I’m trying to figure out what gw4 wants to dismiss … the case, some evidence??

It's my opinion he is saying that some of the charges occurred in Scioto and Adams County and should not have been indicted in Pike County. DR,HR,CRjr lived in Scioto county and that some of the other charges happened in Scioto/Adams county . If the judge did rule in favor of the defense I assume the charges would get refiled in the other counties or they would go back to Pike for an indictment and include those counties in the indictment. Opinion.

I think these are the 2 vehicles used that night. I think the GMC Sierra is the one they bought for that night. Looks like they may have sold it to someone in Athens County.

I only mention this because some people might miss it since it's back a page from the other Motions I posted.

I agree with piffcat, these trivial, irrelevant attempts by the defense team to obstruct justice or nullify the jury are deeply offensive. I agree with piffcat, these trivial, irrelevant attempts by the defense team to obstruct justice or nullify the jury are deeply offensive. These are demons who plotted and carried out the executions of 8 innocent people. What nerve it takes to keep introducing these pathetic motions in the face of overwhelming evidence and confessions.

I see the Motions as a way to educate myself about the Hearings.

Every Hearing for going on 3 1/2 years has centered on the Motions, which is the only way the whole process operates.

Clearly worth reading because the prosecution gets to the truth of the matter and exposing the truth is of the utmost importance going forth towards the trial.

This is how the defense's lies and deflection get snuffed out.

The prosecution isn't pulling any punches in their arguments, that's what I want to see.

Imagine if courts only had the defense's Motions, what a sorry state that would be. But no, we have the prosecution's Motions - the State's response - to keep the court moving towards justice for the families.

I haven't see anyone giving them merit or playing devil's advocate. I see most people that are interested in the case and want discuss the case and want to know about the whole case.

@Berrybell It looks like one, definitely something that looks like it would not be there normally. You would think he would have at least used some makeup to cover it if so. I guess they were to eager to get to the funeral to hear what was being said and they wanted to see how GR looked compared to when they last know how he looked. ugh

I believe GR funeral was first, so bruises would still be there and at that time would have even been faded somewhat probably, must have been some pretty deep ones to show up that well, still. Would be about a week out after the murders.
