If she is close to her mom, (and FW), then that really hurt! I don't think any of them have ever really been in the inside of jail, as in staying to serve time, so I'd say they're still in a bit of shock. Their other family, can talk to them and correspond with them, though. However, one thing that I've always noticed, it's the Mom's who hang in there the longest, when everyone else has life to live, and things to do, Moms will make the time. AW nor GW3, nor either of the boys, can talk to their mothers.
BBM I can't disagree with anything you wrote. Good observation. Mom's always hang in there the longest. It is a pity Dana, Chris Sr, Chris Jr., Hanna May, Frankie, Hannah Hazel, Gary and Kenneth can not physically talk to their Mother's ever again on this earth. Two little children will never even remember the loving voice of their Mothers. and one little boy will never be carried on his Father's shoulders ever again. So much tragedy. I have to consider it is AW & GW3's actions that brought their mother's into this in the first place. The W4's situation is just temporary. After the trial, they can talk to their moms all they want. (Within limits.) But, I believe letters can be written, phone calls allowed and even visits....at the end of the trials. (regardless the outcome)

I disagree. Reader was saying it wasn't a cartel, wasn't about drugs or cars, and also said it was local. That's about as "Wagner-fried" as you can get. JMO

JMO, I think he was still focused on the Manleys and possibly other extended Rhoden family members, etc. at that time. We'll probably find out eventually, though.

What is in your commissary fund? Is it just the wages earned at your prison job or can your family contribute also?

I have a brother in prison in w. va. We send him money, no more than 100.00 a month. We also send a food box from a certain company every third quarter. He also works training rescue dogs and makes 50.00 a month.

In her style/discipline in the equestrian world, khaki or black pants are allowed, nothing else. So, she prob only buys what she wears on the show circuit. Jmo
I don’t think she’s a fashion icon or is remotely interested in things other women might enjoy. Rather than reading Cosmo & Vogue as a teen, I think she was reading
Farm Journal & Equine World. Her hands tell me she has worked her butt off & I know, having animals is a never ending job. She must be passionate about animals.
But the blouse? Does she buy those by the dozen?

Either a glaring mistake or someone took it for insurance. It still seems odd to me that it turned up 10/30/2018. I'm not aware of any search warrants on that date.
I think all involved realized by then that LE was closing in.
MOO

I have an odd feeling that someone turned it over to them as a show of good faith. That's why I'm still unsure if one of the four has not already folded. They are adamant that AW not speak to any of the others, and they wanted to ensure that even jail staff not speak to JW, about the case, iirc. There is a gag order (even DeWine is covered in the gag order ) restricting any public officials from speaking publicly about the case. I wonder if there was a plan, that we're not being told about, re; handling anyone who rolled on the others?

No live TV in any jail that I know of. Maybe a 20 yr old movie, well supervised with guards and not allowed to get up for any reason.

Never heard of no TV. No TV in jail cells (prison yes/headphones mandatory), jails have TV in the day rooms, first come first serve with the remote. If it’s game day, they vote what to watch.
A guard can turn the TV off if there’s something coming on that might cause all heck to break loose. Iirc, the day Caylee A was found, they turned the TV closest to CA off.
Now, CW could only watch a TV from his cell, no audio, bc he was allowed to use the day room, only one hour alone, reportedly.
I’ve only heard of a few jails allowing local newspapers.

Imo, all LE said “local” from the get go. We only know of formal interviews. IMO, a cruiser was at the Wag residence day two. Obviously they had to verify he had S & that she was alive & not missing. Of course they talked to him. By then, all R’s had been interviewed & imo, we can assume W family w/mentioned more than once.

Yes, for her sake I hope she dresses up a little more. Fred has the money, even cash. IIRC, when GWII's estate was settled last year, Fred inherited proceeds from his life insurance policies that totaled over $300,000.

