But Canepa and Scheiderer do not believe GW4 was with his cellphone all night. I'm sure same for the others, at least 3 of them. Appears to be 3 shooters likely.

Tub marked "important papers" was not found in Angie's South Webster OH house like I assumed because that house was searched. The box was found in Jake's truck parked on Hwy 41 with the trailers. In it was the custody papers and Walmart receipt. Guns were found listed on Jake's phone for all 6 family members including a cricket gun for S.

George 4's bond hearing revealed a left shoe print tied to him at a crime scene, that he is a Glock man and his uncle helped him purchase a 40 caliber Glock which was one of the types of guns used in the murders, that he made incriminating statements which are recorded on audio or text...Here are a few out of 8,000:

"Don't come down here now we have company"
"We have a family emergency"
"I want to bash his face in"
" Reader, DeWine, Scheiderer will pay for it"
"If they have the gun they have the silencer"

Also revealed:

He purchased a mask and night scope using Jake's rewards card, that he signed forged custody documents, that he lied in his interviews with BCI to deflect blame away from the family, that he was "aggressive" with gaining custody of his own son, that he did everything with his brother including living, working, sharing finances, raising their children etc.. That he also lived his entire life with his mom, point being that the family did everything together including 8 murders, that his ex-mother-in-law's Facebook private messages were hacked and monitored including a screenshot of a message between her and Hanna, that ballistics were found on the property that he owned that match ballistics found at the crime scenes, that a silencer was found in a well on property he owned and the silencer - manufactured in January 2016 - was fired at least once ... etc....

Now the BIG QUESTION becomes what will come out concerning Billy?
We now know things about Jake, George 4 and Angie that we previously did not know, but what I want to hear about is Billy.

Where is "Bad Billy" (his nickname) in all this? There will be plenty of stuff coming, the prosecution did not call Billy the mastermind for nothing.

In fact, that assertion was enough for his attorney to mention it directly to the MSM, putting out a defense - of sorts - that Billy would not be capable of being the mastermind due to achieving only a 7th grade education.

So because of all of Jake's screw ups, evidence came up to implicate the others as his co-conspirators. The evidence presented so far shows most of the "murder kit" purchases being done with Jake's rewards card from multiple stores for items to fit the 1911.22 gun they have a photo of him holding, complete with his palm print. IMO, Jake couldn't have planned and carried out these murders all by himself, if that's what you're implying. No how, no way. As was proven in GW4's last hearing, this family (including the grandparents on both sides) are so enmeshed they can barely breathe without each other. And remember, the sick intrusion on the privacy of the victims and others began way back in 2014. JMO

My gut is telling me it has to do with 260 Peterson rd home. I have no proof, but what if this happened in such a hurry so that the Ws could potentially keep the home instead of selling. Could be why Jake was seeking a certain amount of money through gofundme. Theory

CC, IIRC, the only rewards card I remember being mentioned was Bass Pro Shop, used by GW4 to buy a scope? IMO, that purchase would definitely be on camera.

I could be wrong of course just opinion but...

I think its because of Jake they all 4 got caught. Too many mistakes showcasing him then giving probable cause for the Search Warrants that found the fake custody documents pointing to a motive and found the receipt tying Angie to the shoes - all found in a tub in Jake's truck. Domino effect that tied all 4 Wagners into the murder conspiracy because Jake was in a hurry for some unknown reason to kill Hanna that April. Being in a hurry he got careless.

I believe they all planned together and that Jake used his 1911.22 with his maglite flashlight silencer that night, GW4 used his 40 Glock that night with his night scope and shot Gary with the heavier caliber bullets,
and that Billy used the 32 rifle and was the one who shot Chris 9 times. All 3 did the shooting.

The Rewards Card is how the LE found out about the Freeze Plugs purchased at the Auto Parts Store, 10 of them on Jakes Reward Card was used during a cash purchase, the freeze plugs is what is used as baffles in the suppresser, JMO

So the Wagner's killed anyone who would know the truth of this. (Kenny & Gary)

So we will never know because the Wagner's can write their own narrative.

Let true Justice in this case of 8 souls prevail.

Luckily JW spoke at length to an investigative reporter who most likely, I would think, kept very good notes and may even have taped their conversations.

I'm sure much more was discussed than was actually written about in her article. Isn't that usually the way that works? They do the interviewing and then cull it for the article.

That means lots more was likely said by JW than was in that article, I Hate Seeing My Daughter Cry.
