My pick for who will roll first is George. He has the least invested in it. It wasn't his ex girlfriend, his ex in laws or his child.

He also has a young son who we assume is with his ex-wife. There is something that worries George about his ex-wife getting custody of the boy. He requested a mental exam of her when she filed to rearrange custody. IMO that is highly unusual for a father to request a mental exam of the mother when she files for custody of her child. So I think he is worried about something in connection with his son based on that.

Back to your question, I think he wanted to get the 7th grade education piece out. Along the lines of trying to imply he wouldn't be intelligent enough.

Oh I get it. When the prosecutors say in court to the jury that he's the mastermind, it will already be out there that he is too uneducated to think like that.

In reading this discussion I decided to browse that case. A voluntary withdrawal of the motion to change was filed by her attorney on 12/27. I'm not sure if this topic is ok for discussion here so I won't add any thoughts or opinions..

Someone on here a couple weeks back said that ---per jail protocol ---the 2 Wag "boys" would get to Skype with (G4's son B) and Sophie.

I believe the W4 were getting into someone(s) else's a/c's until 5/9/2017, who's a/c's?????
Timing on 5/9/2017 is also interesting, lots was going on then, big searches (SWAT) of the Flying W and the packed trailers on 41. Lots of W4 interviews with LE. Also, within weeks of their departure for Alaska.

Who knows? It’s so confusing. This will go on & on until an attorney for one of them drills it home that the state has enough evidence for a jury to find him guilty. Then, we can expect a plea, IMO. (If the evidence supports a DP)
I can’t think of one reason for a defendant to proceed to trial in a DP case. JMO

We gotta look at whose requesting the exam, too. This man is accused of either committing, or assisting with causing, one, two, or as many as eight, murders. What if his ax to grind is just that HMR got her a vehicle, and maybe she and TB, got out and about together, and they both kinda decided they didn't want to live with their respective men anymore? It happens, I've seen 2-3 people start hanging around together to cheer up the friend who is going through a break up, and before long, 1/2 the others are broken up too. Maybe misery loved company, and they both decided to split, but G4 blamed HMR, because, it just couldn't have been HIM... Just a thought.

Does anyone know what the process is for the media/public to gain access to the evidence,pics,docs, etc in this case? Once the evidence is presented in court will we have access to that evidence at that time, or after a verdict is reached? All evidence must be unsealed at some point, right?

Maybe implying mental instability was his grounds for obtaining original custody?
At any rate it appears to me he is trying to smear her by implying she is not fit to raise HIS child.

I too have struggled to find legal/government documents.
Other posters on this forum are quite helpful by posting links to legal/government sites and clues how to search them.
Also, sometimes documents are not available right away. They need to be entered electronically or scanned and that can take a few days.
I think the only pictures that will be publicly available are those taken by the press.

I don't think anyone will be able to see and touch the real evidence due to the chance than an appeal sends the case back for a retrial. People can buy a trial transcript, but a copy of this case's trial transcript will be very very expensive.
