Yes, two of her brothers. She testified she had told Jake about it before they were married. The morning after their wedding, he demanded she cut off all contact with her family, but specifically the brothers.
I got out to pay the guy getting rid of my leaves and see what happens.

It was brief, she explained, but quickly. You could have blinked and missed it.

But somebody shot CR, Sr. and I don't think that was G4.
I expect JW will testify his father BW shot both CRsr and GR, but as this trial has shown us BW was not a part of the family, from well before the murders and once they returned from Alaska he was off again, they have very little evidence against him, not even shoe prints if he is not a 10 and a half or an 11,
it seems that JW and AW testimony is needed for a conviction IMO

but what the jury will make of JW or AW veracity we will only know when the verdicts are announced

Not fan of CN anymore. Rita's name sure came up alot. Imo.
I've been fooled as well. I fell for CN and his story. Yes Rita! All we need is Freddie now. But wait, did I hear her name mentioned at a discussion at her home?
im back a few pages I think as I had to keep walking away now and again. I've cried my eyes out for this poor girl.

She should have ran like the wind at the first inkling they were involved in the murders. They made it obvious they were capable of killing.

She did. She ran from them just 3 months after they got back from Ohio and just one month after all those Grand Jury subpoenas were served in July.

She wasn't comfortable in the Missouri hotel with them and snuck out to call her brother. Jake took S to come find her and told her not to leave alone again. The excuse, not safe.

Oh, thanks B. Don't know why I was thinking of bug like an insect. Haha

Friday, I guess.
Well dang, this whole time I’ve also thought they bought a bug catcher…as in it shocks the bugs when they fly into it.

Kids and chile spices, a slippery slope for sure, never know how their tummies will react. NOT food poisoning!
Additionally, they all tromped around on farm land. Where animals deficated.

Lol, these are the Wagners, don’t forget, nothing is as it seems…

Her pausing is a result of speech therapy from a brain injury/trauma. Listen to when she says the word "almost." The "l" is a long pronunciation.

He disposed of the murder truck before the sun came up that day. This could be verified by his brother and niece who received it and then his brother drove him back home.

Wth, here we go with the attacks.

She is doing well! She isn't allowing him to put words in her mouth.

  • #855
Defense knows they are had by her and they are picking stupid stuff to try and get her confused on!

Why is the defense attorney allowed to ask all these questions the way he does, but when AC does it, it's an objection.

How is the defense allowed to discuss lists that aren't entered into evidence?

I don't think I'd tell the W's I was leaving because they were crazy and I thought they were murderers either. Going to college until things settle down sounds like a safe thing to say to get out of that house.

Well in JW's case, he confessed willingly to cold-blooded and literally single-handed murder of 5 human beings. IMO, there's veracity in that.

In AW's case, we shall see what and how she describes her own actions in all this.

Man, Beth is REALLY holding her own. This is one strong lady. Just soooo articulate and focused. I've lost my poop early on.
