Perhaps FW really didn't know things had been buried and hidden on her property. I doubt any of the low down perps shared any of those details with her OR anyone else.

Just goes to show how evil and uncaring they were to their elderly Grandma/Mother. I hope each and every one of those 4 never have one night of peaceful sleep.

Not to mention giving up a vehicle that was used that night/morning to other innocents. Lowest of the Low. IMO

I agree with you. I think she did not know. I do not think she would have allowed them to put that stuff on her property even if she did know.

JW and AW should be forced to give the 'why' that they murdered 8 members of one family.

It isn't good enough IMO to just explain they planned these murders and how they happened.

The public needs to know the 'why'.

Were they wanting no money or government money (Child Care) or were they thinking of more money from elderly family members inheritance/trusts?

It is a major injustice IMO if the State of Ohio allows the Murderers of 8 people to go to court and not explain WHY they murdered a child, a new mom, a nursing mom plus the entire rest of the family.

The public has the right to know.
I would like to hear it come out of their mouths.

Yep. It's simply amazing that so many on here know her.. yet they don't. Opinions are fine, but facts are few and far between.

This is exactly what I have been trying to download and what a poster wanted me to link for them. Thank you! Very interesting Discovery.

This shows that the Wagners hid their guns that night on FWF property. Shows 66 FWF pond photos where the cement buckets could have been hidden. In a 2019 interview FW laughed about LE searching her pond/small lake.

Report: ‘They really don’t bother me,’ Fredericka Wagner says of BCI agents in new interview

Photos from the scene Thursday posted on social media by local news reporters show agents with metal detectors and wearing dive suits searching a small lake on the Wagner property. Fredericka chuckles when asked about it.

“It’s not that very deep,” she told Myers. “They didn’t really say [what they were looking for].” He noted she laughed when he asked her about it.

There was an article where FW said LE would find "zero nothing" in their searches of her property.

I wonder if this "small not very deep lake" is where LE found the cement buckets.

They were able to get the photos of Billy's tattoos:

I’ve always wondered why the Wagners didn’t dispose of evidence in the Ohio River. And pay cash for their supplies. Laziness? Arrogance?

I guess it wouldn’t matter where if someone tells where to find it…

I’ve always wondered why the Wagners didn’t dispose of evidence in the Ohio River. And pay cash for their supplies. Laziness? Arrogance?

They went to local auto parts stores and using cash bought:

10 freeze plugs that suppress sound,
SKS Magazine, SKS ammo for a 30 caliber, AR15 is mentioned.
Masks, bug detector, counter surveillance items, brass catcher, AKS Mag big nuts, other nuts.

But also bought supplies online and used Jake's rewards card:

Invoice from Tactical Innovations Inc. Billed to Jake Wagner 260 Peterson Rd. Colt numerex 1911 thread adapter and thread protectors for 1 quantity Colt nunerex 1911. 22 Long Rifle.
Maglite flashlights generic version.
Drill Bit - The Drill Bit size shows suppressor items being bought were for both a 22 and a 40.
George bought a captain America mask and a night scope and they all shared Jake's rewards card.

Clearly they thought getting rid of all the murder kit items they bought, including the guns, would be enough. No direct evidence in their possession, no one saw them at the crime scenes, no way to prove anything.
They put all their emphasis on the night of the murders and getting rid of weapons and vehicles and clothing and security cameras and blood evidence on themselves and not leaving any forensic evidence behind like fingerprints and DNA.

They didn't concentrate on the digital evidence.

The laptop which showed hacking screenshots and the site they downloaded custody documents from, the Walmart security cameras, the online purchases, Jake's phone with a gun list and a photo of his hand holding his gun, BCI recording their texts and audio conversations..... Etc.....

They concentrated on the physical elements of that night but left behind a digital trail.

As for FW, it's not a crime if she knew about her family committing the murders after the fact. The crime would be if she deliberately allowed her property to be used to dispose of any evidence.

She was never arrested for covering up for murder "after the fact" which in Ohio is called Murder Conspiracy, so it is obvious she did not know her family had used her property to hide the evidence and avoid detection.

She may have had her suspicions of them but I do not believe they told her what they did that night nor do I believe they told her they used her property to dispose of the evidence.

