ETA regarding your post that Kenneth may have been shot only once to make it appear it was a murder/ suicide, that's plausible, JMO.

The Wagners made other attempts to make it appear the murders were committed by family members. But why the money strewn on KRs body?

I’ve got a question to ask you Sluthers, LE provided us with information about how many times each victims was shot and where they where shot also about some victims had brushing, so if we where told this much information why is the autopsy reports withheld from public to see? That makes me think that the victims was torture more than we know, also when Sheriff Reader was ask about what he thought of the Wagners family had a plan to make a hit on him an some others that work on the case, Reader Said That He Saw What The Wagners Can Do And He Almost Cried When He Was Talking About It, JMO

IMO the public is going to be seriously enraged and sickened when these cases finally go to trial and they are privy to just how horrific these murders actually were. JMO.

CC, your right all but about the part of where you said the Wagners didn’t want to leave footprints, I really believe the exact reason the shoes was bought was to frame the Manleys family for the Rhodens murders, because the shoes where supposed to match one of the Manleys shoes, the footprints where left by the Wagners intentionally, JMO

It seems the Ws forgot that LE just might look for recent shoe purchases. What's the opposite of smart like a fox? LOL

The Wagner 4 and their attorneys, all LE and investigators involved in these cases as well as DeWine. Jakes attorneys along with Rob Junk asked for and were granted a gag order by Judge Deering.

What specific evidence 'attempts' are you alleging that the W4 made to frame the Manleys?

I only mentioned the safe because I was discussing with a poster whether or not Gary was kept alive long enough for the Wagners to ask him where something might be.

I basically said the Wagners could ransack Chris's trailer without needing informaion from Gary......That the only information they would need is the combo to Chris's safe that was hauled away.

This applies if the safe was

1.) Too heavy to move.
2.) Had a combination lock.

Car titles and license plates could have been in the safe. Chris and Dana both were involved with selling used cars.

Ya the safe has always intrigued me for a couple reasons
First its size was extreme. Couple months after murders the eirys(another family growing pot) was raided found to have an underground grow with a bank vault for a door!! I strongly believe that crsr was part of a co OP w eurys OR he was in a management position within the group(making eurys his subordinates.)

Pikes main jobs fornlingest was the nuclear plant many people in area are skilled at underground building. We kno crsr could build anything.

My craziest idea is that the safe was actually an entrance to crsr commercial grow which I believe was subterranean beneath the new barn. In other life crsr would have been CEO of any medical cannabis facility. So sad.

So ya safe that's all moo. And I think gary and crsr were closer then brothers and crsr trusted him with his life. Which is why he was in trailer w that safe lol

Angela bought 10.5 and size 11 shoes....2 pairs.

What happened is that on the Montana-Canada boarder BCI surprised the Wagners
and got them separately to question them. They were too ignorant to understand that they did not have to talk to LE and they ended up incriminating themselves.

Angela admitted she bought the shoes for her sons and the sons denied any knowledge!

I can transcribe this from George's bond hearing if you want. I am always fine with doing this. Plus I can post the exact time in the bond hearing this was said....No prob....

Also in Montana when the 4 Wagners were interviewed this is the only time George was interviewed from what I can see from Discovery. And this is when the laptop was searched and revealed all those screen shots from the Wagners breaking into other people's social media accounts.

The smoking gun was the screen shot of Hanna saying she wouldn't sign papers - that they would have to kill her first.

A poster on here asked where in Montana were the Wagners questioned and I didn't know at that time but from re-listening to the bond hearing I can say that this interview was done at the Montana-Canadian boarder.

The shoe prints and ballistics are extremely damning. I don't know how the defense will over-come this other than getting it tossed out.

I am looking forward to Jake's hearings before his trial to see if his defense attorneys will try to get something - anything - thrown out.

I am not sure exactly what we are allowed to say on here being new. It could be that there was money strewn on him from someone going through his pants pockets looking for something. I do not think some things fit in a murder suicide scenario plan but I think some things do. Each scenario I think about things do not fit.

Yes and the forged death/incapacitation documents are very suspicious and telling.

I agree their motive was to kill. If they are going that far and they think there is money in the safe might as well do both if you can. There could be secondary motives for the murders, it could be a combination of things with custody being the main reason. They may also have felt that they were owed money from him for some reason in their minds.

Maybe those shoes were not for Billy. They were the same size as JW and GWIV wear...

I am interested in your theory of the case.

I would not be able to say I have a theory I am settled on of how it happened. I do think it was meant for JW to shoot all of the victims with one gun. We know that 5 of them were killed with the 22. We do not know about KR because they have not mentioned what was found at his home or what caliber he was killed with. It is somewhat strange to me they have not mentioned him. I think that something went wrong at CRsr and the other guns had to come out so their original plan possibly went wrong.