Pike County Probate Court - Record Search

Maybe the dressing down is a legal tactic, designed to elicit sympathy from the public and think that Mama Wags is poor. Not true, as we know.
I am curious approximately when was GW 2’s estate was settled. I have a good reason for asking.

And those are her good pants. It speaks to me about how truly isolated from the world the W's are. If it were any of the rest of us, we would just google or watch a replay later. The information was not even that detailed.

There was someone on the R side writing with a pen and pad. Internet reliability is not everyone's friend in this region. I am very fortunate, other folks sit their phones in the windowsill to get a signal, or drive to McD's to use their wifi. I think no purses were permitted and she forgot her paper. As Trudie said, she's probably used to doing that on the farm. Have a pen in the truck but no paper.

Someone must have “found” it or overheard where it was.

It will be

I think the attorney does that purposely, and I think it should be stopped. What gives him the right? Why doesn't the camera owner own that right and place it on the defendant's FACE? My opinion.

I think he tried, her attorney was aware & kept blocking the camera. If the hearing had lasted longer, we mighta had some better shots.
IMO, she’s caving. She’s now fragile. She’s not going all the way, imo. She could really be in county jail 3-5 years.
Ain’t gonna happen, imo.

Is she a reporter for the paper? I think she was at another court event, scribbling away.

I think it might be the lighting. In some prisons, they are allowed to go one shade lighter/darker. Might be her style today didn’t reveal the blonder sections. Idk. But I know all about hi lights, lol.
Also, she might have had non-perm hi lights that have faded.
......faded like her future.

It is amazing how creative that females can get in lockup though.

IMO: I'd be surprised if the 4 Ws were not keeping up with one another's court appearances. They don't have a media blackout, as far as I've seen to-date. Inmates have access to information. They may or may not communicate that information either directly or indirectly to the Ws. My understanding is the Ws can't communicate between each other either personally or via third party(attorneys). In other words, keeping their stories straight. JMO I don't see how jailers can effectively censor what is in the public domain. I could be wrong.

A family member can also call the jail & ask the guard on duty to pass info relating to near death or death of next of kin. I’ve been to more than one funeral with a family member in attendance wearing an orange “suit” with chains a dangling, escorted by a deputy. Happens daily, I think. If the sheriff or jailer has manpower & thinks there’s no risk, they will allow an incarcerated person to attend the funeral of an immediate family member.
No, I don’t think any Wag will be allowed to attend any funerals in the future. Not after making escape plans, allegedly. Just to be clear.
Moo
MSO (My State Only)

The protocol in MSO (don't know about other States) when an inmate wants to go to a funeral is:
#1. It has to be an immediate family member who passed away.
#2. You have to pay a predetermined amount for your security. This is calculated based on the distance, exact location, and logistics between the jail/prison and where the funeral is being held.
#3. You cannot attend a funeral if you are classified above a level 2. (In prison it goes from level 1 minimum security up to levels 4-5 which is maximum.
#4. You may not attend a funeral if you are in for a violent crime. A level 1-2 inmate who is incarcerated for embezzelment and who can pay the costs, has a chance to do a funeral but an armed robber would have no chance at all.

Prison is so much better than jail. Prisons are designed for long term housing. Jails are designed to hold a person until, they go to court, bond out or go to trial, get sentenced & move on. I THINK there used to be a law, one year in county was the max anyone could be held.
No food boxes allowed on jail, lol. Buy from the commie cart. Our local jail pours soda from a 2 liter into red Dixie cups, if you purchase soda. $2 gets you room temp Pepsi, diet P or Mt dew. Obviously no cans/bottles. They can buy instant cof’ for appx $15 for a two or three day supply & use hot tap water. Sounds good, huh? I’d rather die, personally.

Well, they do have the coveted stainless steel package.
Lol, remember when we all went crazy to get the SS appliance package, sans the toilet/sink combo, of course.

I have to say, I was not among that group. lol Now, point me toward the things that go Vroom! and I'm all in!
