I didn't think they were sloppy until I watched that Boondock Saints movie. Yesterday I posted the script for a scene in the movie where an assassin enters a home and kills everyone inside including a dog.

After he kills everyone he drags their bodies to the front of the house leaving streaks of blood as he goes, he then takes a knife and begins to cut at the carpet to take the blood soaked portions.

Once he's gathered everything it's all thrown into a van and driven to a dumpster to be incinerated.

Theory is the W4 tried deploying these tactics with CSR and G. Not realizing that real life you'd have to account for all the blood, brain matter and skull fragments. This is theory on why they were sloppy and jmo.
I think that is a spot on theory.

But weren't CRsr and GR moved to the bedroom? I would think that would be the opposite direction of the front door.

Could it be that they were dragged out into the living room as part of the plan, only to be drug back into the bedroom once the killers realise the mess they've created?

I also believe the W4 are guilty but the prosecutors still need to prove it in the court of law. I feel LE did an awesome job of not leaking the evidence they've obtained. There wasn't a rush to arrest W4, even after the laser focus comment by Dewine. It still took well over a year for arrests to occur. If I am wrong I will be the first to admit it.

I'm not sure how an innocent person is supposed to act in court but I'd be darned if I would not fight for bail and a speedy trial. I certainly wouldn't be sitting in court and telling the judge I'm pleased with how things are going at this point. JMO

Lmao you guys hadn’t heard the “I reckon we missed it by just hours” when they picked her up the night before okkkkkk
I'd never heard that they did child pick-ups or drop-offs at BBL. Was that ever talked about before? If so I missed it.
That same article that mentioned the BBL excel sheet also stated that CRSR and,CRJR worked BBL the week before the murders. I know the LE had stated early on that they were aware of multiple fights the R's were involved in but only after the fact of the murders. That's why it made me wonder if the tracking of GW4's cell and those records involing BBL in some way might have to do with one or more altercations in the month period directly before the murders.

No I never read that HMR dropped her off. It’s not true. The media reported that JW picked her up the night before (one day earlier than usual)
I believe it was AW who said HR had dropped her off, that the quote printed about JW saying must have missed it by hours was wrong. It was either in that interview she did with reporter or on FB answering people's posts. I'm sorry I can't recall exactly which.

Chester? Or how about Walter Brennan's walk in The Real McCoy? My granny always said he walked like he had gravel in his shoe.

Personally, I'm voting for IQuestion's suggestion that they just strap him onto a hand truck and roll him in the courtroom like Hannibal Lecter. Not just JW. All of the W4.:D

I think it was Chester, not for sure though as it preceded me by years. Not sure who Walter Brennan is so I guess I'll educate myself by looking him up. I do see that some old westerns are making their way to cable so who knows, TV just might be making a comeback after all. o_O

I think that is a spot on theory.
I think in Boondock Saints, if I'm remembering correctly, it's been a ling while since I've watched it. I think there was also use of ammonia to cover up crime scene. Can anyone confirm that? I really don't want to watch it again, way to gory.

You are correct the ammonia scene happens as the two brothers are walking out of a crime scene only to be engaged in a gun fight with their father.

Someone is going to need to help me out here. There seem to be 3 versions of the exchange of SW between JW and HMR.
SinS says BBL, Tiff23fr gives the conflicting quotes given by JW and AW.
As I understand it, BBL is a campground that CRsr and FR worked at (full time?). How does the exchange of SW between JW and HMR tie in to BBL?

BBM
No clue on that one.

DeWine says the case is "bizzare" and I do believe that statement from him. In the scene, from Boondocks, where they drop from the ceiling, and later the saints say their prayer, Defoe looks up and says, loosely quoting; Where do I see scenes like this? Television. Bad television. Pros don't do that, you only see that sh*t in James Bond movies ( The movie is not in my top 100, even, but its' made for those who "get" that weird, dark, humor. In other words, people like me).

So DeWine is hinging this in part, that the Ws, didn't "get it". In other words, he's saying the Ws did this, and intentionally made it look, just like a bad movie or t.v. show. I've never thought the lot of them as having much of any sense of humor, nor being on the Mensa list... Wasn't no one lookin' at no cartels, nor pro hit men hired out of Detroit, or Cinci. They knew it was local yocals.

