Nah... seems like JW enjoyed it. I believe he kept the .22 and all those kills were his/ BW had the Glock. GW had the rifle and probably another gun of some type. IMO

I noticed there is one note that says passports (5 adults 2 kids). Who was the other adult?

Also noticed where is Billy's bills? Billy's life ? Billy's phone? Billy's car/truck/insurance? Nothing? Maybe his momma FW was paying his bills?
Maybe the new wife... or a Grandma?

I could also see the scenario though where they wanted George to shoot someone since he didn't shoot Chris Sr. Maybe a way to ensure he didn't rat them all out?

I'm just curious after looking up that stuff if you might know...Is a confessed (not convicted) killer's testimony to a conspiracy with others, in the same crimes he confessed to, like an automatic stipulation that the conspiracy is a fact in the eyes of the law? Would that carry the absolute evidentiary weigh of a stipulation?

So can the prosecution treat JW's testimony like a stipulation and the judge would then instruct the jury to give it it's due weight...because it's a done deal in the eyes of the law?

JW confessed for his life and his family, not for a any reduced prison term. The defensed can't really said, oh he got a deal so you've got to be cautious and you can't really believe what he says it true...right? He confessed only to live and save his family member's lives, nothing more.
Excellent question! I am not a lawyer and I would love to know the answer to this.

Civil forfeiture allows police to seize — and then keep or sell — any property they allege is involved in a crime. Owners need not ever be arrested or convicted of a crime for their cash, cars, or even real estate to be taken away permanently by the government.

Perhaps they may start proceedings to seize in the future.

But JW has also...I guess "accused" is the right word?...GW and BW of participation in the crimes he confessed to freely.

True, but will G3 go along with that? The two who have confessed, as far as we know, have broken the family table meeting code. Is JW lying? Is AW lying? You can see that they wanted at least 50/50 custody. Was AW there and G4 was home with the kids? If the firearm they stated, belonged to G4 and he couldn't handle it, that seems odd. Not so much if AW was there attempting to shoot it and it want stray, and JW had to take over. She sure was obsessed with S, and G3, I feel, was obsessed with a biz he saw GR entering, instead of him. Just pondering, G3 does not have to testify at all though. Probably be in his best interest that he not. Edit: Based on his recorded interview.

My guess, Jake's wife.

As for important papers missing from Billy, my guess, Mommy pays from her bank accounts. There is a Wagner Motion that lists many of FW's bank accounts.

She spent a lot ordering things for her kid's on line, gave Billy a trust account, paid for his attorneys apparently from the past, gave him FWF employment, let him leave Angela and live at FWF etc....

For about twice that price you can have it processed, custom packaged, and frozen. Current price in my area is $3.19/lb hanging weight for black Angus Steers.
Hanging weight is about 60 to 64% of live weight. A farmer gets about $2.55 hanging weight. A lot of people make a little money to get it to the $3.19. The trucker, buyer, processor, the meat store. Then the consumer gets it at a great price. The farmer had it about 15 to 24 months depending on location, feed program. Not the smartest way to make a living. My wife reminds me of that, when it 20 below, and I am breaking ice for them to get water, or it 90 degrees and were bailing hay.

I have about 80 head of Cattle I would love for you to Market for me.

Best I can do is $1.45 a lbs. X 1250lbs $1812 a head. I like your figures much better.

Have you ever taken any cattle down to Mexico and traded them for drugs?

My information is second hand from ranchers and LEO around here. They tell me that their prime steers are stolen and about 20 to 25 head are taken to Mexico where they are traded to the cartels for drugs like fentanyl, heroin and cocaine which is brought back to the USA and the drugs are worth around $100,00.00 when sold on the streets.

As I said my information is second hand since I do not own cattle, and I do not take cattle to Mexico to trade for drugs nor do I sell drugs on the street in the USA.

So I will concede to your knowledge and experience in this matter since I just know what I have been told.

I purchase certified grass fed Angus direct from a farm here in Florida. The prices are higher than you quoted.

  • Whole beef cost $ 3.25 per pound of live weight
  • Processing cost $80.00 per animal
  • cut and wrap cost $ 0.85 per pound of hang weight

  • HALF BEEF
  • Whole beef cost $ 3.60 per pound of live weight
  • Processing cost $40.00 per half animal
  • cut and wrap cost $ 0.85 per pound of half hang weight.

As a single person I get way more meat than I could possibly eat in a year and that includes having my son come and take what he wants. Unfortunately he doesn't take near enough as he is not a big beef eater preferring Katahdin lamb instead (which I also purchase whole from the same farm). I purchased a deep freezer as a gift for a local food bank and made a deal with them to come over on the day the meat is picked up and they can take what they want as long as they unload my vehicle and load my freezer with what i want. We do this twice a year and it is a win win win. A win for me, a win for the food bank, and a win for the local farmer. I believe in buying local.

ETA: The beef is processed under the Florida Custom Exempt Law.
Animal sold directly to consumer and not meant for resale to other parties. I imagine it would cost more if it were for resale.

