You know, I've read so much new info lately, that's probably where I heard about a Suburban. thanks

It's the black/gold Excursion at Walmart though.
yes, definitely a Ford Excursion at Wal-Mart. My sister used to have one until she wrecked it-not on purpose of course! Car pulled out in front of her so she swerved and hit an electric pole.

@AngenetteLevy said the court was in recess. It's getting pretty late. Are they planning to finish AW's testimony tonight? Angenette said AC was on redirect.

ETA: Correction: On direct

Looks like the live feed is closed now.

Edit: They all stood up, the video froze on G4 standing and keeping his eyes down, then a blank screen or Live U logo to the end. They didn't even bring the audio up when the judge was dismissing I guess.

What Angela's testimony does is rule out George claiming he was home with the kids that night because his own mother is saying he was involved. I think it's easier for a jury to think a brother would make false claims on George than it is for a jury to think his mother is also now lying and making claims he was involved if he wasn't. Yes, she got a great deal for what she did, but it wouldn't benefit her to lie if he wasn't involved. It would be worse for her to lie than if Jake lied.. she actually might see the outside of prison with her deal and lying could remove that deal. I think while her version is often something made up in her head, it's the version that lead to the crimes they committed. We don't like it because she is evil.. but I actually think this might be what she told herself to justify it all.. she likely really believed something was happening to Sophia.
I get what you’re saying but there are too many coincidences for me.

The woman was over-the-top jealous of anyone and everyone her boys (and her grandchildren) might have loved or trusted outside her immediate family. No public schools, no day care, no babysitters. No one to share her son’s affection. No one to share her grandchildren’s affection. She said and did whatever she had to do to prevent it. If someone got in, she said and did whatever worked to get them out of her house and out of their lives.

I don’t believe it was some deep seated fear or belief of s-assault. She was jealous and her sons & husband responded well to her SA allegations so she used it as her weapon JMO.

His testimony was methodical. But ties up one of the most important pieces of evidence in the cast. Break is over at 11 a.m., when we expect Angela Wagner to take the stand. She opted out of having her testimony recorded/broadcast. So we will all be in court. Stay tuned.

Very difficult to hear a soft-spoken #AngelaWagner testify this morning. Shackled by a chain at the waist and the ankles, Wagner answered Special Prosecutor Angela Canepa directly and rarely looked at her oldest son, #GeorgeWagnerIV, who glanced at her when she took stand.1/5

As she began testifying, her chin seemed to quiver, when Canepa asked her if she was guilty in the planning and cover-up of the #rhoden family killings. "Yes," Angela Wagner responded.2/5

Canepa asked her if she aided and abetted in the homicides. Wagner, looking down: "Yes." Canepa asked her if she helped cover up the Wagner involvement in the homicides; "Yes." 3/5

Canepa: "Who else was involved?" Angela Wagner: "My husband, Billy; my sons, Jake and George." 4/5

Wagner, 52, also admitted to being involved in four arsons -- including three that involved her sons -- for the insurance money and several shoplifting and thefts. 5/5

#GeorgeWagnerIV Looks up as his mother #AngelaWagner takes the stand in #pikecounty #rhoden mass murder case.

As his mother left and, after jurors were escorted out, #georgewagnerIV appeared to bite his lower lip and wipe his face. It was the most emotion he has shown during the trial. More on his mother's testimony to come.

#angelaWagner confirmed much of her younger son's testimony about the motive of the killing: The family was concerned Jake's Wagner's daughter was being sexually assaulted, she testified. 1/4

So sometime in January 2016, the family hatched the plan to kill Jake's ex-girlfriend and mother of his daughter, Hanna Rhoden. Closer to the homicides, she testified that he asked her sons if they wanted to go through with it, adding nobody's heart was in it. 2/4

But they had to protect his daughter, she testified. She said the night her husband and her sons left, she had "so many emotions going through my head," that she thought of jumping in her car to stop them. But, she worried about leaving her toddler-aged grandchildren. 3/4

Prosecutor Canepa: "You did not leave the house that night?" Angela Wagner: "No ... I know all three went out the door." She said she did not know what their plan was, who was going to kill whom. 4/4

Angela Wagner leaving #Pikecounty court. Expect her back on the stand tomorrow to continue her testimony against her son #georgewagnerIV in #rhoden murder case.

Every single issue with her sons and likely Billy also started with her.

She accused Tabatha of poisoning them.
She accused Beth of food poisoning them
She accused Beth of touching the kids
She accused Frankie of being affectionate
She claims Sophia is molested because her privates are red and she is putting things in there?

Unreal how her influence lead to this. They sure did do their part, but her nagging to fix this issue is what lead to the plan to murder them.

