No "WTF was that about"? moment from the supposedly blissfully ignorant & innocent George Washington Wagner IV? The same GWIV who ranted and raved about Tabi being at border? The same one who told his son BCI wanted to kill him? Sorry, I'm not buying it.

At the very minimum, GW4 was an accessory after the fact. AT MINIMUM.
BBM for emphasis because I literally LOL'd. It would seem so far 6 defense witnesses in that is what we are to believe the defense is suggesting.

It wouldnt surprise me if they read and tried to drive the narrative here as they did on the closed site. The mods on this site probably wouldnt put up with the shenanigans that went on over there.
It took me over a year to realize that posts were deleted. It boggled my mind where some were getting their information from. Kinda like "what am I missing..." So when I realized posts were deleted (seemed to me it was done during the middle of the night) I was not a happy camper. That didn't help much for steady conversations, IMO.

Sure it wasn't jakes big shoulder and tattoo?

Nope.

Jakes tattoo wasn't on the shoulder, it was on the bicep. It's also a much larger shoulder than Jake's. Big enough to be one of Jake's thighs, maybe.

there is no evidence presented that george bought any ammo or any supplies of any kind. none. there is no evidence he was at the crime scene. none. there is no evidence he knew about it afterward. none. until MT. Ohio has a law that if you know someone committed a crime and that someone is family then if you do not tell on them if it is family you did not commit a crime by not reporting the crime your family member committed. so george did not commit any crime by not telling on his family when he found out. none.

As far as the shoeprint. The defense hasn't even began to present evidence so who knows. Maybe when the defense takes over we will learn what size shoe george wore and whether the testing matched him. If it was not a match you can bet the defense is bringing that in.

I just hope there is one juror who is a thinker.

Because canepa set up that proffer deal. she knew the only way to george was through jake and the only way to get jake to sacrifice george was though his angel mommy so she told him we have no real evidence against george, so give me george and i give angel mommy 30 years with a chance for time off for good behavior, working, ect. that 30 years could turn into 15 very easy since angel mommy wasn't guilty of killing anyone, just conspiracy, and if prison gets too overcrowded out she goes.

Look over my typing and spelling please. fatigue does crazy things to your arms and hands.

Can you cite the ORC that says its not a crime to fail to rat on your family.

If they are documented, will we hear them in court ???

hold on. raisin. you dont think george was at the crime scenes and also g4 didnt know jake and billy killed the rhodens til montanna?? is that a bad joke or something?
<modsnip - off topic> I began to think about george. I divided it into 3 phases.

The planning

the participation

the coverup.

Billy assigned them jobs.

Angie - buy supplies
Jake - get vehicle and guns and ammo and make silencers
Billy- watch the r's and decide when the time is right
George...........nothing, no job, You don't find that odd that george did not get a job assigned to him?

Billy planned murders:
Billy planned murders while out on the road with jake
billy planned murders under the carport with angie
billy planned murders with george............nowhere..billy did not plan murders with george. You dont find it odd that billy who's idea it was, who had his finger all in this never discussed or planned the murders with george? Why? because he did not want to go another 20 rounds with george who may have put an end to billys big plan by telling jake and angie you are not doing this.

The participation.

Billy stops the truck and asks jake if he wants to go through with this.
Billy asks george........nothing. because george was not in the truck.

Jake tells george to shoot, george froze, jake takes the gun and fire.
Billy goes bat shyte crazy and jake has to calm him down.
George does.........nothing. because george was not there.

The cover up.

george wakes up late. jake is already up. why? some sleepytime medicine in his food the night before?
George gets upset BCI is digging up farm. why? defense gets in to evidence in front of the jury that george thinks the man he sold the farm to is going to sue him because BCI is tearing up the farm, damaging it.
George is upset at the MT border, yelling a bw, did angel mom tell his she saw tabbi there talking to BW? or did BCI let george know about the casings, evidence from the searches they had and it sinks in on george that his mom, dad and brother did this. So much so that when he gets to alaska he wants to take his son and move in with a woman alone.

