March 22nd 2016, that window is boarded up. See previous post. Apparently, if your photo is from April 22 or beyond (2016) then the window was fixed.

I strongly believed AW pulled triggers, too. JMO, but no way she would have missed out, especially shooting DR.

They only found evidence of 3 guns and I do not believe they took the kids with them. That means someone was home with the 2 and 3 year olds and Angela is the only one I can think of who would be watching them. Unless Billy stayed back and Angela used the 32 rifle. Billy wasn't living with them and maybe wanted to distance himself.

Just one scenario.

I think the plan was for AW to stay home with the sleeping children as if she knew nothing about anything. In their allegedly troubled minds they may have felt that if the men went down for the killings, AW would be free to raise the children. But damn, she had to go to Walmart.

I just disagree. We don't even know an inkling of what the Prosecution has and I sure don't think they were going to even hint at all the evidence they have, at GW4's last hearing, especially gun and ballistics evidence. Why in the world would the Prosecution show so much of their hand at the first deal? JMO

Disagree. AW was a trigger puller, IMO. She wouldn't have missed it for the world! JMO. Time will tell.

Yes. Angela and sons forged custody documents saying if Jake died S would go to her and if GW4 died B would go to her. Not S and B would go to their mothers, but to Angela. They knew HR would be out of the picture and they had already threatened and intimidated and took legal action to gain full custody of GW4's son.

This was all 2 weeks before the murders. So Canepa asked in court - why were they so preoccupied with Jake and GW4 dying just 2 weeks before the murders?

Canepa answered herself saying it was because the Wagners knew the Rhodens, knew they had guns, and knew they would have a fight on their hands if the Rhodens detected them on their property. In other words, they could be killed.

Angela needed to stay behind to babysit and to stay alive and also, what if someone came by for some reason? Then she could answer the door and say the guys were sleeping.

Remember the 2:00 am text - not phone call that reveals voices - but text that night between Jake and JM?

My theory on that is Angela sent a text to JM on Jake's phone so cell tower records would show Jake was home. Just a theory only, but the point is that the Wagners' entire alibi is that all 4 were on Peterson Rd. that night so I think they needed someone to actually be there "just in case."

Yes, from the photos this appears to be the case. Well I don't see a bullet hole in the window, I only see a window not boarded up.