:(

Also, can I just say I have kids that are all teenagers and up now, but when they were little kissing on the lips was VERY common. I remember trying to get a cheek kiss and often they would search for my lips to kiss them. They mimic what they see and what do they usually see? Daddy and mommy kissing on the lips. I even remember laughing and joking about it because I found it so cute that until they were older, it was normal to them and so very innocent. The claim that Frankie kissed her on the lips is somehow inductive of abuse is just pathetic.
I agree she was the mastermind

shes trying to look like the victim. classic narcicist 101. im still enraged this piece of human garbage is allowed a deal, a release date and apparently the right to privacy. the deal is bad enough, but she should have to sit in the hot seat so the whole world can hear what this psycopath did. as earlier posters have said- jail is not enough. people can still have lives in jail still have social contact make friends. look at aw with her nails done makes me want to vomit. i cannot understand why they gave her this deal. she has zero credibility is not going to add anything that jake didnt. unless she has a video of the crime i dont see what else is to be gained. angela having a release date in prison shows just how easy it is to be evil these days with the criminal system coddling all the misunderstood serial killers like this lump of steaming cow pie.
Although, I do agree she got off light....I will say this: She will be in a state prison everyday for the next 30 years. So 365 days X 30 years equals 10,950 days. Each one of those days, she will have to navigate a social tightwire with the worst of society much like herself. There are going to be prisoners in her prison that would love to make a name for themselves, prisoners that might challenge her to a confrontation just to see where she is in the pecking order. Her days of easily commiting insurance fraud, or stealing boots are over. Let her just be suspected of stealing from another inmate or defrauding another inmate. The rules on the outside she is used to are now over.....for the next 10,950 days. Keep in mind one of the most infamous killers in my lifetime only made it two years in prison(Dahlmer). And if (Big IF) she does make it the full 30 years and is released, she was party to the killing of 8 people. She will always have to look over her shoulder.

Remembering the victims and their families always. So young!

40-year-old Christopher Rhoden Sr., 37-year-old Dana Rhoden, 20-year-old Hannah "Hazel" Gilley, 16-year-old Christopher Rhoden Jr., 20-year-old Clarence "Frankie" Rhoden, 37-year-old Gary Rhoden, 19-year-old Hanna May Rhoden, and 44-year-old Kenneth Rhoden

I'm just outraged.
No, she couldn't resist getting in a dig at the victims. She had to admit the Wagners were warped killers, but she got the Rhoden family back by slandering them. Petty shrew.

They deeply regret getting caught, but none of them regret killing the Rhodens - their partners, former friends, mother of their child, etc.

The Wagner defense: "They deserved it". Ignorant, sick, twisted people.

IMO, the shooting was the last straw. AW says she was responsible for nagging BW about how he had to take charge to protect Sophia. She was worried that Jake would bring both Hanna and her unborn child of another father back into their home, or the boyfriend would molest Sophia. BW allegedly gave Jake the ultimatum that he fought until Hanna allegedly told Jake that if their daughter was ever molested, he'd have to deal with it and that he took to mean, accept it. MOO
I also don't believe his allegations that Hanna said "he'd have to deal with it". We saw the texts between the two in the months after she left him. She never expressed that kind of irresponsibility. You could tell she was a good, caring mother who made sure her daughter was save and loved. The proof is in those texts and the testimony of her friends who said the same - she was a very good mother.

JMO, the Wagners were "projecting" their sick attitudes and behavior onto the Rhodens. If anyone was abusing children, it was most likely the Wagners. People who insisted wives and girlfriends keep their doors open, even when going to the restroom.

Angela said she started noticing things in Sophia: behavioral changes and some redness in her private parts along with an odor. She never took those concerns to law enforcement or the Rhodens. She asked Billy to keep an eye out and see what was going on

Angela said Billy saw Chris Jr. be a little rough with Sophia and Frankie was very affectionate with her and kissed her on the mouth which she called "a red flag." Angela said Sophia was placing items inside of herself

Angela claims Sophia told her that Chris Jr. "puts stuff in me for bubble gum." I was doing research, Angela said. Sophia was less than two years old at that time. "Sophie was smart. There was some type of abuse going on.”

Angela said she did not take Sophia to to the doctor to be examined over these concerns. Jake took her for a burned finger. "I went to my husband for help... I wasn't raised to believe in the justice system and neither did Jake or George”

Angela: Once Billy paid attention he could see that something was really wrong. Jan. 2016 - Billy came up with the plan. "the plan was that they all had to be murdered." She says Billy talked with her about this in the car port at Peterson Rd.

Angela says Billy told her Chris, Frankie, Hanna and Chris Jr. all had to be murdered because they would come after Jake and kill them or kill all of them if they only killed Hanna May.

Billy persuaded her that they all had to die along with whoever else was there so they didn't come after them. Angela said she was there when they discussed gloves and masks to "cover their tracks." She did some shopping for items and "it went from there.”

Billy told Angela and the boys, she says, "This is going to change everything." He told them not to discuss this in front of the TV, the computer or on cell phones. They had to all be off if this was discussed for fear someone might be listening

Angela said sometime before the homicides, she discussed this was George and Jake in the kitchen. "Are you sure you want to do this?" Nobody's heart was in it, she said. But they had to protect Sophie. Jurors asks for break
AW was checking SW's privates over and over for sexual abuse but not saying anything when she says there was evidence of i? I call BS on the whole thing. JMO I think she is the sexual preditor and not a single person in the Rhoden family.

Nash and Parker, I think Roberts was one of the pre-trial attorneys.

No smart watches allowed? Nash still had his today.
Parker was not paying much attention to GW4 for some reason
