I think GW3 was most likely involved at CRSR's because of how much his body was attacked. It seems like revengeful payback.

Maybe GW3 and GW4 hit CRSR's at the same time AW and JW hit FR's.

Then AW and JW went up the street to DR's and got picked up by GW3 & 4 after they removed everything they wanted from those two properties.

They either all went to KR's or just one went after other 3 were dropped home.

Has it ever been said what caliber killed KR?

Shell casings at the crime scene matches shell casings at the home they lived at, the accused had the same guns that where used to murder the Rhodens/Gilley, but now they can’t tell LE where the guns are at, the accused has motivated over the child custody problems, Jake was going crazy over the fact that HMR didn’t love him anymore so he made his whole family become mass murders, The ex-wife’s, The Uncle and the Grandmother is going to testify against the accused, PLUS THE 4 WAGNERS ARE CRAZY, JMO

I believe that GW4's ex sister-in-law (and probably ex mother-in-law) will be called to testify against JW. In that Oxygen Network The Piketon Family Murders, the sister-in-law says JW said in conversation to her while very upset that he wanted to kill HR. Is was after HR said no to signing over her daughter and the W's weren't seeing SW like they had been.

Ok Sleuthers one question please everybody speaks your thoughts, why did LE take the crime scenes and put them under lock and key, we all heard a lot of evidence the other day and nothing the prosecution said told me why the homes had to be locked up.

So they wouldn't be ransacked and torched, IMO. They couldn't release the personal property inside those homes right away, too much to sort out. The best way to protect belongings and keep the crimes scenes intact.

Thinking back to George's statement: "If they found the gun, they found the silencer."

In my mind this implies both items were put in the same location. Was it stated they didn't find the gun though? I wasn't 100% clear on the specifics around that gun.

Maybe that suppressor found at the bottom of the well was only a test one? RS said it was fired at least once because of a strike ballistics saw on the inside. Maybe that GW4 said if they found the gun, they found the suppressor and him not saying it the other way around means all suppressors used the night of the murders were still attached to the weapons used when the W's got rid of them?

The boots Angela bought from Walmart isn’t illegal she’s allowed to go buy boots for her kids. Other people bought those boots too.

I don’t believe they found the weapons did they? Yes they found bullet casings in the wagner property and stuff in the well but how do we know they’re not being framed?

But it’s not none that any other family members other than the 4 Wagners owed/ had access to the SKS, Glock and 1911 22 pistol????

I do not think the W's had enough confidence in each other nor the courage to split up for the murders.
I think they had to go as a gang, or not at all. A momentary screw-up at Frankie's or at Big Chris' could give a momentary advantage to the shooters and disaster. Listen: Mommy had to buy the two boys new shoes. Those two as a team? How about depending on either one as a member of your two person team?

Hi JBB. To answer your question.. IMO there are several possible reasons LE could have decided to move and lock up the homes involved.

They were absolutely brutal crime scenes.

1. LE saw how brutal these murders were and knew that whoever committed them was also capable of burning them. Burning the homes would destroy any evidence that LE may have inadvertently left behind.

2. If the homes were left in place, it would be possible that killer/s could also go back and plant evidence.

3. Because they were mobile homes, moving and locking them was actually possible (as opposed to homes that are not mobile). Basically they moved them because they could.

4. And some slugs may have unaccounted for at first (which LE had to dig up out of the ground from underneath one of them. Maybe it made digging easier.

DNA evidence, tests, etc. Are listed in the discovery ducuments. IIRC, early in pretrial hearings, AC told GW4's attorneys there was no DNA evidence for HIM.

We need a timeline of the properties and the shell casings found/where etc. I thought that I understood about the UHR locations and where casings/bullets were located. I can't figure out the gun situation (at least at CRSR location anyway). But I understand the shoe prints.

When I look at this from both sides, I do believe they will be convicted of murder... but only for 1 reason and that’s things they’ve said while they was being bugged.. comments such as (wait till we get home to discuss things, if they have the gun they have the silencer, as well as revenge talk)

Not the boot purchase and not the hacking or wanting custody and also not by owning similar guns. MOO
