The only way Jake could have gained entrance to Dana’s home was to knock on the door, because Hanna May, Little Chris & Dana had just moved into the new house in April, the Rhodens where already having trouble from the Wagners about SW custody, so I doubt the Rhodens would have let Jake have a chance to get a key to the new house, JMO
Knocking on the door would wake them up. They were in bed and apparently asleep. Chris Sr was awake and had a sensor light that flooded his driveway, it could have alerted him to the Wagners resulting in him opening his front door. (shell casings on porch)
There was a Pike County police report I saw on-line a long time ago (possibly in MSM ) that said no forced entry and in 5 years I have never heard of forced entry.
The Wagners could not take it for granted that the doors and windows would be unlocked for them to waltz in, or take it for granted that a forced entry through a door or window wouldn't wake them up.
I think when they went to all the homes they were confident of getting in quickly and quietly and they would need keys to do this.
Also, Jake could have been "nice" to Chris Jr in hopes of gaining access to his keys if Dana and Hanna resisted.....Theories
Am I missing something but didn’t Mike DeWine or the Discover talk about a cell phone jammer and a next door neighbor trail cam photo????
The next door neighbor gave LE their security camera footage but I don't know if there is a photo from it in the discovery evidence. I haven't heard of a cell phone jammer, interesting....
