How did J. Pilcher get out a tweet before there's a break taken?
Jmo the Levy reporter is the one that stated not asked. If that's the case, I wonder why the defense didn't bring those truck videos up? Maybe they will under direct, when they recall JW.
Makes no sense for JW to take GW4’s SKS rifle from bro and pull the trigger since JW had his own firearm. IMO
In that case, why not before they left?To buy a little time? Have a serious discussion
I came here to same the same. First, we came in very biased, in as much as we'd LIKE to put that aside, it still weighs with us.Agree. I'm putting my faith in the jury. I can't in good faith make a decision based on what I've seen, if I were a juror. The real jurors have seen so much more. They've not missed a single day nor a single word. What they decide, I will consider justice done. My views are from an armchair perspective, with what info I've been provided, only. Our transcribers have done a bang up job. However, without being there in person, I can't accurately read it in the witnesses voices and tones. Just like two folks who were there, when JW testified, and had different views of his behaviour on stand.
I can't figure out the print at DR's. If they did all of that running around, how did that print remain so fresh by the time they reached her home? I remember JW said he burnt up the floor mats, clothing, phone's, etc. .
The prosecution needs to put photos of the Wagner’s home showing all the animal heads on the wall and the gun list also where ammo found in a kitchen cabinet after the Wagner’s moved out, is a kid safe living in a home with mass murders???? JMOhttps://twitter.com/jamespilcher
Wilson argues some of the pictures of inside Frankie's house show the condition of the house - and goes to the motive of Jake worrying about his daughter staying there.
That's where Hanna Rhoden was living until just a few months before the murders - and where her daughter with Jake would have stayed. Judge allows some of those pictures to be used.
Defense wants to exclude some pictures outside from the window where Jake says he got into the house. Several pictures of bathroom except one excluded - and the picture of the window will be allowed in.
Again defense asking to exclude "gruesome" and prejudicial pictures of victims in bed.
About 4 hours 20 minutes in on this video he talks about it. He said the best place to find footwear impressions (so this was not in blood) is by a front door on a non carpeted floor. He said once a shoe walks across carpet any moisture on the bottom of the shoe will be removed and so the best spot to find any is by the front or entry way door if it is non carpeted. They routinely dust those areas for footwear impressions and so that is why they did this area and found some usable prints. It was not in blood like the other scene, this was lifted with fingerprint dust.
He's reporting from where the press gather. How did J. Pilcher get out a tweet before there's a break taken?
Yes. But 9 guns total would not make a difference or may not even need to know. Probably 3 guns were used at CR's.Jmo three guns to me doesn’t mean three people. Going against crs, Frankie, or Kenny I would want to make I had a back up gun just in case.
This has me side eyeing my floors now! LOL Now that I understand what it was they did at Dana's to lift the prints, it makes so much sense. I have pets and a vinyl/linoleum type floor in my entire downstairs (military housing goes for the most economical options.. ha!). When it's raining or even like you said dew is on the ground the dog walks back in and I see footprints all over and it's not mud, but when it dries I can still see them in just the right light. When I mop these floors it can look like glass smears when you wipe with glass cleaner if you don't get it perfectly polished up. Drives me nuts! So BCI basically dusted the entire area by the front door that was not carpet and was able to get some usable prints that way.Right, I remember that. It could have been dew from the grass or driveway, or any number of other things. It was enough to leave a shoeprint on that hard floor in the doorway.
It's a combination of all this evidence, plus the confessions and testimony of co-conspirators that seals the deal for me.
It's impossible for me to believe that GW4 just went to the movies or something that night and had no knowledge of what was being planned. He would have been there when they returned from the murder spree. How would he have missed those conversations? Small house, he would have awakened. We've heard the recordings. Family wasn't even allowed to use the restroom in privacy.
I wonder if he thanked his brother for helping him out of the truck situation? It seems Jake was willing to wreck that truck because it was too expensive to fix. Problem solved and his uncle almost died in that little problem solving accident.Yes. But 9 guns total would not make a difference or may not even need to know. Probably 3 guns were used at CR's.
1 person is inside... at least 1 gun .40 Glock
At least 1 person outside shooting... at least 1 gun = .30 cal rifle.
Truck bed made to fit 2 people. Right?
Does back up include your brother with another gun?
Is older brother mad at younger brother for getting us 'all' in this mess?
Does older brother want to kill/rape investigators in the murder case of 8 people? Gosh... why?
Seems they all had a hand in the murders.
Still no answer really why AW and JW would lie their son/brother into a murder scene when he wasn't there or involved.
Hear, hear!Confessions have long been used to keep bad people behind bars. Jake confessed not just to save himself from the death penalty, but to save his family/co-conspirators. His confession has been very helpful and should be considered by the jury. If he lied, he and the rest of his family go to trial with DP as the sentence.
There is much evidence of GW4's guilt. The standard has been met for Aggravated Murder/Aggravated Burglary, which applies even if the perp was present at any of the crime scenes. Evidence and Jake's confession confirm that he was. There's also ample evidence for the other 19 charges, along with the specifications. Shoe prints, ballistics, silencer, murder weapons, murder vehicle, texts, recordings, etc. All have been retrieved and entered into evidence.
