Unless he can refute the evidence, what he says won't matter. Besides, he will not testify against himself. But whoever did that tattoo could testify what Billy talked about during it. Or he may have bragged to many, or the Prosecution may have recordings of him telling others. My point is WE DON'T KNOW the evidence. JMO

Do you know how many mistakes keep getting reported about this case? I mean the wrong information gets reported, I'm still seeing it happen. My opinion only, but I think it was reported wrong about the vests being found in GW3's bedroom rather than bathroom.

Now I am no crime scene professional, but even I know that when they tag evidence with numbers at the scene of a search, like the 2 BPV's are tagged, they don't move them. They tag them where they find them. This is likely a bathroom adjacent to Billy's bedroom.

Now I guess we will find out for sure this July during Fred's trial. I could be wrong, but guess we will find out in just a few months.

Some of us had the impression they were in a hidey hole, crawl space, closet of similar storage area accessed from the bathroom or hallway adjacent to the bathroom. It was really like a spa bathroom, newly redecorated with a spa tub, sauna, built in electric fireplace. Quite the special place.

I didn't get the feel that it was new. I've seen that type of tile in older homes. I don't see a spa tub anywhere.

True, he must have said something that was incriminating against the W's. He may not have been able to describe who the killers were or LE would have arrested the Wagners much sooner. Right?

I'm sorry, Betty, but I have to disagree. That bathroom is most disgustingly dirty and reeks of horror, in that a human would live there. I see two bulletproof vests, bleach, a very strong cleaner, white all over the floor probably from the bleach, a nasty bathtub that hasn't been used in forever...on and on. Reminds me of a murder scene on Criminal Minds. Sorry, JMO

Yes, it was creepy. I was referring to the recent renovations done there to make it like a spa room. I think some of the dust was spackle or drywall dust, indicating some of the construction was recent or no one had bothered to clean it up afterwards. The BPVs, etc. appeared dirty.

He most likely will not utter one solitary word during his trial. IMO he will never take the stand to be asked questions.

He may have seen something, or even heard something, but he may have instinctively known it was something bad, and he should stay put, on that couch, and be very quiet. If they knew he'd seen them, I think they'd have killed him. Once they'd crossed that line with a 16 y/o kid, and mothers in bed w/infants, they have no heart left anyway.

Agree, I doubt his attorneys will have him take the stand. He doesn't seem friendly or capable of presenting himself as sympathetic to the jury. He may not be well spoken and may come off as gruff.

I'd like to see him on the stand, but I'm not getting my hopes up. If anyone takes the stand, I think it will be AW and maybe JW. They seem to be the talkers in the family.

But he probably saw and/or heard enough that, when he described the experience, it could be linked to the W's. Perhaps the number of people, with one being a woman or a description of some of the special clothing and shoes they wore. The W's may have even spoken to each other in B's presence, calling each other by name.

But he probably saw and/or heard enough that, when he described the experience, it could be linked to the W's. Perhaps the number of people, with one being a woman or a description of some of the special clothing and shoes they wore. The W's may have even spoken to each other in B's presence, calling each other by name.

I doubt he would know them. They probably didn't even know he was there, curled up on that couch, possibly under a blanket, in the dark. If they didn't see him, I'd bet money they spoke freely.

Edit: If he was awake, he'd know who it wasn't, too.
