This is the first arraignment I've got to watch, LIVE. We have the courtroom and that's all right now.
Great! Glad you could join us this time. They're pretty routine, reading all the counts and specifications takes a while. Always interesting to watch the attorneys, perp and the audience.

I'm guessing attorneys are now in the back discussing gag order and waiver of speedy trial

I'm actually very worried about this. If LE can't sort out, definitively and with evidence, who did what, I'm afraid some of them might be set free. It may not be enough, especially in individual trials, four different juries, to simply say they all did it.

Don't forget that the juries will be told of the laws that apply in the case and must be taken into consideration before deliberations. If it can be proved that all participants knew what the killers were going to do, were part of a conspiracy to do so and did nothing to stop those murders, then the guilt and charges are shared without all the "who did what"; I'm pretty sure of that but I could be wrong, of course. Jmo.

He's got a large scar on this side of his head. I wonder if he's been injured, or had surgery? Having had horses, possible injury.

I see Geneva Rhoden in the front row, along with one of her daughters.

Can barely hear the judge. Where's the sound guy? I don't think his mic is on.

Try going to your sound icon and turning it up there. I have headphones on and it worked for me.

1-3 are firearm specifications.

Last three charges are aggravating factors, bring punishment of death if convicted.

Mods were alerted and it was changed. Mods control the titles of this thread. Do you have a problem with it now? If so, message the mods. TIA

No, not at all. I was trying to explain this to someone who didn't know what the fuss was about "victim bashing" in the first few pages of comments.

That's AM in pink right? I saw KR2 also?

Big Billy's hands look so small and soft somehow. Like he's not accustomed to hard, outdoor work.

Sure, they were watching and waiting, but why would they have waited so long that Billy was already in the next state before they stopped him?

Lexington, KY is a 2/12 hr drive from Camp Creek. Over 120 miles, about 60 of it in Ohio. Why not just follow Billy and his sister out of Flying W Farms and arrest him 10 or 20 miles down the road? Jake and his brother were arrested up near Chillicothe, not in West Virginia or Pittsburgh.

I think they did plan to arrest Billy closer to home, but he took off a little earlier.

There are any number of places along the Ohio part of this route they could have arrested Billy Wagner:

Google Maps
My bet is so the others weren't tipped off by the arrest.

Yup, it looked to me as though they attempted (and succeeded, I think) to arrest them all simultaneously.

Try going down to your audio icon, if on a computer, and raising the sound there, rather than on their website.

Both of mine are already turned up to "11". My external bluetooth speaker helps, though. Same for ear buds.

ETA: If the woman I believe is KR2, she's been there for every arraignment.

He's starin' a hole straight through him. If looks could kill him, they wouldn't need the DP. Is that Tony or Brady?