I tell you what else I think is a joke. george slithering out of the back of that truck loaded down with 18 bales of hay, which would have put it almost sitting on the ground, crawling underneath it with a red hot muffler after they drove it for 2 hours, crawling behind the back tire and still under the truck lays underneath it with a sks rifle. All in jakes testimony. Now if jake had thrown in a hydraulic jack i just might have believed it. But one capable of lifting a 3000 lbs truck and 1080 to 1800 lbs of hay.

Without JW and Mommy Dearest, they have Gw4 sitting in the Wally Parking lot, being angry on a line tap, and a bloody footprint that we've seen none of the testing the three went for. Did it match G4? If so, AC would be doing a victory lap, if not, the defense should be showing it off all over. Inconclusive? You're right, they truly have little on G4, but at this point, I think they'll vote him guilty. The family enmeshment is so strong. If he even suspected, he shoulda just took B and left home. He's the only one who seems fairly intelligent according to testimony. He'd been fine. The problem is, believing that he did absolutely nothing to aid JW. For instance, JW says, btw, could you pick me up some ammo when you go to Wally? GW4, I will but no more. He's in it. All the way.
Two of the co-conspirators put him at the site of the murders. That means he's part of the conspiracy. He was there for the murder truck purchase and the modification of the truck. He helped bury the guns, based on Jake's testimony. And so forth. Both his brother and his mother say he was part of the conspiracy. We also have the pattern of abuse of the young women who were brought into that family to be "wives," as Billy says, and that is strikingly consistent. The family was not just worried about Hanna denying custody to Jake but of her influence on Tabitha going for custody of her son. So while the presenting, obvious motive involved Jake and Hanna, being rid of Hanna solved a problem for Jake.

A lot of folks don't strap them if they aren't going far but we usually do b/c, as you say, the curves can be a test. Also, it would block the driver's vision, I would think, in backing up, seeing if a vehicle was rolling up behind them. I really think they built it, hid it under the hay, drove it, dismantled the plywood (which looked rather flimsy), and G3 drove it to his brother's home. Sweet uncle that he is.
Jmo if they recreate it needs recreated to true. Not half cause that doesn’t show true story. I believe that is why they left the hay off because they didn’t want to show true. State had to make look the way they wanted. Misleading. Jmo

Jmo I also don’t know anyone that hauls hay top of board like that down a country bad road or a state route as far as that goes. The hay didn’t even have a solid base. Two to four inch sides maybe. I just don’t buy it.

I don't think efficient hauling was the goal.

I would have liked to see the hay stacked on the plywood to see how it looked. And maybe JW and GW4 rode in the front of the truck until almost to CRsr.

Jmo I would like to see those deputies getting in that bed. I bet that was a sight. Or did they have to lift up wood for them to get in.

Yes. Jake doesn't have a shoulder tattoo. His is like a band around his bicep. GW4's is on his shoulder.

Jmo as the pastor said Jake was happy go lucky. Jmo This was after the murders. Jake lives in his own world and it revolves around Jake. He can fool anyone. Jmo

I was just looking at that. No way they put 18 bales of hay on there. They'd have to stack eight bales from the back of the cab, to the end of the bed. If the did that across, that would take some of the burden off the plywood. A 12 x 36, 3/4 " piece of plywood will support around 50# before bending. One bale of hay, say a light bale, 36" weighing around 40-50#. Stacked two across and five down, would be ten, then four on top. The sides will relieve some of the pressure on the center of the plywood and they may have had a support in the middle, I couldn't tell. That's still a lot of weight. Between 720 -900# There's no perfect or standard configuration. Just what gets the most hay in the truck the fastest. I truly don't think they had hay on that truck that night. It just seems really awkward and unnecessary, straggles of hay left behind, stuck to their clothing and shoes, but, then again, it is the W4s.

Then that means Jake lied like a dog because he said under oath they stacked 18 bales of hay on top of the false bottom. Parker mentioned it friday when he said i am not a farmer but i have on reliable source a bale of hay weighs between 50 to 60 lbs.

I don't remember who's tweet it was in about what parker said but i read it. maybe someone else knows.

Jmo Jake did lie and that is why state didn’t put hay on top.

Jmo I don’t much about trucks. Where was exhaust coming out? Was it in back where they laid their face for an hour? I didn’t see any pipes coming up.

How many bales did JW say were stacked up.
