So what if it was an inside shot that missed it's target? Wouldn't the casing be ejected on the inside? Who knows how many shots were fired inside that trailer? There is no iron clad fact that it's bullet holes. Just speculation. But I do remember seeing the photos and thinking it was bullet holes. It will come out in the trial. You will get facts then.

OK .. Fair enough. I might have been over-thinking the whole thing, I do tend to zero in on things which probably won't matter in the trials, in the verdicts. No secret I analyze everything. Including going over and over what is said in the hearings. I try to post as close to what I hear as possible.

Ok, window people. Is there any pics of the back side of the house that may show a bullet hole or broken Window? Maybe a shot was fired from outside with the rifle and night vision scope and it went through the house. Maybe that was the shot that grazed GR and took off his ear if that happened. Just a possibility in my opinion.

Never heard about the ear, and I've been here forever. JMO

Well I will vouch for Col Mustard that yes, pics of windows with possible bullet holes in them, roofs, vents, cameras, etc. were discussed on WS early on in this case.

I myself never got on board with actually seeing the holes but some did, so I guess we will just have to wait for the facts to come out at trial.

You're not suggesting that the Wagners have a case for "self defense" are you? Maybe I misunderstand. That train left the station a long time ago, but, hey, good luck with that line of argument.

JMO, once the trial process begins, it won't last very long. The more the public learns about these crimes the higher they'll want to hang the Wagners.

ETA: With the latest filings for JW and AW, among other things, the outlook for the Wagners is increasingly grim these days. It's all uphill from here. They should really consider working with prosecutors on a plea agreement.

What has the location of bullet casing have to do with bullet holes in windows? You have me totally confused. No one has stated as fact that any Wagners shot bullets through windows. If you want only facts about this case, you’ll have to wait for the trials.

We were 'discussing' haha : whether the shots came from inside or outside (me = inside) causing the holes in the front window. Casings inside might (underline might) show they were fired from inside. Although 'casing catchers' might cause some problems with exactly where shots were fired from IMO.

Then we got a bit off track with shots fired thru the door maybe; and whether slingshots were any good for anything--- then off to how C was shot.

By the way... we ramble some. Haha

All I can think about is what that poor BR heard going on or seen. Maybe someone took him in another room while they killed his dad and HG? I'm sure one of the killers talked to him to keep him quiet. Just makes me sick. I lived in a trailer before and you can hear cars pull up outside or 4-wheelers being turned off or started. Mine was new not old and I could hear everything inside and out especially at night. JMO

I'm going off memory here so please forgive me... Was it not also reported that GR was shot at very close range? I ask this b/c if CR's further decomposition means he is killed quite a bit earlier than the 2nd person is killed then one can reasonably assume GR wasn't home when CR was killed. If that were the case, then after killing CR at least one person would need to stay in that residence in order to hit GR as he walked in the door, knowing he's going to see all the blood in the front room. Or do ALL three stay inside CR's until GR is dead?

They were thinking that what may have been bullet hole in the front window on Chris's trailer were fired from the outside in. I pointed out they could have been missed shots fired from the inside. Not important anyway. If they were bullet holes they will be in evidence.
