Doesn't match, he said BW was inside home and shot CR and GR then ran out in hysterics, JW said he shot once from outside the home, Agent today said all shots were from outside to in, I was confused as I think he said one was shot from inside to out, but it is very difficult to follow if we can't see pictures,

I don't know how AC could have given her opening statement when it doesn't match with the actual ballistic evidence from the crime scene. In openings she told us JW version of events from his proffer which she knows does not match the ballistics, so I am utterly confused as to how they are going to explain the anomalies

Because AC is going by JW confession. She knows there was mistruths , the state had it figured out . JW gave them the guns . I think there will be more to come out that will surprise everyone.

I think the witness mentioned one shot from the outside front that passed through the back of the trailer to outside, and they attempted doing trajectory on that.

He did say no shots fired from inside the trailer to outside.

It's obvious there was a barrage fired at the front door, so that right there contradicts JW's version as AC outlined it. Maybe?

At CR sr. I believe it was where JW was referring to that he didn’t know for sure who shot whom.
I pray there is a print of GW4 on one of the remnants of ammo left behind.

but outside to inside was what BCI Agent says, that to me says outside the house to inside, not inside to inside, and 6 bullets went through door or door jam, so was the door partially open for those bullets to go through, or was it shut and then opened, once we get trajectory and 3D scan hopefully it will be cleared up

I’m looking forward to the explanation of how did the bullet go through the floor of the trailer where CRsr died if no shooting was done inside.

I would think so. So she just let him tell his story without revealing what she knew. She even read it into the record in her opening statement so as to justify removing the proffer?? She also got more information from him, tho

I've definitely considered this possibility. She did say at one of the pre-trial hearings that he denied GW4 shot anyone "at first" (not sure those were her exact words), but she implied they went over the evidence with him again and he had to square with that.

He may have known a lot of the evidence, but didn't understand all of it. If he had understood it, he would have known he couldn't get away with lying about GW4

Did he specifically say no shots were inside to inside? I might have missed that (I still need to rewatch). I heard him say there were shots from outside coming inside and I heard him say none of the shots were inside going outside ( I thought they were talking about the holes in exterior). I did not hear him say there were no inside to inside shots.

I think there must have been inside to inside, as some of the bullets went through the wall by the deer head and went into the bedroom behind that wall, so bullets went through walls, and also I did see photos of trajectory rods poking out of the back wall of the trailer, so bullets went through the trailer from inside the trailer through to the exterior wall,

I am confused about the doors, and which door had bullet holes in it, I missed that testimony

Yeah, I re-read that and listened, too. I think he was saying most shots outside to inside (he said they came probably from the front yard area). No shots inside to outside (meaning no one inside the house was shooting at anyone or anything outside). There was one shot from inside that went into the floor and was found in the ground underneath the trailer.

It sounds like the Wags shot into the trailer a lot of times, resulting in most of the injuries/death. Once inside, they shot one victim who was probably lying on the floor, resulting in the bullet through the floor to the ground underneath. So technically not inside to inside, nor inside to outside, but inside to ground under the trailer.

It sounded like at least one of those bullets that were shot from the front yard into the house actually through the house and through the wall on the opposite side.

Someone will correct me if I’m wrong but I believe he only has to be found guilty of 1 of the 3 below to get a conviction (and qualify for death penalty)

1) He was involved in planning.

2) He was involved in the murders
(physically there).

3) He was involved in cover-up.
