Will AW and JW be wearing civilian, clothes? Or those eye-catching orange suits. They both are now confessed criminals, and I think they should be brought into court with leg irons and cuffs.

I still think everyone with a remote should go to the court house, and see if they could set GW4 vest off.
Jmo I wondered the same thing about the clothes, cause Angela always wore the jail clothes in her appearances. Jmo

Jmo I do hope it is televised, but I figure it won’t be. I have been trying to compare the articles to each day and the articles are very lacking in telling about the day. Jmo

Jmo but I am in no way implying Leonard (I don’t event know if L went in there) did anything wrong or anyone else that may have went in there, but when the young Manley went into F trailer not having a clue as to what happened in my mind that told me the scene was not secure at one point. I am sure there so much emotion going on that morning and not blaming anyone and the print probably wasn’t from anyone but the killers. But probably for me isn’t putting the shoes on George’s feet. Jmo
but they had the photos of the shoes of everyone that entered the homes that morning. These are so specific, it isn't really a question of if one of them could have left the print, they have been ruled out.

The bloody prints left were found to be Walmart shoes in specific sizes BEFORE they found the receipt in Angela's belongings. So there is no way the police knew Angela bought those shoes before they decided it must be that shoe that left the prints. It was discovered by a shoe expert what the shoe was that left the print first, then they went to Walmart looking for proof of everyone who bought the specific shoes in a 50 mile radius from Jan 1 through April 21st and then got the video saved. Later they found a receipt in Angela's belongs with the shoe purchase and it was the exact sizes a shoe expert previously determined were the shoes that left the bloody print. I mean that is pretty damning.

None of the people that entered the crime scenes that morning before police came had those shoes. They were all checked. That is why the beginning of the trial when they went over what steps they took to rule those people out, they mentioned getting their shoes. BCI knew there was a print right away and they begin preserving evidence and requiring all those there to hand over their shoes. It think some just gave a photo of the bottom, but it would be fairly easy to see the print left and look at shoes to tell it wasn't it.

Related, but unrelated question.

Fredericka Wagner's charges were dismissed without prejudice so she can be charged again. Here is the entries in her court file that I wanted to comment on.

06/26/2019REPLY IN SUPPORT OF THE STATE'S MOTION TO LIMIT PRODUCTION OF GRAND JURY TRANSCRIPTS FILED
06/26/2019MEMORANDUM CONTRA DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO COMPEL DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE SEARCH OF FREDERICKA WAGNER'S RESIDENCE ON MAY 13, 2017 FILED
06/26/2019MEMORANDUM CONTRA DEFENDANT'S OMNIBUS MOTION REGARDING THE CONDUCT OF PRETRIAL DISCOVERY BY THE STATE OF OHIO FILED
06/26/2019MOTION TO DISMISS WITHOUT PREJUDICE FILED Attorney: ROBERT JUNK Attorney: CANEPA, ANGELA R
06/26/2019JOURNAL ENTRY -- UPON MOTION OF THE STATE OF OHIO, THE COURT GRANTS AN ORDER OF PROTECTION AND DECORUM FOR THE WITHIN PROCEEDINGS; COUNSEL SHALL NOT MAKE ANY PUBLIC STATEMENTS REGARDING THIS MATTER UNLESS SAME ARE MADE ON THE COURT RECORD; COUNSEL SHALL NOT PROVIDE ANY STATEMENTS OR INFORMATION TO ANY SOURCE WHICH MAY IN ANY WAY INFLUENCE ANY PRETRIAL PUBLICITY IN THIS RESPECTIVE MATTER; THIS ORDER SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT PENDING FURTHER ORDER OF THE COURT AND SHALL SURVIVE THE DISMISSAL OF THIS ORDER FILED COPIES FILED RETD TO COUNSEL AND PARTIES
06/26/2019DISMISSAL ENTRY -- UPON WRITTEN APPLICATION OF THE STATE OF OHIO, AND FOR REASONS STATED ON THE RECORD, THE STATE OF OHIO REQUESTED THAT THE ABOVE-NAMED CASE BE DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE; FOR GOOD CAUSE SHOWN, IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT THIS ACTION BE, AND HEREBY IS, DISMISSED, WITHOUT PREJUDICE FILED COPIES FILED RETD TO COUNSEL AND DEFENDANT

So who thinks that prosecution dropped the charges till the trials are over. Maybe they didn't want to release documents about the search of FW property or some other evidence in this case so not to impact the trials of the big 4? Who thinks she will face charges once the other 4 are done and sentenced?

