Like some sort of insanity defense or mental incompetence? Rage issues? I'm not sure. If he was home schooled they may be scrambling for documentation of problems. I haven't figured out quite how they're using his 7th grade education but they apparently plan some sort of defense.

Idk if G3 was home schooled. Maybe he attended public, then expelled or quit. Idk that FW (or anyone) home schooled. Obviously, something happened once he got to grade 7.

When did you last speak to AW? TIA

I think that it was right around the time that they left for AK, or had sold the farm. It was in that time frame. AW answered some questions and commented a few times in another group that I was in. The room was pretty heated toward her, so she didn't stick around long. I had hoped they'd be more cordial because I had lots of questions!

That would be a risky defense. GW3 may not be smart enough to be the mastermind, but he wouldn’t need to be to participate in the murders.

No, he would not.
Wonder if he’s “smart” enough to know the statement from his atty basically shifts the blame for masterminding to his wife or kids. Or did it blow over him.

I don't think any of us feel that way, nor forget the pain of the families of the deceased, at least I don't, Raisin. In order to understand things, sometimes I look at them from the viewpoint of the other person. What were these people like as children, teens, what were their interests, were they loaners, has any other folks gone missing that they knew well? I can still feel pain for the R, M, & G families, but attempt to understand their killers, too. Were they born this way? Are they psychopaths? Do they all have ASPD? Were the two brothers bullied into this by their father? Whose idea was it? I want to know those things. I like to try and figure out what makes folks do what they do. Is there a bad sector on their hard drive? Nature? Nurture?

WS Rules and Etiquette, does include victims as both family members of the victims, and the family members of the suspects. FW and RN, according to WS, TOS, would not be considered victims. They had some role in this. I believe that FW & RW, could probably have ended this a long time ago, and I feel no sympathy for their plight (Reader called out the liars, and said they'd be charged if they didn't step up). I do feel sympathy, most especially, for the children, in the W family, who will have this attached to their name, through no fault of their own. GW3, AW, GW4, and JW made them victims too. S lost her entire family, both paternal and maternal, in 2 1/2 years. B has lost his entire paternal side. I hope that they are with someone who they know, and who loves them.
Great post. Of course no one has forgotten the victims.

Oh, I’m sure you were irritated. If people could control their hostility you may have found out some intriguing info. Darn darn darn

What level of education did RAW and RW achieve? Were RAW and RW in public school??

  • #827
Were RAW and RW home-schooled as well?

Idk. Was GW3, do you know? The only home schooling I’ve heard is AW homecschooling her kids.
I thought someone in RL told me RW & RAW both graduated college. However, I can’t remember. My convo with her was a long time ago.

AW must be fearful that the W family will turn their backs to her. She’s only related by marriage. Despite RW showing for RW’s arraignment, she may have ulterior motives. She may have been there as a messenger or to appease AW, that they love her & are concerned. Surely, if no one attended from the W camp, she would have been most insulted.
I think we can all assume the most perfect outcome for all the W’s would be for AW to ultimately bear the most blame. It’ll never happen but they can dream.
Not only insulted, but the danger that she would throw them under the bus.

You know...

I) if KR2 went fishing with HMR on her last living day;
ii) if she was following her on her way to spend the night at her place before turning around due to the boyfriends toothache
iii) if she was like HR's sister best friend and daughter of KR, knew about the pot

..then she would be near the top of my list of witnesses.
Agree, and,

iv) she has also stated that she was named as the Godmother of the newborn. Not S? Could that be only because HMR was so adamant that CG not have custody of the newborn? If they were like sisters, wouldn't she be Godmother to both? Sisters kept with sisters, and all.

I don't think that the Rs saw this coming at all. It seems that everyone was more worried about K and CG.

That could also be an explanation for specification 4 of the aggravated murder charges.

Yes. Specification four is annoying me. I've been studying on that one.

It wouldn't surprise me if you're right. And HR was living in that vipers nest, privy to what was going on.
Or maybe rather than jealousy the snooping began in 2014 due to they weren't sure what she knew or if she'd share it.
Wouldn't 2014 be about the trailer me they purchased the farmhouse?
IIRC they purchased the Peterson property in early 2014. Interesting that count 19 & 20 in the indictments start on 7/2014. When did the wives/girlfriends of GW4 & JW move into that house?

I just watched the arraignments again. It’s so beyond disgusting to read some of the ugly comments on YouTube. It breaks my heart that people can be so ugly in the midst of such tragedy.

Ok. Thanks. I have the name.

So what string manipulation should I do to obtain the WOW effect?

I added an "L", googled it, clicked "images" and I got weird results

WOW is a game. World of Warcraft.

They are saying he can't be a criminal mastermind w/only a 7th grade education. LE have said that the murders were premeditated, and well planned. GW3's lawyer is trying to get across early, that he feels a man with a 7th grade education wouldn't be capable of orchestrating this crime.

Collins said investigators have labeled his client the mastermind of the murder plot but said Wagner has a seventh-grade education and no serious criminal history.

Around this time.
I think you meant GW4. So difficult to keep everyone straight.

In the course of your career, did you often find parents of spec’ need children often find it easier to give in rather than insist they behave?
Yes there is always the fine line between parenting and enabling. TOS: My kids knew that I loved them, but had to draw the line when it came to following the law. Too many of their friends had wealthy parents who gave their children business cards of an attorney to carry in their wallets, if they got in trouble. When my kids were old enough to go out on their own with pals, I would always caution, much to their chagrin and embarrassment, "I only have $500 for bail money. And that's for me, if I find out you got into trouble!"
(Needless to say, I was never the cool Mom.)

I just got really tired of every other post touting Fred as some hard working, intelligent, upstanding citizen. Every time I read a post praising her sterling character I thought of Kenneth R and how he died before he saw his son's killers in jail. I thought of Lenny and Geneva and the anguish in their voices for over 2 years. I believe that is due in large part to Fred's lies to LE. Had she not lied Kenneth R may have gotten that peace he so desperately sought.

Fred may be hard working and she may be intelligent (the jury is out on that one since she didn't have the good sense not to lie to a GJ) but she is not the fine upstanding citizen some people on here are trying to make her out to be. The woman is a liar who stonewalled LE for over 2 years to keep her son out of jail or to keep her name and business out of the news. I haven't yet decided which one means more to her since by all the accounts of some posters on here her business came first.

The other W's in this family who were not arrested are victims also. I think I made that plain a few pages ago.

I too like to try to figure out why people do the things they do and some discussion of their upbringing is warranted in that context.

I do apologize if I have offended anyone but will not apologize for calling Fred out for what she is.
A liar. A criminal.

I may be getting too involved in this case since I seem to care way too much about the victims families. It may be time for a break.

IMO, G4 displays the most “attitude” in court. An “I don’t care” ‘tude. Hmmmmm. A bit of belligerency , maybe. He is the most vocal in the revenge plots, reportedly. He strikes me as the proverbial chip off the old block.

I apologize, I misspoke when I implied that GW3 was home-schooled. I do not know if GW3 attended public school, was home-schooled or a combination of both.

I know, right? Start out by asking her about those KuhnKuhne pigs, and work your way up! You could tell that she had loved that little farm. Iirc, that's what sparked her to speak up. Comments about the farm.
