bbm. Okay
MYLAND,

I can't help but ask, " Why you think a W or people loyal/ in the employ of W's are not behind the anonymous complaint? Frankly,
I wish they were, because that information would be a lot less disturbing than hearing (physical?) threats were made against those discharged with the duty of protecting the public they serve. If the whistle-blower (as it were) is so concerned about the Sheriff's department, why not be named and claim a reward for uncovering public theft?
"
Ohio Whistleblower Laws. A
whistleblower is an employee who alerts the proper authorities and/or news outlets that the company is doing something illegal or otherwise against the public trust. Therefore,
whistleblower laws are meant to protect employees from being retaliated against by their employers."
OTH,
if the purposeful intent was to embarrass the Sheriff's dept while they are garnering national attention...mission accomplished. Normally, would this story in a county with only 28K residents, ever be more than a blurb in page 9 of a national newspaper? Sheriff R called for "outside help" within hours (if not minutes) of realizing the number of victims....so, with or without him.... other entities took charge of the investigation. His department neither possessed the budget nor the investigative resources to handle a massacre.
