Hard to refute facts and since he wasn't testifying to specific knowledge about the crimes or exactly why those suppressors were there, etc. maybe they felt they should draw no more attention to all that! LOL

The only ? I can think defense could ask would be....do you know who made or used this silencer. And of course he doesn't know.

I think all this was Jake's idea, egged on by AW, and BW & GW got caught up / went along with it because it's family.

I thought I read Jake said Billy suggested it and he at first said no way to killing Hannah (I think he still thought they could/would get back together). I also remember seeing those texts from Billy saying he has an idea to Angela and he said he'd tell her later. I think Billy was always trying to come up with ideas to get in Angela's good graces. I feel like maybe Billy and Angela began the seed that then grew out of control into the mass murder.

I believe the "Broken Back" description is subjective. There's a lot of variables that go into that.

Personally, I've had 7 spinal surgeries and some procedure. With each event of rupturing a disc came different things I could and could not do: No 2 ruptures are the same.

Also, my 3 neurosurgeons never referred to these events as "broken back."

Lastly, I worked in a hospital for 20 years and there wasn't any admitting diagnosis as "broken back." Nor did a physician ever use that terminology.

I know this is what AC says JW has said, I still think this was JWs idea with AW egging him on. I don't see BW having the ability to come up with this plan. But who knows...maybe AW complaining to BW about the Grandchild got the ball rolling.

If in cross the defense trips up either one of them and it is obvious they are lying or not testifying to the satisfaction of the prosecution the DP will remain. I can see that happening and maybe that could be the plan.

IIRC, AC did say, they didn't really need them, however, if they do slip up, she loses two wins. A plea is basically a win for the prosecution.

I think tomorrow is the day we hear the big rig recordings. I am not sure what else would be next after this suppressor is found. We know we have those recordings to come and the arrests were just shortly after finding this suppressor. I think we will finish this week with recordings from the big rig, maybe some recordings from the jail calls? Wasn't there a person in jail with Angela that came forward? I am not sure how RN fits in with all this because she hasn't been called yet, maybe she won't be?? I am leaning toward next week being the big week we hear from Jake and Angela and then the defense getting their turn in Nov.

We have several as well. I must say I never knew one could make a silencer from one. I did however have thoughts about it serving another purpose and that would be to hit someone over the head if they broke in or if I needed to defend myself. Those suckers are heavy!
