Im not interested in the gore details of the trial. I hate it for the families involved. However, I cant wait to see GW4 stare down JW and AW as they testify against him. He doesn't get a vote this time. The only vote that'll count will come from the jury. He must be having some very sleepless nights as he knows the end is near.

Nor am I. Will he give the stare down? I am leaning toward him not making eye contact with them at all.

Just went back to review Angenette Levy's Youtube show tonight. Here are just some of highlights I caught from AL. She recapped some of the questions asked by Parker (G4's atty) and Angela Canepa.

My takeaway is that G4's attorney's might focus on the isolation of his childhood. Home schooled and never involved in any extracurricular activities (boy scouts, sports, etc), just surrounded and influenced by family.

She also outlined the locations that will be toured over the next two days. She said there would be nine or so locations. The order of their tour was not announced. As of now, reporters will not be allowed to ride along.

* The four physical property's the victims trailers and camper sat on.
* FWF - various locations on the property.
* The Bethel Hill property on FWF land. The W4 lived on the Bethel Hill property in a trailer, before they moved to the Peterson Farm. { My add: The actual trailer they lived in on Bethel Hill mysteriously burned to the ground after the murders}
* The Peterson Road Farm
* The storage facility that holds the original three trailers and a camper (crime scene's, the victims homes)
* The property on 41 the W4 stored their trucks and pull along trailers at.
* The pick-up truck that Jake said the family had purchased exclusively to use in the murders.

G4 has waived his right to ride along on the tours.

While I don't want the families to endure any more pain, I want the Wagners to endure as much as possible. I think what is about to happen with Jake having to say out loud for the court what evil acts he committed and even better have to say what his brother and father did, since they won't man up and admit it and speak for themselves.. it is some sort of justice. This cult like family that must have had some type of pact or what I'm sure Billy thought was unbreakable, has been broken. I just hope he will be truthful and I hope it pains him to speak the words.

*Road Trip for Jurors (@ 9am ET) - OH - Pike County 8 people dead: Christopher Rhoden, Sr. (40), his ex-wife, Dana Manley Rhoden (37), their three children, Clarence "Frankie" Rhoden (20), Christopher Jr. (16), Hanna Mae (19); Frankie's fiancée, Hannah Hazel Gilley (20), Christopher Rhoden Sr.'s brother, Kenneth Rhoden (44), & a cousin, Gary Rhoden (37). Hanna Rhoden's baby girl (5 days old), another baby (6 mos.) and a young child (3) were unharmed. (April 21-22, 2016, Pebbles) – for *George Washington Wagner IV (27/now 30) (Jakes’ bro) indicted (11/12/18), arrested (11/13/18), charged (11/15/18) & arraigned (11/28/18) with 8 counts aggravated murder, (plus gun specifications on each), 1 count of 1st degree conspiracy, 4 counts of 1st degree aggravated burglary, 1 count of 5th degree unlawful possession of dangerous ordnance, 3 counts of 3rd degree evidence tampering, 1 count of 5th degree forgery, 1 count of 5th degree unauthorized use of computer or telecommunications, 1 count of 4th degree interception of wire, oral or electronic communication, 1 count of 5th degree obstructing justice, & 1 count of 1st degree engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. Plead not guilty. Held without bond. DA will seek the DP. Per Jake’s plea agreement, DP is off the table if his testimony is truthful.

8/30/22 Tuesday, Jury Voir Dire Day 2: State & defense have used their 6 strikes. They have seated the 12 jurors: 9 women & 3 men. Now they have to seat the 6 alternates & have 2 strikes for each side on that. Alternates have been chosen: 5 women & 1 man. Jurors will be taken to several locations involved in the investigation Wednesday, 8/31/22 & Thursday, 9/1/22. Judge Deering told them to not wear open-toed shoes or clothes they would wear to a party. A school bus will take the jurors to the locations under court supervision. Jurors cannot bring cell phones with them.
*George Washington Wagner III (47/now 51) – Last pretrial hearing on 2/1/22.
*Edward Jacob “Jake” Wagner (26/now 29) – Plead guilty (4/22/21) to all charges & will be sentenced to 8 consecutive life terms without the possibility of parole & will testify in the trials.
*Angela Jo Wagner (48/now 51) – 9/10/21: Plead guilty to a plea deal to Counts 9 thru 22, Counts 1-8 were dismissed. Will be sentenced to 30 years in prison with no early release & has to testify against others at trial.
*Rita Jo Newcomb (65/now 69) – Last Motions hearing on 12/2/19 entered a plea of guilty. Expected to testify in the trials.
*Fredericka Carol Wagner (76/now 80) – 6/26/19 Charges were dismissed without prejudice.

In George's Bond Hearing they had the crime scenes listed as #1 #2 #3 #4.

Chris Sr's is #1.

Apparently they are listed in the order in which they were discovered. We know that order.

BJM discovered Chris Sr's home first, then secondly went next door discovering Frankie's place, then thirdly she notified her dad and brother and SIL and they went down and discovered Dana's home.

Lastly, Kenneth was discovered that afternoon in his camper.

We still don't know for sure who was killed first, second and so on, and investigators at the scenes didn't know that either.

Jake could have killed those 5 before the Wagners even went to Chris's house.

I truly hope the media is not allowed anywhere near the jurors. Has anyone seen a list of the media people allowed? There are some local media folks who should be watched carefully. I hope these jurors have protection from LE.

JMO, there will be a lot of pressure to communicate with or otherwise trip up the jurors in order to get a mistrial for killer GW4. JMO, Wagner family, friends and allies might try to contact and/ or intimidate jurors and witnesses. I hope there are a lot of investigators who are watching to see if they try.

12 jurors, Six alternate jurors approved yesterday, so that's good. They may need quite a few alternates, just in case.

ETA: Angenette Levy says they went to Left Fork Rd. She's showing a photo of Dana Rhoden's place on UHR, so she's really not clear. For now, we know they went to UHR - Dana's, CR1's and probably KR's since it's next door to CR1's.

I am not on any social media, e.g. FB, Twitter, ect so my only option is Court TV. Right now not much so hoping on 9-6 opening arguments. I will keep watching court TV hoping to hit the right day they begin. The trial starts at 9 AM in Ohio so it starts at 8 AM here.