Jmo but how would I know then it was not Angela or Billy who left the print? And why was no blood ever mentioned being in crs truck. Jmo

Jmo but I know a lady that buys higher dollar items constantly and throws it away within days of buying it, people have even been known to watch for her to set her trash out to get it. She has a buying problem. I don’t think this was the case for Angela at all but I also can’t say beyond a reasonable doubt say that the shoes were for George jmo.
I'm curious if you have ever seen Billy standing beside an average (6 ft) size man? Billy is a BIG man, closer to 7 ft tall than 6'. If he wears a 10.5 shoe, I'll eat it. 11...maybe... but I'd guess he's closer to a 12-1/2, 13, or bigger. Aside from that, BCI told AW they found a bunch of Billy's boots at Peterson Rd (as told to AW during her interview in Montana). Somehow, they knew they were Billy's. Probably because they were huge. Now, the shoe prints COULD belong to Angela and I'd be okay with learning she was there. Reckon she was the one who helped drag CR & GR to the back of CR's place?

Jmo I am sure George will be found guilty of some charges but not sure of all. Jmo and maybe the jury will find him guilty of all cause I admit I haven’t heard all the testimony due to not everything televised. But whatever they decide I will agree with. Jmo

Jmo I have squeezed my feet into 2 sizes too small to wear shoes because I liked them with an outfit. Jmo not often but it has happened jmo. She could have helped drag. I can drag a lot more weight than I can lift. Jmo

I don't think they can say 100% it wasn't Angela or Billy, but Jake and Angela will both testify to it and I think Billy's foot is just not going to be able to fit. He is 6'6" so I am imagining a size like 13 foot.. maybe not, I'll be surprised if his foot is an 11 or smaller.

They didn't know that CRsr truck was used in the murders until Jake told them. I am going to guess they likely looked at the vehicles, but I don't know that they fingerprinted and tested every vehicle. He had a lot of cars on that property. Maybe someone else here knowns or recalls hearing if they tested the vehicles? I just recall that part about them using Chris Sr truck wasn't known until Jake told them that is what they did.

Also, the bloody print was there because it was fresh, but the more you step with the shoe that has blood on it, the less blood would be in each print after that. I would think walking around outside would have gotten rid of what was on the bottom of the shoe before getting in the vehicle, but I guess it's possible trace amounts were transferred into the truck.. but then it wouldn't be unusual for the owner of a vehicle to have a little blood in their own truck.

Ooo, so RF remotes? Like my garage door openers? Lol I can see it now, key fobs, garage door openers, smash all the buttons and grab another one. Everybody carrying a box full. How about one of the gadgets they use to hack garage door openers?

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Billy Wagner would not be wearing Velcro Walmart tennis shoes 2 sizes too small to a drug meeting with Chris Sr. I mean he needed to look normal. So unless he went to the truck and changed into those Walmart shoes after they shot Gary and Chris I don't see it.

Edited to add after this comment I am literally laughing imagining 6'6" Billy.. country boy Billy showing up to his buddy Chris's house to talk about a big drug deal wearing those Velcro Walmart shoes.

I somewhat recall the prosecution saying something to that effect, that they didn't want to reveal evidence.

Jmo that was a pretty good print in the blood how did it not get into the rest of the trailer when moving around in there? I guess it could have been made on way out, but I would have thought it would be on porch or maybe Jake stepped in it and being the clean freak he was he cleaned if off before leaving like on a rug or something. Jmo did you see how he was dressed in the funeral picture. He doesn’t appear to care about his looks to other people. Jmo

Jmo but Jake admitted to killing so there’s one pair and who to say the second pair wasn’t Angela’s or even Billy’s, or someone that went in when scene not secured. Jmo
I think LM may have gone in, to see with his own eyes. Wasn't there testimony he also wore those same shoes?

Jmo there was but it was tested according to prosecutors and it was not from his shoes. Jmo I could be wrong but I did think I heard that. Jmo

They had those videos fairly early on so they knew about the two vehicles going and coming back. There were a few pictures out there of the R vehicles in the lot of that company where the trailers were first taken. If CRSR's truck are in any of those then I'd doubt LE knew the killers used CRSR's truck that night. I'll see if I can find them.

Seeing FW brought back in after the other 4 are done would be like a big giant cherry on top.

Did Jake and GWIV have the same size shoe on? If not it must have been GWIV...I would think.

He did but his were seveeral months old and the wear pattern would have been different from the newer shoes. Imo
