O/T -- I'm recalling the Rhoden family matriarch doing her best to attend court over the years. Does anybody know if she's still living?

She is alive and well. She sent her personal atty Owen to Court this week to argue the press should not be allowed on her property (the FWF). Indeed the Judge did deny any press access to her 2,000 acre farm. FW had attended several Court hearings years back, but to my knowledge she has not attended any since Jake's confession.

Interestingly enough the press were also denied access the the Pike Co. facility where the original trailers were kept.

I have not been aware of Miss Geneva in Court for a while. But the media cameras have not panned the people attending lately.

FW got a subpoena so I don't think she can sit in the gallery until after she testifies, if they end up calling her. Robin too. Bummer for them if they had planned to be there. I wonder if they want to be there. They used to go to George's hearings before covid.

Wonder who will go to support George? Several of his relatives have gotten subpoenas.

Can I assume there are people out there who know him and think he is innocent?

I recall Patrick Frazee's mother was under a prosecution subpoena for Kelsey Berreth's murder trial and she dutifully sat outside the courtroom in the historic but drafty foyer for the entirety of the trial -- never called as a witness. Unlike the noise FW's attorney made earlier this week about his fears the same will happen to his client, FW, I don't recall anybody sympathizing with Frazee.

First 2 stops were at CR1 and Frankie's trailer sites on UHR (Union Hill Rd)

Fifth stop was at Hwy 312 (Left Fork Rd) and Hwy 22 (Camp Creek Rd) - there was a white 2 story barn and a tractor - this is also about where Kenneth Rhoden's camper was located

The article states the jurors only got out and walked around at the first 2 stops - the sites of CR1's and Frankie's trailers. Technically it was only 1 stop as they walked from Chris's trailer site to Frankie's. News media was not allowed within 150 ft of the jurors. No talking to them, etc.

I hope this makes sense. I'll try to put it into map form later.

I wonder if this was the route taken that night? if so it looks like the W's killed Chris and Gary, moved on to Frankie and Hanna then left to go to Kenny's and then circled back leaving dana's for last. I still think Kenny saw or the W's thought he saw that truck in Chris's driveway that night, so they had to kill him and fast. IMO they followed Kenny or arrived at his home shortly after he did. i think he was getting ready for bed. <modsnip -no link> I think Kenny was sitting up in bed and probably called brownie off by telling her to stay or something when Jake knocked and called out to Kenny and tell him it's me, Jake.

No other reason to kill Kenny and especially not kill him before hitting Dana's house.

If it was someone from the Wagner family saying it, I would disregard it. I've never believed anything any of them have said about prior relationships between Chris & Billy or any of the family.

crsr sounds like type of person who wasnt insecure to hold long term grudges. his priorities were his family he was confident in him self and was not intimidated by billy imo. especially when you have been friends a long time crsr probly saw right through billys tough guy but big for nothing tendencies. if you go back to what the rhodens had going on hanna had just had her baby. no matter how mad billy was crsr didnt think it could rise to murder because crsr was a normal person who wouldnt consider killing woman children and people who had bad luck of being tangentially connected to the wagners custody blitz. if this "drug meeting" is true(which if the wags are saying it i cant be sure, as it does attempt to paintcrsr in a bad light) crsr had no clue the level of evil inside billy and his murderous minions
