Yes!!! It seems that AW was keeping a trail of evidence, physically and electronic, that just but thank goodness she did, or we may not have been seeing the state seeking justice!

As an aside, I wonder if both Jake and Angie had some OCD.

Jake was fastidious about cleanliness. Angie shows some tenancies as she was so particular about how Tabi and Hanna cleaned and did laundry. Not only that Angie kept the shoe receipts, but she also took the time to file in the box of 'Important Papers'. If she didn't plan on returning the shoes, why would she file the receipts?

I agree and would like to add that the finally statement of the ATF agent sealed the conspiracy theory on GW4. That the parts purchased even a washer was to build a suppressor, which is illegal (Not exact words). They proved the items & who bought them . IMO

Anyone who has ever had any thing to do with horses knows that Billy did not have a broken back. He was arrested in KY hauling a horse to the vet. If you have hold of the reins of a horse and something spooks the horse, a dog, a car, or whatever and that horse rears up with you holding it's reins if you had a broken back you would be rolling on the ground in serious pain.

And in court it was said Billy was lifting his father in and out of bed.

Doesn't sound like a broken back to me. Sounds more like an excuse for mama to get him some more narcotic pain pills.

moved CR & Gary/who was inside CR's home. I think the shoe print helps put GW there but just as important, GW was in the car when the shoes were purchased, so he DOES know about them, which helps prove conspiracy.

Think this over. How about Angie and Jake moved those bodies? Jake is a truck driver, has to be muscled up and strong upper body strength to load and unload semi's and work on them and car engines. Angie fairly strong from farm work lifting animals and carting around toddlers. Dragging a body by the feet across a slick vinyl floor through to the bedroom which may or may not be carpeted. Jake holding one foot Angie holding the other. Not that hard to see Angie and Jake doing it. Especially since the bodies were barely inside the bedroom door, not dragged behind the bed or further into the room.

Some cargo unloads itself, especially if it can walk, like cattle. You don't have to be a brute to drive a semi, and Jake doesn't look big at all.

Just for the record on those shoes.

There is no video of George in the vehicle when Angie bought those shoes. There is video of her buying them. There is video of her and Billys Surburban leaving with someone in the passenger side. No way to tell who it was. Angie did not mention Georges name in the interview at the MT border. When asked who was in the vehicle she said the kids, when confronted with her getting in the passenger side she said her, the kids and Jake. She did not mention George's name.

Who wore the Walmart shoes?????

There is no video placing GW in the car. There is video of AW coming out of the store. Video of the Surburban she and Billy owned leaving the parking lot. When asked who was in the vehicle Angie said the kids, when confronted with the video of her getting into the passenger side, she said Jake, her and the kids. She never mentioned Georges name.

Also according to Randa she stated CN kept in close contact all this time with George; up until just a month ago.
IMO, CN was desperate for George to be innocent and wanted George to verify his guilt/innocence (Randa spoke to this on the stand.) So, something gave CN pause at that time to stop speaking with George. Something must've finally clicked with CN.

Or he finally got tired of BCI beating on his door and getting called into court so he moved on.

This sums it up! This investigation went on for 2 1/2 years, they haven't played all the recordings yet and the ones AC says are most damning to George are still to come, so things still to come could very well implicate specific people doing specific things. I think they took their time with this investigation and if the prosecution felt any other scenario was possible they would not have given Angela the deal. I am sure some details can be interchanged between the 4 of them and it doesn't really matter. They operated together and committed these acts, then it really doesn't change much in my mind if xx bought this item or used that account and not this account. The statements the 2 that confessed gave must have matched enough of what they had that they agreed to a deal. No way they take this to trial if they really believe George had no part at all. If he had any part he is guilty on all charges. That is the bottom line.

I did listen. "All of us I think " said Angie. So who is all of us? Billy, Angie, Jake, George, the kids?

I am not arguing with you but she specifically did not say George was with her. It can not be seen who was in the vehicle from the video. So "all of us" is as wide open to speculation as west Texas. Absolute facts matter in court. Unless she specifically says George was in the vehicle I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt, like the jury is supposed to be doing.

Just operating on what has been proved in court here.

I think they lived at Bethel Hill a couple of years before the murders. That script could have been from years ago. But yes I did read that somewhere. Probably George knowing he had to sleep in the house with Jake and Angie.

I’m trying to keep an open mind.

A size 10.5 mens shoe = a size 9 womens shoe. I can go with that. Billy is NOT fitting into a 10.5 and I doubt an 11.

It’s a good theory, based on evidence to date. I would love nothing better than for GW’s defense to take Angela & Jake down for lying about Angela’s participation (especially if she’s framing her son & husband) but we’ve got quite a bit of prosecution’s testimony to go. I believe the foot molds of JW & GW were presented yesterday but I think we are still waiting on the shoe expert. Or foot expert, or someone who knows about feet/shoes. We’ll see what happens.
