Those things to the side, I was questioning my view on George's role based solely on the hearing the other day until I spent time thinking about the fact that George colored his hair just as Jake did.

The possibility on trusts and inheritance is an interesting one. Whether business deal or greedy financial means in the end, something was a driver beyond having custody because of love for the child. Love for the child wouldn't lead to murdering her family. There had to be something in it for all 4 Wagners in my opinion.

Jmo based solely on testimony this week in just my opinion that was not proven. The state probably had much more, at least I hope if he was involved. And that is all he needs is one juror to not be able to get to death penalty. The prosecutor needs to name George more in the actual trial than naming Jake and Angela continuously.

They have proof 3 guns were involved and they have 2 different shoe prints. A gun used was GW4's favorite, the type he owned but now can't produce, a glock.

One of the shoe prints matches the shoes Angela just bought for him, admitted buying for him, 2 weeks before the murders, in his size with new tread.

Angela claims he hated them so she threw them out. GW4 claims he never saw the shoes.

They have proof Jake didn't do this alone. Someone was at the murder scenes that night using a glock gun wearing the same size shoes GW4 wears and wearing the same exact type of shoes GW4's mom just bought, and was wearing brand new shoes with no worn tread.

Maybe Billy's attorney wanted GW4 to have his bond hearing first to be the canary in the coal mind so to speak. Says volumes if his bond hearing is never rescheduled in my opinion.

Well the grand total sum of all the circumstantial evidence has a good chance to convict him but that is why we have juries. They will add it all up together and could find him guilty beyond reasonable doubt. But it only takes one juror for a mistrial.

Death penalty cases have 2 separate trials.

If he is convicted of aggravated murder there will be a separate trial called the penalty phase. First trial is the guilt phase.

If he is found guilty of 8 aggravated murders it will be beyond a reasonable doubt I am sure, and then the jury will decide the penalty based on the fact he murdered 8 people but weighing mitigating factors. I personally would want to go with what the families want. They may want a death sentence but they may not.

AND many shells matching a not so common gun with an even more uncommon firing pin strike mark (called unique by RS and something BCI ballistic people hadn't seen before) according to testimony were found on property co-owned by GW4. Also found on GW4's property, a homemade suppressor used at least once (categorized by the ATF as illegal). Then add ALL GW4 said or texted while being recorded. I can't wait to hear it all and watch the prosecution build their case.

Yes they both had dyed their hair black, there used to be a better Facebook photo somewhere of Jake with black hair.

Why dye their hair black right after 8 murders? This photo of GW4 with black hair is dated April 30th 2016.

Who would be thinking about their hair less than a week after the murders of close family friends plus mother of your child etc...?
