This opening statement is very confusing even to people very familiar with the case. She's almost rambling. Just all over the place. And the Victim photos have incorrect info. HR's photo said she was the son of....
and all the um, um, um,.....Wasn't she recently sick? I hope she is ok.This opening statement is very confusing even to people very familiar with the case.
I think she is presenting too much information. It is confusing listening to her bouncing back and forth. I wish she had kept this opening simple.Still laying out the chronology of the morning of the discovery of bodies. Of course, bouncing back and forth while doing so.
I agree. She should have just layed out who the victims were, how they were shot and where, and told the all the motives.I think she is piling too much information. I wish she had kept this opening simple.
Very poor delivery of the open statements!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ummmm ummmmm ummmm ummm.
Hope g4 can stay awake!
very empty court room, lots of seats available.
Professional speakers don't sell what they're selling with ummmm's all over the place. As a "buyer" I'd be skeptical that you know you're product. This is very poor.Very poor delivery of the open statements!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ummmm ummmmm ummmm ummm.

Even if we took out all the “uhmmmmm”s, there would still be a good portion of disjointed thoughts and started to move in one direction with the story interjected with “oh and police only did this”, “we got cell phone dumps too”.Professional speakers don't sell what they're selling with ummmm's all over the place. BBM "I would either be confused, distracted by all the uhmms, or some mix of both."Even if we took out all the “uhmmmmm”s, there would still be a good portion of disjointed thoughts and started to move in one direction with the story interjected with “oh and police only did this”, “we got cell phone dumps too”.
I would either be confused, distracted by all the uhmms, or some mix of both. It really takes away from the story; and we have the benefit of being able to pause, rewind, or turn this off and tune into something else.
