Straying off topic a bit but- what is the significance of the 'bug catcher' thing? To catch bullets? Something else? To show who was buying stuff?

Maybe "bug detector"? Its a machine that can detect other recording devices in an area. They can usually detect radio signals from hidden cameras, voice recorders, etc. IIRC they also tried to use a type of phone jammer, which blocks signals from cell phones, etc. It would temporarily block victims from making cell phone calls for help.

If I was BW this trial would be giving me hope, he has barely a bit part in it, JW and AW are front and center in GW trial, and except for the oh he's a Wagner and group think state argument there is little solid evidence still that proves GW did anything,

BW had fled from AW when his boys were young, leaving AW to raise and damage them, irrespective of the horrific crimes JW has confessed too I can understand how AW could have manipulated him into thinking that the only way to protect SW was to murder her family, everything she came into contact with she destroyed, at present I am still on fence over what GW may or may not have done, but IMO he will be convicted.

It has now become the AW JW and GW cult, BW is back in the bosom of FW,

What the jury must already think of AW and JW who are supposed to come and testify and be believed I hardly dare to wonder, they for sure are not going to be received very well, after a month of witness after witness testifying about them

AW actually accused this gentle soul EA of intentionally poisoning the children's food!? What in the world!?

Edit to include: If I'd waited I would have heard she also accused her of inappropriately touching S and GW wanted her of of the house!?
The food that all of them ate also! She said it was tacos that everyone enjoyed.

I imagine this poor soul attempting to get in her mother in laws good graces by cooking a meal and they all enjoyed it and then a few days later kids were having diarrhea so she was confronted about food poisoning.

I am not sure at this point if she knew that Tabatha was also accused of this or if she learned about it a later date, but imagine starting to put the pieces together that what they did/said about others was now being said about and done to you.

She should have ran like the wind at the first inkling they were involved in the murders. They made it obvious they were capable of killing.
Her Pastor friend and that former Law enforcement family from Alaska did her no favors. I wonder what those people think of the Wagner's now?

I always felt she was. It seems CN was also present for some of the discussion about revenge harming and jail breaks. Not the complete good ole boy he portrayed on the stand. AJMO
Not fan of CN anymore. Rita's name sure came up alot. Imo.

With this family nothing would surprise me! They were so worried about being spied on, listened to, and followed. Their paranoia is really something even if they were innocent. I think it goes a bit beyond general concern for the police suspecting them. I mean they thought phones were tapped, their houses, they thought BCI was following them in Alaska. I guess it could be a normal reaction to being accused of a crime you know you didn't commit, but their paranoia about it to the point Jake's wife can't go for a walk because BCI might question her, accusing BCI of drugging the kids at the border, etc. It's just over the top. Leads me to believe they are hiding things, which we know they were. lol

If GW4 goes free, how long will it be until he tries a revenge on the people he said it would be or build the bulletproof bulldozer for the break out from prison

I'm still behind some but I just wanted to comment that I'm feeling like EA's testimony, to me, is like she's channeling what HR went through. It's such a strong feeling she gives that it makes it crystal clear, to me, in understanding so much better what HR's life was when she was a so very young mother living in this madness. Those are only my thoughts at this moment but I can't help but wonder if any on the jury are feeling the same.

Not fan of CN anymore. Rica's name sure came up alot. Imo.
I feel CN was honest though and admitted he thought they were innocent even up until Jake confessed. Then he felt betrayed. I am sure these conversations were assumed to be in jest by those that were not the Wagner 4.. I would think they assumed the W's were embellishing things or just making grand statements like if xyz gets arrested I'd break them out and I'd do this or that.. blowing off steam. I didn't get the feeling he condoned any of their behavir and even with loving George and believing the best of him, he realizes now he was involved and I'm sure all those conversations he heard now have a different meaning/feeling for him.

Thank small town Ohio and family looks out for family. I feel his intentions were genuine looking our for the family he thought was wrongly accused. Not truly him having some ill will to harm LE or really break them out of jail, etc.

Bug detector. To detect bugs. As in "shh, dont say anything incriminating we may be bugged". Bug= covert listening device

I have the same visceral feelings I had then--that I'm seeing a trauma victim. And it's worth remembering that when she hears Wagners telling her they will hang her in the barn, beat her to death with a barbed-wire wrapped baseball bat, bulldoze the barn, and kill her whole family, she KNOWS that Hanna and her family are dead, all 8 of them, including Hannah Hazel Gilley. She KNOWS that Sophia's mom was murdered.
She had to go to bed every night fearful she might not wake up & even afraid period! Walking on pins and needles. DP or LWOP, I hope they get their justice while in prison. All 4 of the #%<>~|}

Yes, and sadly there was a grown woman among the Wagners who was a predator herself. The Wagners selected vulnerable and already damaged young women. Hadn't all their victims already been preyed upon at a young age?
Yes, on the Law and Crime chat, someone said EFW had been molested as a child? Did I miss that?

How sad for this woman...just think how she has had to relive that time with this family...how many times she has had to tell her story while still living in fear...hopefully she has sought counseling and today is the last time she will have to speak aloud. JMO

......always late. Late start. Lots of breaks. Long breaks. Early lunch. Long lunch. More breaks. Quit early. Sick jurors. Lawsuits. I have grown 126 new grey hairs since this trial started.

Kids and chile spices, a slippery slope for sure, never know how their tummies will react. NOT food poisoning!

Yes, two of her brothers. She testified she had told Jake about it before they were married. The morning after their wedding, he demanded she cut off all contact with her family, but specifically the brothers.

But somebody shot CR, Sr. and I don't think that was G4.
