Early May 2017, the W4 were packed up and in hiding. The W4 were storing/hiding their packed vehicles and trailers on the 41 property. You have to imagine, they had the most important things in their life all packed up for the to move to AK.

Look at the Discovery from the May 2017 searches at the 41 location.
In that discovery is a single line item, with a very vague description -"802 p Miscellaneous Documents".

IMO, not only the three false custody documents, but say, 799 more documents..... no idea what other type of documents, but I'll bet they were all documents that needed to be notarized....

See I disagree. I think because of the pot grows they were looking at a family execution style hit (probably just what the W's planned on) because of retaliation for some drug disbute, deal gone wrong.
I know it seems crazy in hindsight but Ohio was, probably still is in some way, part of a cartel highway from the south.
I think the W's came on the LE's radar after JW got custody of SW and he made a big deal about him possibly being father to KR. Others probably told LE that HR knew CG was the father and HR's texts too.
I'm not saying that LE didn't talk to JW but I don't think they suspected him right away. AJMO

However, I would still love to know the truth behind the "sophistication" of this grow... Journalist George Webb continues to talk about how he has sources who work in Intelligence and he's told this grow op was "Industrial, with hydraulic flooring, etc" and hidden rooms...

Here's what was said at GW4's bond hearing about the black hair:

Just prior to the murders a female witness took her car to the Wagners' Peterson Rd. home to leave it for them to work on. She saw the Wagners' with dyed black hair. Then just 2 days after the murders she noticed their black dyed hair again when she went to pick up her car. Chris N. also verified to BCI that the 2 Wagner brothers had dyed their hair.

Another strange thing the female witness noticed. She said the gate at the Peterson Rd. farm was never locked. Then 2 days after the murders she found the gate locked when she went back for her car.

This family has been running scams for a very long time, Billy get caught with a shed full of stolen good’s, a motorcycle and who knows what else, and never spend anytime in jail, when the officer was asking him about the stolen property, Billy wanted to know if he could just pay fine ????
I have set and thought how this family got so many vehicles, 4 wheelers, electronics and guns & etc. Their income on the bankruptcy in the early 2000 was a $500 a month SSI check, $300 food stamps and two sons that had only worked part time driving truck and mechanic work they where 26 & 27 years of age, I worked 30 years at a good paying job and didn’t have what these 4 owned ???? JMO

Here's what I think they might have done. Fred gave them the Peterson Rd property and we pretty much can gather this from Jake and George only paying a dollar as a token payment shown on property records.

Someone on here found out all that information, I can't find it now.

So then they sell the property and take what is essentially "Fred's money" out of the free property they acquired, maybe minus the loan they took out against the home for the new barn.

Then using that money they inflate their finances and tried to buy a home in Missouri. In other words using the Peterson Rd. money to commit Morgatge fraud thus trying to weasle into getting even more valuable property. It didn't work so going broke they ended up back in Ohio. According to the insider on the Podcast money was the big issue in going back to OH, they were draining away the Peterson Rd. money and it sounded like they couldn't afford their AK rent anymore.

This shade doesn't have holes in it. So was the shade pulled down after the killings? And if so, was it pulled down by killers or by investigators?
Or was that window simply broken before the killings. I don't know, but it was still cold at night and I can't imagine those holes were there over winter.

Very possible the killers pulled down the blind so people couldn’t look in the window and see all the blood on the floor. They apparently moved the bodies to the bedroom, so pulling down the blind isn’t a stretch...

Do you still have the photo of this window with the bullet hole? I memorized it, but that's all I have. It was one of my favorites.

I could be wrong of course just opinion but...

I think its because of Jake they all 4 got caught. Too many mistakes showcasing him then giving probable cause for the Search Warrants that found the fake custody documents pointing to a motive and found the receipt tying Angie to the shoes - all found in a tub in Jake's truck. Domino effect that tied all 4 Wagners into the murder conspiracy because Jake was in a hurry for some unknown reason to kill Hanna that April. Being in a hurry he got careless.

I believe they all planned together and that Jake used his 1911.22 with his maglite flashlight silencer that night, GW4 used his 40 Glock that night with his night scope and shot Gary with the heavier caliber bullets,
and that Billy used the 32 rifle and was the one who shot Chris 9 times. All 3 did the shooting.

All opinion only.

I strongly believed AW pulled triggers, too. JMO, but no way she would have missed out, especially shooting DR.
