I can't understand AC's poor performance. She's considered an expert on this case since the beginning. Maybe she is just inexperienced addressing juries.

IMO, she got better after the lunch break...the ummms weren't as many. She did very well explaining the charges and why they apply to GWIV. She was definitely seened more relaxed and comfortable doing that, AJMO

After listening a little, I can see where she's going. She's not going to outline everything that happened that night. She's going to mention the relevant parts, but also explaining why charges were laid against each person, including GW4. It's complicated, there are 21 charges and she has to explain the reasons for leveling each of those charges against GW4.

She says he's guilty of each and every charge in the indictment and they will prove it. She really sounds out of breath, from COVID 19 I assume.

She has spent the last three hours attempting to outline every little thing that happened that night. This began at 9:15 a.m. EST.

Part two, AC is doing an excellent job. Excellent.
When AC recounted Jakes testimony, proffer response, whatever. I was in tears.
So much we had correct. A few things we had wrong. A few things we did not know or suspect. Example, that they drove around in CRsr truck. Another, Dana was alive for a time and “ making noises” .
Is CRjr was shot in bed, why did no one find him until the afternoon? Something there does not make sense, unless, CRjr was severely injured, but was able to roll off the bed, against the wall.
Hanna, CR jr, Dana all suffered terror. They saw.

One thing I missed because I got booted off...JW and GWIV were each under a car outside CRSR's. How did the shots of CRSR happen? It loaded back up when BW came running out all upset. TIA

This I the first time I have watched a trial on Court TV. IMHO, I don't like it much. I feel like I'm missing something that is being said. I think I'm going to try to watch some of it online instead in "real" time. And I'm saddened and surprised to hear some of the details in the AC's opening statment.

The going back and forth to FR's, then to KR's before they even went to DR's. That's a lot of traffic going by FR's neighbor's, they must be very sound sleepers! Did FR's dogs not bark at all?! They were all dressed in black with masks, its a winder the dogs didnt go crazy and the get the roosters all vocal too!?

I am just so shocked at the horrors that were committed that night, BW shooting his best friend Chris with Chris looking him in the face knowing what was about to happen but not being able to do anything about it, the shock at first JW shot through the door and that bullet broke his arm to then realizing what BW was going to do as he saw BW holding a gun, then BW shooting GR, then the boys going in and JW and GW moving the bodies, and rifling in CR pockets for his truck keys, and taking phones and surveillance stuff,

then the audacity to use CRsr truck to drive around looking to see if other victims were home, then JW climbing in a window at FR seeing his son asleep on couch and going into FR bedroom and shooting FR and HG,

then using CRsnr truck to go to DR home, and shooting Dana who was awake on her phone, shooting HR who heard noise and saw JW standing there with a gun in a ski mask so she may have not recognized him (but I do wonder in the short period of time between her seeing that figure and him shooting her to death whether the thought passed through her mind that it was Jake, due to the custody issues and what she knew he was like) at least CRjr was asleep

then moving HR body so Kylie could nurse, that is possibly the most horrible thing I have ever heard in my years of trial watching, then again using CRsr truck to go to KR where BW murdered him

It is just so much more than I could ever imagine

WCPO has no commercials like Court TV but I got booted off twice. A lot of people tuning in I bet.

ETA: Again, review of all this new information will have to be done for jury and the public. It's the result of DeWine's decision to lock down all information about the murders.

I feel badly for AC. Because of her illness, she didn't get to adequately prepare her opening statement. She probably doesn't have many people to help her out, either, thanks to some budget cuts inflicted on the prosecution team by the new AG.