Agree with all except that speedy trial. Your atty., may need more time to prepare, to defend you, than is allotted, for your charge. That does not mean that you are guilty.

I placed the interviews in chronological order rather than by name. I felt a few things were interesting in seeing it this way, my opinion only of course:
1. It appears 4 months after the initial Jake video something may have led them to come back to the W's but via Billy. Less than a month later to Angela.
2. It was nearly 6 months later before they went back to Jake.
3. A month after that May gets very active with interviews before the search and right after.
4. Everyone gets interviewed on 5/21 and at some point Angela's switched to video from Audio. This appears to be the first George IV interview.
5. 30 days later "laser focus announced"

Anyone recall if other key things were mentioned in the media right around these interview dates?

I sifted through what little evidence we had long ago and came to the conclusion that the W's are guilty. That is just my opinion.

The posters on this forum like to deal in facts. They do tolerate "rumors" if it is made plain that it is a rumor and not fact.

We on here are not the jury, we are not the defense attorneys, we are not the prosecutors and we are not the judge. We are posters who come here every day to discuss in a friendly and considerate way the evidence and articles in MSM. What we think or what we say is not going to influence any part of these trials.

OTOH if someone on this forum from the Pike County area is chosen to be a juror in this trial I would expect them to disclose that they have been on this forum and recuse themselves posthaste.

Everyone on here has came to their own conclusion about the guilt or innocence of the suspects as I have. That is their right and mine. To single me out is not fair as I feel it is my right to state my opinion on here just like anyone else as long as I stay within TOS.

JMO
I’m with you. They’re guilty as sin. JMO.

My Point? Which story is accurate? The one that states Saturday was the regular exchange date (per Angela Wagner) or the J Wagner's claim that Friday was the exchange date? And even more disconcerting is the msm report that the document were forged 19 days before the murders.

Rather, Jake's mother Angela Wagner said, the couple wanted to legally formalize their agreed-upon shared custody arrangement. After they split up, each parent had custody of Sophia for alternating weeks, starting on Saturdays.

However, the week before the killings, Rhoden dropped off Sophia on Friday, April 15, Wagner said. He was to return the toddler to her mom the following Friday, which was April 22 – the day the bodies were discovered.

In addition to capital murder, the four members of the Wagner family are each accused of forging a set of custody documents 19 days before the murders. The documents are not on record in Pike County Juvenile Court and prosecutors have revealed little else about them.
Pike County investigation: 8 deaths and multiple arrests were tied to one key factor — child custody
Anybody else have questions on why documents were forged 19 days before the murders, in regards to the premeditation charges? Forgery is a black and white crime. Either the notarized documents were forged or they were not.

Puzzles8 thank you so much for putting into words that which I am too tired to do. You are absolutely right. You always have such amazing insight and you have a great way with words.

Those of us on here who believe the W's guilty came to this conclusion after traveling a long hard road of endless discussions and limitless arguments for and against and everything in between. As Dudly said we have cussed and discussed everything under the sun in the almost 3 years we have been on here. In the end it all came down to the W's.

For those of you who believe the W's are innocent and for those of you who want to wait until the trials to voice an opinion I look forward to reading your posts.

JMO

I hoped and hoped it was not the Wagners. I couldn't believe anyone would kill off a little girl's whole family and think it would not have a life long affect on her. How could anyone be that heartless. I hoped for S so that she wouldn't be losing two families. But, I've given up hope.

This paragraph from the 7/29/16 article:

Wagner set a fundraising goal of $20,000, but said his legal bills were not quite that high. But, he added, his legal bills were four times more than what he expected. The former over-the-road truck driver and trained mechanic has maxed out his credit cards. He said he is paying his lawyer in what is left over after he pays his other bills every month. It hardly makes a dent.

HR had been dead for just 3 months. JW had an 'expected' legal bill, maxed out his credit cards and talks about paying the credit card bills. He didn't pay his lawyer with the credit cards tho.

It would be interesting to know how much his lawyer charged and the payments/dates that JW made.

Do you really think, and even after the seaches too, that the LE only conducted audio interviews with the W4? Does Pike County not have a video equipped interview room or two? I would find that a sad state for law enforcement anywhere these days to be in.

Surely his lawyer bills wouldn't be that high. It's Piketon, OH. A family court lawyer shouldn't be over $1,500, and that's if anyone contested, and they had to have a hearing.
