But the judge gave a no contact order between co defendants and it was brought up in court fairly early that they were caught. But for some reason BCI and Canepa never mentioned whether they listened to the calls or what the content of them were. So why don't they play the recordings of the calls for the jury?

I kind of expected to hear some of those calls AC made to her family, then to Jake, etc.

He talked of raping the BCI Agent per James Pilcher the reporter on Twitter.

Is that the same one the judge threw out because of the racist remark in it? He ruled it a rant and not meaningful. Couldn't hear all of it clearly but he said "throw a sausage in his..".

George yells at Jake "you'd rat me out ... you'd go out to BCI and rat out everybody." Next call George "They can't do anything to us ... if you don't attack first ... you make them look like the bad guy with the pickle they've put themselves in.”

George says they need to fight back against investigation "no more breaking and crumbling”

"Not going to put up with their scare tactics no more ... I'm going to go on the offensive.”

In previous recording - George says Jake would rat them out ... he'd go to BCI and rat out everybody

Next call between George and Angela - George: "Everything that you and dad ever did and got in trouble for because someone caved. I ain't caving and I ain't crumbling ... I'm going to cripple them." He wanted to go on offensive about possible law enforcement corruption

Next call between George and Angela about his ex-wife Tabitha. Wondering how long it would be to count for abandonment

Next one is from the truck with George and Jake talking about BCI agent Scheiderer: "Yeah Ryan I know you're listening to this" George says.

In another call - Angela says they are running on borrowed time. Says BCI is acting like they are possessed and obsessed with them. Angela also says she is not taking life in prison - she'll take the electric chair ... "if they frame us" Jake - I'll take my life sentence

Jake says: Mom I love you but you ain't got no balls. Angela says life in prison would be tough and they'd be fighting off everyone every day

George is heard in the background saying he would kill an officer just to get the chair. Angela says stop talking on phone. Then George yells in background "Ryan I'm going to kill you" in reference to BCI agent Scheiderer

As reminder, the bailiff is handing out transcripts of each call when they are played, then collecting them afterward.

Why are they always yelling?

Exactly, it really makes one wonder if they were capable of whispering. The fact this was planned and carried out and George didn't know just doesn't fly. Beth heard all the yelling and others have said it was loud and they fought all the time. Do we really think they ever argued quietly. Seemed they don't know how to discuss and Angela would not hear any other point of view other than her own so everyone yelled over here to get a word in.

Either they don't know him, or she is referring to a particular person.

Like I said, I need to replay.

After listening to GW4 talk on those phone recording, how many Sleuths believe he didn’t intend to make a point to the public that him and his family took out the Rhodens and Hannah Gilley out, JMO

Any of the doubts about what was seen/heard before can now be put to rest because hearing them talk just shows every bit of the f'd up crazy dynamic we have heard about is true. The quiet, smart, "different than the others" George sure sounds EXACTLY the same as the rest, even worse with his yelling, ranting, accusing fits wanting to bring hell down on everyone.

I REALLY wanted to hear the recording of threats on Agent Scheiderer. I don't for a minute believe it was just a rant. He seems like he is serous about what he says.

It's in James Pilcher wrapped thread from this morning but I don't think this is the racist statement.

Rob Junk wants to reopen the rulings barring the perceived threats against BCI agent Scheiderer. Deering had said they were rants not threats. Junk says there is case law stating threats against law enforcement is admission of guilt. @Local12

Yep!

Or, "they're going to try to pull me into this and blame me for some of it!".

"ratting us out" implies you did something wrong.

BCI knew exactly which Wagner would cut a deal from these recordings. That explains why they put JW in Franklin County jail where he would be near BCI.
