I’m not trying to nit pick or give you a hard time, I’ve just never seen that reported anywhere. There was an early report that JM saw DR’s legs and heard the baby crying and he backed up outta the house because he didn’t want to find his niece like that. I’ve just never seen any reports of foot prints. The article about seeing his sisters legs was soon edited just after being published. I can’t link it so it’s JMO as to what I read. Not to be considered fact.

Yes I remember it was Jame's wife April who gave the interview and said James had seen Dana's legs and could hear Kylie crying and he didn't want to see his niece like that. Then as you said the leg part was quickly edited out.

There was another quick edit like that, that I remember at the same time. An article came out saying that relatives said Chris SR had been shot through a door or wall, and then it was quickly edited out and nothing about walls or doors was ever mentioned again, until the 2nd look at the autopsies revealed that yes, he was shot through a door.

LE searching of JM's truck after the murders has always stuck in my memory. It may have just been a logical item to investigate, but I've also wondered if someone planted something in his truck. Blood spatter or a bloody rag? A weapon? Alternately, someone could have also taken something from his truck and left it at one of the crime scenes. There are several possibilities.

His pickup truck had an open bed. It may have even been unlocked. It was probably parked outside his home all night, making it easy for someone to access it.

I think it may be b/c JM was used to glean info, and he was too embarrassed and broken, to admit that he'd not realized what was happening at the time (til he was in that GJ room and had to speak).

Yep, this was another thing originally reported then pulled a quick disappearing act. When the unredactes preliminary autopsies were released in September, I remembering thinking to myself - yep there’s one detail we heard early on that was quickly removed.

I also believe the release of the unredacted preliminary autopsies was methodical and no coincidence on behalf of the courts and LE. I believe they were released to see who would “talk”. No coincidence the W’s were arrested two months later. JMHO

When the bodies was first found James Manley was questioned by LE about when he first found Dana if he had walked up and around her body, there where footprints like his shoes but if you go back and check the news reports James said he could not go inside the mobile home afraid of what he might see, he couldn’t even go rescue Hanna’s little baby, the killers had to have some kind of shoes like James.

How do you know what he was asked? How do you know what kind of shoes JM wore? Not trying to be mean but this sounds like something straight from the now closed site. JMO

Yes things get released to see who talks. Just my 2 cents but I believe the laser focus reports were to "tickle the wire" ie.. get the Wagners to talk because they were being bugged left and right with audio surveillance.

I absolutely agree with you. And your right, whether it's "resource" OR "source" the point is that she didn't at that point say "confidential informant".

It is a huge difference between a real person feeding LE information (or wearing a wire) as compared to information coming totally from wire taps.

I just feel wire taps played a huge roll in this investigation. FW should be careful even now. Have to do a walk and talk instead.

Yes, some of this is rumor and speculation. There's never been any info in the news media about that. It seems very unlikely that James Manley, after just discovering his brother in law, nephew and others had been slaughtered, then seeing his sister dead in her own home would have thought about what his own shoe prints looked like or whether they matched any in his sister's home. His first reaction was to go out in the driveway of Dana's home to flag down the patrol cars that were coming down UH Road. He realized there was another shooting at Dana's and tried to get help. I would have been in shock at that point.

I took a look through the heavily redacted autopsy reports.

A few things were interesting, again the caveat – I am not a lawyer but I also don’t have a medical background either. This my non-medical impression of the autopsy reports.

I’m guessing there might have been a very bad fight as well as the gunshots at CRsr’s trailer.
CRsr had the longest autopsy report. It noted multiple bone fractures including vertebrae/spine. Don’t know if a fight or the bullets that caused the fractures.
There were “sutures” inside his abdomen (don’t know how recent), also blue surgical mesh “with adhesions” so I’m guessing the mesh wasn’t recent.
His intestines are “not oriented normally”.

His right lung was almost twice the size of the left. Right side looks like normal size, where did ½ of left lung go? Had he had lung cancer?
GR’s autopsy also noted fractures. All of the other’s Toxicology Reports came back on 5/20/2016. GR’s didn’t come back until 6/14/2016.
HHG’s autopsy report was the only one that noted dried blood on her skin (torso, face, upper extremities).
I like where RAISIN was going with the thought that CRsr or GR might have been able to return gunshots or got a good couple of punches in, maybe causing GGWIII to leave some blood (DNA) behind. I think I remember someone talking about a gunshot in the window glass, had it come from the inside? Also, I think I remember someone has talked about GGWIII being “missing” for several weeks after the murders. Maybe he had visible wounds that needed to heal?
Anyway, back to football!

Also right lung is usually heavier, right lung has 3 lobes left 2 lobes- to make room for the heart. Former Nurse with memory issues but do remember that lol Hi guys been reading forever. Will post occasionally.