I do not think they will bring any more charges against her or refile the previous charges because it's been so long now.

I think the Wagner Crime Family got a hold of her and manipulated her just like they manipulated Rita.

When you look at all the "entangled" bank statements it seems to me that they may have been using her for her money. In some ways she may have been their victim.

If so, now she's free from it.

Not so sure they could do that in the Ohio River. It's a fairly big, fast river. Not as big as the Mississippi, but still. A dive team would have a really hard time. But I've always assumed there are cameras near the bridges over the Ohio in that area that LE could have viewed.

I bet your right, they didn't use the Ohio River or other large bodies of water due to numerous security cameras everywhere.

FWF was more safe because of the lack of security cameras and no witnesses around. No one to see them and no video of them. This is why they used FWF property I am convinced.

Plus, they were able to access the property days ahead of time and get the cement buckets ready for that night.

Also, the property is so vast, even remote, that not even FW or RW or their employees were around to detect them.

gotta say the idiotic rewards card bit is absolutely hilarious. coupon clipping murder kit style... i mean wow. also leaving the screenshots on their laptop knowing they were crossing an international border in laser focus. the silencer parts im guessing since they have legitimate industrial uses they convinced themselves pike county sherrif never put it all together. then youve got the gun list including the missing listed murder weapons.... i mean that was a gift. did jake just spontaneously feel the need to itemize the murder kit? gw4 buying a murder weapon from stranger on side of highway thru facebook. and what was the alaska contingency plan, did they not realize alaska is in the us?? they easily could have traveled to a non extradition country at this point.... your exactly right cool cats all they thought about was the actual murders. its satisfying that the wagner crime families incompetence and hubris ultimately led to their demise. i wish i could have been there when aw got cuffed even then she still thought she could outsmart le. her plan... strategize on 3 way phone calls with codefendants while bci listened. i bet even bci couldnt believe that one

MOO, The reason the 4Wagners put the weapons on Flying W Farm was that they knew where the weapons where, Nobody was allowed on the farm so someone could not find them by accident, and Billy knew that if he needed something someday to blackmail Jake, GW4 and Angela with he knew where it was to do it with, JMO

On Route 52 between Portsmouth, Ohio and Aberdeen, Ohio (about 55 miles) you basically drive along side the Ohio River. There are no bridges, nor cameras to worry about IMO.

There are plenty of places to pull off and get rid of anything you want without being seen *you might be shocked to know that some people living along the river actually throw a little bit of everything* in that river. When the flood waters come it is horrendous to view.

I'm sure JBB can validate my words, they have a nickname down there, we are known as "River Rats".. LOL.

My take on disposing of the guns on FW's property, was so they could possibly, and easily be retrieved by the cowardly murderers.

Charlie's words still echo in my ears:

"You came in like thieves in the night and took eight lives, some being children, in the most horrific way that I've ever seen in my 20-plus years. We are getting closer. We will find you." :(:(

AND SO THEY DID!!

FW strikes me as the kind of woman who never lets anyone fool or get the best of her. She probably just knows when to look the other way and not ask questions.

I doubt they had ever planned to retrieve the guns again. Frozen in cement and long buried or submerged in water they had no reason to ever look at them again.
FWF gave them the chance to have the cement buckets ready and waiting for them that night without taking a chance getting seen on a round trip drive down to the Ohio/Kentucky boarder, too risky.

They sure didn't want to travel far when they tossed their prototype silencer down their well.

Well she knows now.

Unlike her interview with The Plain Dealer she had pretty much nothing to say to the reporter who tried to talk to her after Angie's confession. Ditto the deposition pointing to other suspects.

I also thinkLE may have additional incriminating evidence against FW, but are holding it in reserve to keep her in line before the trials.

I e also thougnt for a long time that FW was the one who pressured th 4 Wagners to move to AK. She may have had a inside track on the investigation and told them to get out of town.

If the guns were wrapped in heavy plastic when covered in cement, they could be in very good condition for retrieving after the heat was off. Two of those were favorite guns. They may have hidden them this way so they could be retrieved later. My opinion only…

Keeping weapons used to kill victims as "souvenirs" would be typical of sociopathic killers.

I think that FW, The Dominant Matriarch, would have known all, seen all in her domain.
