George 4's bond hearing revealed a left shoe print tied to him at a crime scene, that he is a Glock man and his uncle helped him purchase a 40 caliber Glock which was one of the types of guns used in the murders, that he made incriminating statements which are recorded on audio or text...Here are a few out of 8,000:

"Don't come down here now we have company"
"We have a family emergency"
"I want to bash his face in"
" Reader, DeWine, Scheiderer will pay for it"
"If they have the gun they have the silencer"

Also revealed:

He purchased a mask and night scope using Jake's rewards card, that he signed forged custody documents, that he lied in his interviews with BCI to deflect blame away from the family, that he was "aggressive" with gaining custody of his own son, that he did everything with his brother including living, working, sharing finances, raising their children etc.. That he also lived his entire life with his mom, point being that the family did everything together including 8 murders, that his ex-mother-in-law's Facebook private messages were hacked and monitored including a screenshot of a message between her and Hanna, that ballistics were found on the property that he owned that match ballistics found at the crime scenes, that a silencer was found in a well on property he owned and the silencer - manufactured in January 2016 - was fired at least once ... etc....

Now the BIG QUESTION becomes what will come out concerning Billy?
We now know things about Jake, George 4 and Angie that we previously did not know, but what I want to hear about is Billy.

Where is "Bad Billy" (his nickname) in all this? There will be plenty of stuff coming, the prosecution did not call Billy the mastermind for nothing.

In fact, that assertion was enough for his attorney to mention it directly to the MSM, putting out a defense - of sorts - that Billy would not be capable of being the mastermind due to achieving only a 7th grade education.

I think GW3 has a huge amount of texts listed on his discovery right? All around Big Bear Lake where CRS and CRJ and probably GR were doing work in the month leading up to the murders. Maybe that's where the fight happened that friends, relatives and LE has mentioned. Those texts could be very damning indeed.

George4's cellphone was on Peterson Rd. that night. I'm sure all 4 cellphones were.
But Canepa and Scheiderer do not believe GW4 was with his cellphone all night. I'm sure same for the others, at least 3 of them. Appears to be 3 shooters likely.

Weird facts:

Tub marked "important papers" was not found in Angie's South Webster OH house like I assumed because that house was searched. The box was found in Jake's truck parked on Hwy 41 with the trailers. In it was the custody papers and Walmart receipt. Guns were found listed on Jake's phone for all 6 family members including a cricket gun for S.

Early May 2017, the W4 were packed up and in hiding. The W4 were storing/hiding their packed vehicles and trailers on the 41 property. You have to imagine, they had the most important things in their life all packed up for the to move to AK.

Look at the Discovery from the May 2017 searches at the 41 location.
In that discovery is a single line item, with a very vague description -"802 p Miscellaneous Documents".

IMO, not only the three false custody documents, but say, 799 more documents..... no idea what other type of documents, but I'll bet they were all documents that needed to be notarized....

To use OTHER ACTS OF VIOLENCE. I'm taking that this is for GW4? If so, I wonder who this violence was against? If it has to do directly with the victims on the night they were murdered it might have to do with tortured violence, beatings of CRS and FR.

If it has to do with acts of violence against any of the victims prior to the murders, to possible show motive, i wonder if that would even be admissible?

IMO, the sale price/proceeds from the Peterson Farm is not accurate. There were two pieces of property in the Peterson Farm. This is just a rough guess, but 21 acres and the house was one MLS number, an additional 50 acres of land was another MLS number and there was a third MLS listing of the combined properties .

I think the 35,000 may be just the proceeds from the 50+ acres of land.

Just IMO, because my notes are way back!

Yeah something happened, JW got interviewed in a much different way than he was interviewed in May 2016. LE showed him crime scene photos and really let him know he was a suspect. It all started falling apart after that. IMO

Your right I remember there being more land involved.

A more detailed description:

This farm/ranch property has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and approximately 1,528 sqft of floor space. This property has a lot size of 58.13 acres and was built in 1901.

Property Overview - 50 Acres of land with a mix of cedar pasture that turns into hardwoods. Close to 32 but in the country. Big deer killed on this property.

Also 21 acres, house and 3 barns can be bought that touch this land. Great place to retire or hunt.

They could have sold the farm for the equity they had in it and the new owner would then take over the loan and payments. That's probably what happened. Nobody would be stupid enough to make that kind of a deal. There may also be more to it.

Also, how could no fingerprints end up at each crime scene, more so at CSR's trailer since so much violence took place there?

The bloody clothes went with the bloody shoes and all the gun and gun silencer purchases. Hidden, destroyed, buried, burned, etc... They burned the VCR and silencer and maybe shell casings. What was in the well was burned.

You don't leave fingerprints when you wear gloves.
