I disagree. That's okay that we disagree. Even people whose children are in state's custody, have the right to see and/ or speak to, their child(ren), until a court terminates their parental rights, and says otherwise. The gag order would mean the parents couldn't speak to the children about the case.
As I said before, with the nature of this case, it is entirely likely that they do not take them to the detention facility, to visit, but, it is entirely likely, that they are able to have phone calls and/or video visits from their fathers.
As many detention centers, as I have visited over the years, there has been no shortage of children, visiting parents (who are there for a variety of reasons). The inmates call their children, have pictures made at some facilities, and, in some places, the child is the only visitor that an inmate is permitted to have actual touch contact with (as in, give a hug). It's based on each facility's internal visitation rules though.