I don't disagree about the general observation that there are families who share homes with 3 generations living there. This is particularly true as the real estate market for home ownership and rentals has made it hard for young families. The Rhodens are an example of a family who shared resources and physical space. CR Sr. buying that house for Dana, where Hanna and the baby could live is a good example of what you are talking about.

But sharing resources is not the same as "enmeshment" or cult-like living. It is not normal or typical or healthy for the mother to dictate the sons' sex lives or to insist that a new baby sleep with the grandparents. It's not normal for the family of origin (in this case, Angela, Jake, George and Billy, when he's present) to make decisions that the wives/partners of the sons are not allowed to be part of. It's not normal or healthy for the mother of grown sons to be cyberstalking their girlfriend or threatening their wife with a gun. It's not normal to forge signature on faux custody papers and get your notary mother (generation 4) to notarize the forged document.

I believe the jury can draw these same distinctions by now, even if the prosecution isn't always razor sharp, just as those of us who have followed this case from the beginning did for ourselves. Jake's testimony is already part of the record in his case. He will have to testify to what he told prosecutors. He has already given testimony that recovered the guns. He will tell us who did what. He has everything to lose by not living up to his part of the deal.

I would like to point out that until EW testifies we only have Tabitha's testimony to any of this. Tabitha reversed so much of her testimony on cross examination that I did not find her to be a credible witness on most things. I do believe she was sexually abused as a child since she confirmed on cross that is why George did not want his son or her around her family.

But I will say I find it extremely hard believe that Angie allowed Tabitha aged 11 and George aged 13 to sleep together for a year but yet wait until they are married and aged 19 and 22 to suddenly have this "sex" talk with them both. If the order were reversed and T&G were 11 and 13 I might believe Angie had this "sex" talk with them both.

But from that point of view, if Tabitha and George were aged 11 and 13 then that "sex" talk dictating whether they could have sex or give BJ's in her house would not seem unusual at all. In fact I might have given my son that same talk if he was 13 and I caught him in bed with an 11 year old girl. In a matter of fact, I would have probably said a whole lot more. I am sure most mothers of 13 year old boys on here would have told them not to be having sex or getting BJ's at that age.

As for infant GK's sleeping with GP's I have no personal knowledge of, since I think it would be very dangerous for any adult to sleep in the bed with an infant child. But I would think it would not be unusual if the home were crowded.

We, as of this time, have only testimony from Tabitha that Angie threatened to get a gun. For that matter until we get other testimony, I am considering, but waiting on corroboration from other witnesses on the "voting" matter.

It was very obvious that Tabitha hated Angie and blamed her for the breakup of her and George's marriage. She also openly admitted she still loved George and believed had they worked things out that night they would still be married. I would think, watching that it would be taken into account in her testimony. Tabitha didn't have much bad to say about George but she slung a dump truck load of dirt on Angie.

Good to get so much evidence at last. This trial has been so long in the making.

Angela did not get her mother to to notarize the forged documents. Angela signed them herself which made it look like her mother notarized the documents.

But sharing resources is not the same as "enmeshment" or cult-like living.

Totally agree, it's 2 separate things. Including George and Jake never having lived separate from Angela, Angela wanting to be called mom by her grandchildren, the Wagner's wanting the son's wives living with them and not having their own bank accounts or homes, not wanting Elizabeth to be a mom for her step child, getting into Hanna's and Tabby's Facebook accounts just to find "dirt" on them to gain custody. Falsely claim abandonment and sexual abuse to obtain custody of grandkids, encouraging an 11 year old girl to sleep with your 12 year old boy to keep him company, kicking wife out of bed just to be alone with your son, ETC...

Adding to your list shows enmeshment, not just normal families living together for financial reasons, helping each other out.

The price I gave came from a family owned business that raises cattle on their farms and owns the slaughterhouse.

Jake says that he doesn't know who shot who yet knows George didn't shoot. Figure that one out. Even the prosecution says they don't know who shot who.

Except for the 6 Jake shot.
Didn't Jake say he shot 5?

My 31 year old daughter is living with me now. I love it. Her and her 2 cats gives me 6... plus her ferrett. Needless to say I have much doodoo cleaning each day. Haha, but it is worth it. It is saving her piles of money with no rent and little expenses.
And it sounds like you love the companionship too.

My prices are also from a smaller family owned farm as well. The processor is a separate entity and processing fees are paid separately to the Processor.

Pretty sure that BCI and PCSD decided not to do this with the Rhoden properties. The crime being prosecuted was murder, not drug trafficking. Pretty sure Tony Rhoden and his brother still mow the properties.

When they took the trailers as evidence, they did take everything inside with them. I recall an article where Tony Rhoden complained because they wanted to retrieve some personal items, like their family Bible, photos, etc.

There hasn't been further complaints, so assume the family was able to reclaim those possessions that were important.
I don't think they did either. They may have taken the MJ but I think everything else will be returned to the family because there was an article, maybe you remember it @Betty P or @rsd1200 where they returned all those vehicles they towed to the family.

Remember, BCI also returned all the vehicles on Chris Sr and Frankie's property to the family. The were impounded at first, but all were checked and were not stolen.
You owe me a Coke Betty. I just posted the same thing. lol Great minds think alike huh?
