Just a thought, but it's possible the major news stations in Ohio could live stream the trial online or on their Facebook page. There have been 3 major trials on my local news stations since 2010. What major city in Ohio is close to where the trial is at?

Columbus, Ohio is closest, but Huntington, WV and WSAZ or WCHS has had reporters there and is only a couple of miles farther.

About EW. If anyone knows, is her fear because she knows what the Ws did to the Rhodens or just because of her experiences living or being around the Ws?? I missed how she was able to leave them, anyone know??
I believe both.

We know she left Jake in July 2018 and filed a police report against him. According to Canepa, The Wagners voted her out of the family seeing her as a liability but according to Jake it is not what he wanted.

(Again, I don't believe something Jake says.)

I think Elizabeth wanted to leave. She pled for her life according to Canepa and filed for harassment and identity theft.

According to the Other Acts Evidence she was harrassed by the Wagners and they threatened to kill her family if her family came to see her.

Angela was mad that Jake's daughter called her mom. Angela wanted to be the mom.

They spied on her and yes, by this time she was likely suspicious the Wagners could have killed 8 people. .

I believe she is the female witness Canepa mentioned who overheard the revenge conversations. Wouldn't surprise me if she is called to testify about this.

Agree. I recall being stunned by the term "voted out by the family". She was fortunate to get away with her life, imo. I believe she will be valuable to Prosecution on witness stand.

I think Law & Crime is going to stream it live, possibly others. There has been a pool video camera in the courtroom for all of the pre-trial hearings. Not all of the local tv stations streamed the hearings, but some may also live stream on their facebook or You Tube channels.

We've notice the camera position has improved, so it will be possible to better see the participants. We're hoping they have improved audio, too. For now, they're just using the microphone on the video camera. Volume is low and echo-y.

Didn’t AC tell during one of the Pre-trials that the Wagners watched The Boondocks Saints on (Netflix)?

Yes. BCI somehow knew this at the time the arrests were made.

Take, for instance, some of the latest court filings in the case against the accused, the Wagner family: They reveal that among the items prosecutors have turned over to the defense team in patriarch George “Billy” Wagner’s case is a clip from the violent, vigilante-justice movie "Boondock Saints"; a photo of a burned VCR; and an Excel spreadsheet that lists 519 entries of messages about child custody.

When Canepa mentioned the Boondock Saints movie in her closing argument

She put it as 2 brothers going out at night killing people using silencers.

The prosecution plans to use a clip from the movie but how the Wagners actually watched the movie is not known.

Like if they had their own copy of it or just watched it from the TV like on Netflix. Back in 2016 there weren't many streaming services like there are now.

WKRC Cincinnati has been consistent in live streaming the hearings.

Two questions for you. After opening statements ...If you were the prosecutor who is your first witness?...Who do you think will be the first witness?

Perhaps the witnesses who discovered the crime scenes. Luke is Kenneth's son and he was with Donald Stone when they discovered Kenny.

BJM - Chris Sr's and Frankie's trailers.
James and April Manley - Dana's trailer.
Donald Stone and Luke Rhoden - Kenneth's camper.

I remember reading about a case many years ago (don't recall which one), but the author mentioned how sometimes prosecution or defense will put a family or friend on the witness list just to keep them out of the courtroom during the trial. The attorney can just say "we were going to call them to testify, but turned out we didn't need them" or whatever.

It's possible, though, that Robin will be called, most likely in relation to Billy and his activities at FWF.

ETA: On the list above, I think they mispelled - Donald Slone should be Donald Stone. It will be interesting to hear his testimony, though we did hear from him right after the murders. Poor guy was so afraid, he could hardly speak.

Here's Kendra's interview

I thought it was said back before the jury selection that Cincinnati news channel 12 would be in the courtroom covering the trial.

There's several that are going to cover it, but they're all using the same camera. Pool camera.

CourtTV app on my tv is where I'll watch. The audio is better even if it's the same horrible audio we've had so far.

I think a family member or two of the Rhodem, Manley,Gilly and Sloans will be first to describe their deceased family members,so the jury will get to know the victims. Then the ones who found the remains and anyone with them. Then FW and RW.

At one time we speculated that RW was the female witness Canapa mentioned who overheard the revenge conversations. This was after the Wagners returned to Pike from Alaska and were staying in FW and RW home. Does anyone remember this? I still think there is a good chance that Robin has first hand testimony about the Wagners actions
