Ya know, not one of the 4 W’a deserve to be parents. What kind of parents not only mastermind and/or encourage their sons to participate in a mass murder of another family? What kind of parents inflict that kind of life long emotional trauma on their own small children who were toddlers? B and S now have to grow up knowing their fathers who are murderers. These four people have forever altered the lives of so many people it’s unreal.

Are they sociopaths? There has to be some sort of mental illness or genetic chemical imbalance.
One person committing mass murder is crazy enough. Two people acting together in such events is even crazier. FOUR people, parents and adult children committing mass murder is just unthinkable.

You forget. I think this started long before this. Maybe before Fredericka. This entitlement has been there a very long time. And had they been really smart they would have settled in Canada. They won’t extradite on death penalty cases.

I don't think the two older Wagner's could legally as they had prior criminal convictions. Canada does not want our undesirables.

Anyone wanting a large amount of links go to early threads and read the first pages.

Ive dumped US doctors. I go over to Mexico. My scrips are under 30 bucks for 6 months(name brand) and tests I need are dirt cheap. I was paying $900 a month for insurance. Now carry a catastrophic policy for any thing major. I took my health care away from insurance and greedy American companies.

O/T Dental is cheap there too. My son spent a year in Mexico with the church missionaries and my DIL is from Mexico and still has a lot of family there. I have been there several times and was amazed you could buy prescription medicines right off a counter at a grocery store. At a much cheaper price too. A lot of senior age Americans go to Mexico every month to get their prescriptions filled. That's what I plan to do after we retire as it saves a lot on health care.

Sure, they were watching and waiting, but why would they have waited so long that Billy was already in the next state before they stopped him?

Lexington, KY is a 2/12 hr drive from Camp Creek. Over 120 miles, about 60 of it in Ohio. Why not just follow Billy and his sister out of Flying W Farms and arrest him 10 or 20 miles down the road? Jake and his brother were arrested up near Chillicothe, not in West Virginia or Pittsburgh.

I think they did plan to arrest Billy closer to home, but he took off a little earlier.

There are any number of places along the Ohio part of this route they could have arrested Billy Wagner:

Google Maps

Betty I think it depended on when they got the results of that last forensic test back and the order came down to arrest them all. They had someone tailing them all because they knew the arrest warrant was coming and they wanted to pick them up the second the warrant came down.

The first part was audio of the police officer yelling at Billy to walk over there so they could arrest him. He must have been a block away, it took so long. I'd never seen anything like that before - where the officers stand at a distance to arrest someone.

Anyway, it occurred to me watching this and reading everyone's comments above that it's very likely someone connected to LE (obviously) tipped Billy off to the arrest. That's why he was out of state, hiding in the horse trailer. That's why he wasn't surprised the cops were arresting him, he knew why.

JMO, there was no way BCI and DeWine would have set these arrests up in a way that included an arrest in another jurisdiction - especially another state. Too complicated and too much work to have to explain it all to and get permission from another state's AG, state patrol, local police, etc. What if he had contested extradition? AG would be paying to send a bunch of attorneys down there to fight him in court. Why go to so much trouble to arrest him in another state when they could have just grabbed him 10 or 20 miles away from Flying W Farm?

Someone tipped off Billy and he was running. Fortunately, they found out and caught him. Maybe there was a tracking device on the horse trailer or truck. I imagine DeWine was passing bricks.

So who tipped Billy off? A deputy or someone in the Pike County Sheriff's Office? Another agency? Had Billy been working with someone? What if he had been working with PCSO? So many questions.

I think someone at Flying W called him if anyone did. Remember there are employees there that would have called RW at the very least when they arrested FW. Plus they had a tail on him.

But I don't think BW was tipped off and or was running. If he was then why did he have a horse and his sister with him? You don't take a horse and trailer and your sister with you when you go on the lam.

Idk. I'm just happy that the Ky boys got him and successfully handed him over to the Ohio boys. Maybe he did leave earlier than expected, but I don't see him fleeing the country, in a Flying W horse trailer. That's sorta telling.

And dragging his sister along no less.

That's plausible. Some employee or neighbor could have seen undercover LE cars hanging around Flying W. Maybe they left earlier, but you would think LE would have seen RW leave the farm and followed. It was said that Billy was found hiding inside the trailer, so assume he did that because they weren't expecting him to leave with RW.

RW hasn't been charged with anything, so assume she was unaware of him being in the trailer? I dunno, still some things to sort out about his arrest. Trying to make the puzzle pieces fit. ;)

Thanks for the reminder! I think it's scheduled for 1:30 pm.

6.30 pm for me in UK. I hope we get a good view to see his reactions as charges are read out.

As long as I'm not endangering children, or animals, (innocents), I don't believe it is up to the government, to tell me, what I put into my body, and what I can't, nor what I can grow inside my home, or what I can't. I don't see anyone condemning the Rs for growing weed. Edit: Nor calling them horrible people. /Edit However, it was illegal. According to the feds, it still is, and is on par with Heroin. A schedule 1 drug. Again, I disagree with the feds, but they do not care.

As far as biblical, I'm not so sure. Yes it's in Genesis, about the seed bearing plants too, but, I'd check out Romans 13:1 and on down.

I hear you about Romans 13:1 but I still think they had the right to grow and use plants for food or medicine.

Was he the first arrest? I think I read he was. It also looked as though he was leaving, had already dropped the horse off.

Some where there is a post with the order of arrests came from LE.

Just seen Betty's post up above. So Robin driving do we think and Billy in the trailer hiding ?

I think that hiding in the trailer was probably media hype for the most part. He could have been in the trailer checking the horse before leaving on the long journey home. When LE surrounded the trailer he may have tried to hide.

Or he could have seen all the red lights ect coming down the road and instinctively knew they were for him so he jumped out and tried to hide in the trailer. The guilty is always on alert for LE.

Thanks for the reminder, there's a timeline somewhere for the arrests. Probably a good idea to get that into the Media & Timelines thread.

The also have a great treatment for respiratory infections that you can’t get in the US. A combo of Eucaliptine and antibiotic injection. Knocks the crud out of you fast. Everything smells and tastes like Vick’s for a day or so but other than that no ill effects :)

I think that MSM sensationalized that bit about hiding in the trailer. He was arrested at the vet's office. There is a horse in the trailer. He was probably either fixing to get the horse out, when they swarmed the vet's office, or had possibly even been riding back there with the horse to make sure it was riding okay. There is literally nowhere to hide in that trailer. On the news clip, they said the Ws horse was there to be treated for colic. A horse can become very distressed with colic. I could see someone riding in the trailer to calm the animal.

On Tuesday in Lexington, law enforcement officers converged on a horse trailer at R & R Equine Hospital, 2150 Georgetown Road.

Sources tell LEX 18 that W III had a horse being treated at the facility. WIII was found inside the trailer. He and a woman in the vehicle were detained without incident. The woman was later released.

What right? Are you are okay with others determining which federal laws to break?

Nah, only the laws that were put on the books to continue racism and the cycle of poverty in this country. Weed is definitely not heroin and should never have been identified as such. moo. :D;) I understand what you're saying though! They can still arrest anyone who tries to defy the law.
