She looked like she was about to cry when the judge ordered no contact with her co defendants including her own mother. I thought he was going to say she couldn't discuss the crimes with any one but he said no contact which I take to mean Angie cannot talk to her mother, MIL, husband or sons at all.

I think the prosecutor is subtly putting pressure on Angie by isolating her from her support base. The prosecutor knows how hard it would be to not be able to communicate with her mother knowing her grandmother is very ill. So I think that is a ploy to get Angie to roll on the others. They must think she is the weakest link.

JMO
All those things are all normal orders. And they should have considered everything the judge has ordered. Murder is a ________ when you get accused. I feel nothing for any Waggie.

The way the prosecution directed their glance at the defense table, I kinda took it to mean she may have tried to correspond with some of the family members, and she'd been caught.

Also noticed that prosecutors didn't ask for the "no contact" ruling during JW's pre-trial hearing. Something must have happened between his hearing and his mother's. JMO.

Hi there NLM...Welcome & thank you... thought I would take a break and let someone else decipher the "thigh high hieroglyphics." Poor thing, I was actually happy she was not wearing a skirt because those notes were getting pretty lengthy IYKWIM. Hey, I am not picking on her, ANYONE doing that in a court room is going to attract major attention. (Bailiffs notice those sort of things, too.) Trudie provided a humorous scenario of Jake getting a note from his mom. Perhaps a "mom" is instructing RW along the same kind of scenario. "Tell them I love them, tell them not to talk, tell them to stick together"....or a thousand other words of encouragement or discouragement (huh?) of what to say and do. Maybe there was always a good reason for khaki, after all. IMO

Yes, khaki or faded jeans! Lol
I wonder if RW made any eye contact with AW? I’ve had trouble with the. Idea, I’ll try again, later.

Also,
IMO, from the mouth of an atty friend, he gets very angry if family or friends ask him to play messenger, either by phone or in person & refuses to do so. So, if AW asks her atty to pass a message to JWs atty, it ain’t gonna happen.
RW must be already more than sick of this.....she’s the only immediate adult family member not under confinement, other than her bro RAW. He’s evidently very busy & can’t make appearances unless for his mom.

Hey, I am not picking on her, ANYONE doing that in a court room is going to attract major attention. (Bailiffs notice those sort of things, too. It wasn't normal or necessary as her family can watch everything on TV or the internet, just like the rest of us. That is why I saw it as defiance of not being able to write notes on paper.) Trudie provided a humorous scenario of Jake getting a note from his mom. Perhaps a "mom" is instructing RW along the same kind of scenario. "Tell them I love them, tell them not to talk, tell them to stick together"....or a thousand other words of encouragement or discouragement (huh?) of what to say and do. Maybe there was always a good reason for khaki pants, after all. IMO.

Same clothes every time. That has to be some kind of uniform she wears at work. I cannot believe she does not have any other clothes. And that cannot be her Sunday go to meeting clothes. Or maybe it is. I don't know. Poor Robin. I think her life has been turned upside down. I do hope the best for her.

In the rumor department, unconfirmed to my knowledge, there were TWO physical confrontations between CRsr and GWIII in the weeks prior to the murders. Supposedly both with CRsr the victor. If that were to be true, it would definitely jack up the hatred and revenge aspect. With no proof they happened or what they were about, it has to be considered rumor only....
There were 2 fights that very well could have been between Chris and Billy but we don't know for sure. Jake told a reporter that he did not kick in H R's door so something was going on. (I will try to find it).

As to the 2 fights:
DeWine said "investigators have reconstructed every aspect of the victim's lives."

In the same article Sheriff Reader says "Some of the family was involved in 2 fights not reported to police before the murders. "

Lol, maybe JW gave his lawyer a letter from mom?!?
If she intends to not follow advice she should represent herself, imo.
AW didn’t look so good today, imo.
Her phone call list got a bit shorter, huh.

If she is close to her mom, (and FW), then that really hurt! I don't think any of them have ever really been in the inside of jail, as in staying to serve time, so I'd say they're still in a bit of shock. Their other family, can talk to them and correspond with them, though. However, one thing that I've always noticed, it's the Mom's who hang in there the longest, when everyone else has life to live, and things to do, Moms will make the time. AW nor GW3, nor either of the boys, can talk to their mothers.

I don't see a way to delete. Can you or someone else explained?

I'm so sorry. I left out the main step! I'm sure someone else has answered this by now but if you are on a laptop, like me, just highlight your whole comment, and press delete, then you can type the words "Self-Delete", and click on the Save icon (looks like a diskette). Hope this helps!

I agree, Betty P.

You have to use the “edit” feature, after you’ve posted. I think it’s available for 30 minutes. Maybe an hour.

This! LittleDoggie! My brain has a short in it tonight!

I think reality has now set in for AW.
Her atty wants thevDP off the table. Well, helloooooo, that’s his primary job, right?
If the State refuses, I expect a plea from her. Not tomorrow or at next hearing.
We’ve been discussing DP a lot on the Berreth thread, posing hypothetical questions to the 4 verified attys. I THINK they all agree DP cases GENERALLY end with a plea.

The writing on RW's left leg appears to be: March 20th 1/2 day no contact. The 1/2 day is in reference to the judge indicating that it may take a half day to get through the this portion of the pre-trial.

TY, NLM!!!

The first few weeks in jail, AW probably expected a guard to summon her at any moment AW, come with me, you’re going home, need you to dress out, weeks later, she’s still in her scrubs. She must realize she’s not going home. Not for a long time, if ever.

Not Rsd, but a humorous story to share.
Years ago, I was in a small courthouse in a very small southern county. I was there to file some documents. The lobby was completely filled with people. Lol, up against a wall a temporary holding cell had been constructed. Shackled & cuffed sat a defendant trying to peel an orange (from his box lunch) while cuffed. There was only a chair in the temp’ cell, his lunch box had toppled over, spilling a spork and something that looked like pudding or mashed potatoes. Everyone in the building was staring at him like they were at an animal exhibit at the state fair.
I asked a deputy friend why he was caged in the lobby. He laughed & said “that’s where we decided to put him”, knowing the building, I think they had no choice.

Could'a been where I live. We don't even have a jail to put anyone in, yet we have a paid jailer!! :p

Thank you. This was the best audio, for me.
AW was on the verge of tears, near the end. Can her atty not position his chair elsewhere. Hate when they block the defendant.

Here's a link to a 2017 article about food in the Franklin County jail, where JW is housed. Back then, they spent about 83 cents per meal, not much. Not sure what they are getting today.

Cost per meal at Franklin County jail: 83 cents

AW is in Delaware County jail.

That's why the commissary is such a big thing. A 10¢ Ramen Noodle goes for around $1.00!

Ditto. But they do transport the condemned to the out of county facility & get them to court, etc.
