Sidenote: We had a client who was the victim of a financial crime and the perp used their notary seal in the furtherance of the scam. Dhaaang...the conviction/ plea bargain was so quick it would make your head spin. Not even a trial... the perp/notary negotiated and took a felony.
Technical forgeries happen all the time, between "spouses"...my bank would be in shock if they ever saw my real signature. But, misuse of a Notary Seal in the commission of a crime, misleading investigators or attesting to someone's presence (via backdating) will end in a conviction 99% of the time.

Especially because part of the stamp is your name, kind of hard to deny!

Thanks. It was posted through a news station, on Twitter. Showed James' truck and the blue car. This was during the very beginning, before all the distractions, victim blaming, etc. I will certainly do my best to find it. OMO, jmo, I've always "believed" this to be Gary's car. Reason being, there's a red sports car in Chris Srs front yard, that used to be Gary's . He clipped the front end, parked it, and I thought he was driving the blue one. Only an opinion...Also, I've heard the blue car wouldn't start, causing some u expected issues that night. Keyword "heard" so, not a fact by any means. Makes you wonder if perhaps Gary stopped by Kenny's on his way in, and then taken to Chris'. Again, all opinions from observing only. Delete this if violates please, thanks!

Let's knock this "theory" around for a bit, what IF HR and little CR were killed much earlier than the rest, and before DR arrived home? Possibly that is when JW actually "picked up" SW.

Just my brain spinning a thought (*sorta' like the exorcists head*) lol. Just might have made it a tad easier to control DR. ????

It’s possible but IMO the killers would not have planned it this way (and they had been planning for months) .. You kill someone too early and there’s a chance somebody finds them before the next morning. Also more of a chance of being seen as people would not be sleeping

Yes, but the W's had sold their property and moved to AK. They had given property away or taken it with them. It was very difficult for LE to question or observe them. And yeah, the year long delay gave them a lot of time to get rid of evidence. Still SMH that LE didn't focus on W's sooner. JW was the last person to see HMR alive, in a custody battle, and was changing his story and lying about the timeline.

Also, you don't know what type of surveillance or evidence LE was able to gather in AK. Sounds like AK is rather remote and reporters would not even pick up on any LE searches there.
Which reminds me........on the State's Secondary Discovery they referenced a "Search of Wagner's Trailer" on April 15, 2018....
No location given. Which trailer? What was the location of the trailer? What cause did LE have to prompt that search?

Betty, I'm sorry, I think after looking at KR2 articles where she's quoted that the fishing info was given by KR2 on FB and then put on Topix. I don't have the proof of it. I don't do FB and Topix is gone with all it's links.

I see six, not including the stinger, a real Scorpion has five not including the stinger. After we learned of the movie, I think it's more about the Boondock Sts. scorpion/frog story, and the placement of the tatt, on the trigger finger, than the number of segments, on the tail.

Hiya RSD1200, bbm I highlighted your comment because you bring up something I have been thinking about for a few months about JW's claim of legal bill 4 times greater than he anticipated.
First of all, it would have been obvious the Mother of the child was "underage" if he was required to provide a birth certificate for S and HMR, right?? Did it ever occur to anyone that a FALSE DATE OF BIRTH was provided to the attorney, for either S's d.o.b or HMR's d.o.b and the attorney found out when HMR's death certificate was produced? JW already knew he would be asked questions about HMR's age.....and I think he tried to hide it when he submitted the docs. (If he were my client and I found out he lied about "age"....I'd charge 4 times more to refile the corrected documents!) I just have to say, I'm getting the feeling JW doesn't always disclose all the information in a truthful manner. Perhaps he told the attorney, "She told me she was 16 years old....I am absolutely shocked! She lied? Oh, poor me....and now I have a daughter to raise, all by myself."
Just using my imagination and "what-if" scenarios.
Because there has to be a reason he is being "squeezed" on the issue now. I think that has been "the real elephant in the room."

You bring a good point. Was it complicated, risky or even possible to legalize a custody arrangement due to her age?

It could explain why documents were forged. It's just a theory.

My thinking as well, it also supports the theory that Kenneth's death was just a distraction to make the killings look like a cartel hit or a biker gang.

I think the other 5 have court appointed attorneys based on financial need. Is FW's attorney court appointed or is she paying him? I suspect she has hired him personally, that may be why he has become such a courtroom puppet of her's "......close to the cross...not even a parking ticket - really, is that relevant or just grandstanding??"
If she can afford an attorney, then the court might rightly think she should pay the cost of electronic monitoring. I'm pretty sure she would not be able to select and hire one personally, but the cost might be billed to her through the court.

Fred is paying for her attorneys. At her pre-trial hearing her lead attorney James Owen told the Judge that she had hired him.

I think anything is plausible at this point, because we just don't know the estimated time of death for each victim. Personally, I believe someone close to HR would have known when SW was picked up by JW. There are conflicting versions on when SW was picked up/delivered to JW. KR and perhaps others can verify either story. Im sure HR had plenty of visitors after giving birth, particularly when mom was at work, and could verifying if they saw SW or not.

EDIT: JMO on all posts. Again, I don't think it is wise at this point to believe anything W4 said either before or after murders. JMO It seems more likely SW was with the Wags shortly before HR giving birth for obvious reasons.

The YouTube video that was posted earlier in the thread (My apologies to the one who posted it. I can't recall, or I'd give credit.), shows steps that look to me really hard to do with any type of gloved hands. Maybe touch DNA survived or blood??

One thing I can't wrap my mind around, in addition to the heinous plot and murderous acts, is why on earth the Ws would hang onto evidence. Any thoughts?

Yes, my thoughts, too. KR2 probably knows when JW picked up Sophia. Who were the people who had the most interactions with Hanna between the time she came home from the hospital and her tragic death? KR2 was arranging to come spend the night. Did anyone else mention dropping by for a visit? Who all was in Dana Rhoden's house in the 24-48 hrs before the murders?

Kendra may have been afraid to say too much in public. She may have known JW was not telling the truth but couldn't say anything...
