wagner is expected in court Tuesday afternoon. He has been held in the Ross Co. Jail since his arrest.

If custody is not part of the motive for Jake it definitely is for Angela who downloaded custody documents from a TX website, forged them, hid them in her house, signed her mom's signature as a nortary, maybe forged HR's signature, then told her mom to take the blame for signing them because it would look bad if it came out that Angela really was the one who signed them. It could jeopardize her case.

Humm...Angela was apparently busy with her fraudulent custody documents.

July 20-19 we asked for a list of copies of the entire contents and documents contained in the tub marked important stuff that was seized from Angela Wagner in which the State claims does contain the custody documents allegedly notarized by Rita Newcomb. We are searching for certain documents that the prosecution is aware of previously dated 8 something which these alleged custody documents, but actually they're guardian documents.

It's actually titled guardian summarized as custody documents.

Judge: So you've asked for copies?

I want to know what is in this box where they found the original---I put original I'm not sure they are original---copies of something that was copied from a Texas Website talking about guardianship. But there's others that we're looking at, hand written signed on dates she notarized, some of that were hand written dated on the dates in which she notarized the printed document.

Yes, CC, I agree. I think Fredericka Wagner is still very much involved in these cases and is most likely the driving force behind the bond hearings. JMO

It seems an exercise in futility, so I'm not sure where she's going with it. Maybe she's trying to create an illusion that the Wagners are martyrs, or somesuch.

The IHart radio program about The Piketon Massacre tells all so far, Jake Wagner could not handle the rejection from Hanna May so he got it in his head if he can’t have her then nobody can, Jake had his whole family drawled into the plan to murder the Rhodens but so far the only reason I can see that the Wagners killed Kenneth was to make it look like the Cartel did it, JMO

I wonder where did the killers get legal advice that the whole maternal family of the children would have to be dead before (or to in sure) a father of an un-married relationship could get custody???? JMO
Or did the killers just take it upon their self to kill 8 people for the spite first, then custody second, this is the reason I think Jake Wagner could be the mastermind because every time we see Jake Wagner in court he smiling and acts as if he accomplished what he set out to do, (Pure Evil) JMO
