Jmo i agree it is Shameful!! There is something definitely up in Pike Co Jmo

Will you please share with us what you think is up in Pike County?

I read on FB that the one who leaked the information in this article was the same one that leaked the info about C Madden. Any ideas?

Because I do not think Angie would have trusted the men to do things right. Her character would not have allowed her to release control completely to them. I think the boy was asleep in the vehicle and when they went to Dana's they either took SW out before or after the killings. I think SW was sleeping in bed with Hannah.

jmo

JMO, I believe, the phone call, Dana received at work was from Hanna. Saying dad, is not answering, his Phone. ( Do to it being hacked.) saying Jake, was coming over to take SW. When Dana got home, the Wagner's, was already their. I believe they was waiting, when she got out of the car. And the, thought they was asleep in their beds was staged, to make it look like a drug hit.
No one stayed home with the kids. The young boy with the cow name, was with the family, he need to be with the clan, when they took SW. These people do not, think like normal people. And it was just a night out with a new adventure, in their eyes. A family that teach their children when their young, that this is a way of life, and what they consider normal.
I have seen no proof, either way if this was their first time, out killing. I think they might have tried with a smaller number, then 8, on their first killing adventure.
I still believe, AW had a affair with someone that was killed. And Billy, was always told we was not a success with out being on moms teet. Why can't you be like Chris?
AW, I am sure could, convince Billy, to do as he was told. And when she sent him home, to live with FW, he better come not come back, with out some money.
All my opion, no facts.

Could just be as simple as wanting to get far away from the murders and speculation and whispers that they were involved.

Also could be, and this is "way out there" I know, but Billy wasn't living with them on Peterson Rd. and maybe Angie wanted him back and living in AK meant having him back.

I assume he lived in his old room back at FWF. I do know he moved into his old room there to help with his dad being sick. So anyway, going to AK with Billy coming with them would give Angie a chance to have her husband back at home with her.

Think about it. In Ohio Billy could simply move back in with his mom at any time, but in AK they stayed together as a family, no running home to mommy when stress occured in their relationship. I think Angela wanted to get Billy to cut the apron strings with Fred.

Like I said, my theory on this is a bit "out there" and it's all just my opinion only, but it does appear to be true that in OH Billy and Angie lived apart but in AK they were all living together on Melody lane and doing things together as a family like shopping at Walmart together on Friday nights and attending church together and going to thrift stores and catching fish and grilling in the backyard etc...

Family togetherness they had in AK but did not seem to have the same thing in OH with Billy living separate from his wife. She did want to move back there again and was probably happier with her mother-in-law 1000's of miles away, probably happier having her husband living under her roof as opposed to him living under his mother's roof with his mom and sister.

Totally speculation and opinion on my part here. But having married people living apart in OH but then living together in AK is a big thing I think.

It is quite apparent to me that Angie was very dependent on her husband
and sons to support her financially which is one reason why I think they co-mingled their money together and bought homes together. I think Angie was obsessed in controlling this financial dynamic and wanted to keep it going and Billy leaving put a financial dent in these plans.

She is almost 50 years old with no career and retirement plans of her own.
Billy has the financial backing of Fred, Angie doesn't as far as I know.

Angie made sure to draw up fake custody documents saying if her 2 boys die then she gets custody of their 2 kids and one reason for this is because having the 2 kids would give her money. Welfare, food stamps and Social Security etc... Plus anything the kids inherit.

All opinions only...
A "like" just wasn't enough - this was a very good post!

And how pathetic is that?

Shameful on whose part?
Shameful on whomever reported him or the people who fired him. He paid his debt and turned his life around.

Thanks. Angie wanted to keep up a certain lifestyle and it involved the 2 sons living with her and better to have the grandkids there also. I think there was financial motivation. Think about being 50 with no money, no career, no health insurance, no retirement, no rich parents, etc. I think Angie's "family togetherness obsession" had ulterior motives... Just my thoughts.

JMO, But the Prosecution doesn’t have a gun, they don’t have DNA, they don’t have fingerprints, So for Judge Deering to keep GW4 in jail without bond, the Prosecution has to have a WITTINESS, JMO

Or very compelling circumstantial evidence.

The majority of cases are CE cases. They are much more weighty than direct eye witness evidence many times due to the fact that eye witness testimony can be faulty.

CE cases are also the least likely to ever be overturned on appeal.

I believe the prosecution has an overwhelming amount of evidence against them ALL!

Imo, all will be convicted, and I believe after the convictions during the sentencing phase they will be given the death penalty rightfully so. No other allowable punishment under Ohio law truly fits this horrible massacre of 8 victims.

As an aside:

As for as the defense attorney saying someone with a 7th grade education can't be a mastermind is mimicking what many other defense attorneys have said in the past. Of course the evidence showed it to be true time after time.

The old line of "my client was too stupid to be the mastermind' isn't bought by juries. The evidence will stand for itself like always showing who was the mastermind or masterminds.

It doesn't take book learning to be an evil mastermind. I see masterminds all the time on ID, and most weren't brainiacs by far, but did mastermind, and many of them participated in the plot of the most heinous murders imaginable.

I think they were dependent on the boys’ income to survive.
Aw had to keep them all together.

Why is there no mention of the boys being on the road truck driving in the last few months before the murders?Did they lose that job?
If they did,why?

Tickets would also impact drivers license; too many points, etc.
GW4’s attorneys said the first day of court in December 2018 that he didn’t have a court record not even a speeding ticket, this was stated when GW4 wanted Bond set, JMO

Have the Defense Attorneys said they were innocent of murder also?

They were still doing this job. In fact they were arrested together while they were driving on their way to pick up their long haul truck to haul for a job. They would drive their long haul truck (semi?) together, oddly, so one could sleep then the other drive etc...
