They all will. Look at their indictments, almost identical. A lot of the same evidence, but of course there will be differences. However, LE likely doesn't even know who exactly was at each house, and who shot who, but it's enough if they can prove they were there.

Jake's discovery is from December, and Angela's is Supplemental Discovery from March.

We haven't even seen Angela's first batch or Jake's 2nd batch etc..

Like you say, sooo.... much more to come, like I say, we are seeing the tip of the iceberg.

CC do you know when the deadline for discovery is? More specifically, the deadline for what they currently have in their possession. I know things can turn up at anytime but speaking to only what prosecution has now. I have very little knowledge about the legal proceedings in this respect. I know we may not see an actual trial date for the murders until late 2019 or early 2020

Let's see...RR's hospital photos were in JW's Discovery. And BR's video interview in AW's Discovery. Wonder whose Discovery will wind up with that precious baby's hospital intake photos and audios? Soooo much Discovery yet to come, lest we forget...JMO

This is just me thinking out loud so it is only theory: If the BR video is included in AW’s Discovery, then that means there has to be something that BR saw or heard that he reported in his interview and it must be incriminating in some way to AW. Therefore my theory is that means AW must have at least been in FR/HG’s trailer, even if she didn’t do the actual shooting. Perhaps she sat with BR and distracted him until it was over or he may have recognized “a woman” who came in. My previous thoughts were that she may have been the lookout but this changes things in my mind. JMOO.

Perhaps he didn’t report anything to CRob but he may have remembered something or it was triggered in the interview. Otherwise the interview wouldn’t be included in discovery. Perhaps CRob was afraid to say much for fear he would be targeted. After all, the article came out a yr after the murders, iirc, and the W4 were not arrested for another 18 mos. JMO

I agree that he is mentioned in AWs Discovery for a reason, but we don't know that reason yet. I won't speculate, as my speculation is worth nothing.

Long ago, there had been RUMOR of an unusual item being used at CRsr scene.
How many people know what a Leatherman Tool is?

Many people have a Leatherman because of the clever assortment of tools in device slightly larger than a good pocket knife, in a case that can be worn on your belt (and yes, can be expensive). I don't think it was the unusual item, though.

JMO I thought the 'unusual' thing might refer to the (apparently homemade) suppressor or silencer which may have been made with a Maglite (listed in a Discovery, IIRC).

There were posts a few threads back that discussed how suppressors or silencers work, and how they're made, as well as the very strict laws on manufacture and licensing of the makers.

About that time, it was also noted that Leonard M had mentioned the property search/seizures had included removing something from a "bedfast man." When I took care of my quadriplegic mother, we had bedding for her that was very dense, thick and absorbent.

It occurred to me that it would have made very good packing in the silencer; if so, and since most of the victims were shot at close-range, the packing would have entered the wounds. The packing fibers would be forensically identifiable.

The MUT is actually considered by some as a tactical weapon.

After all the good psychology posters have put into this thread regarding Billy, who thinks “ Scorpion tattoo on the trigger finger Billy” would carry one of the smaller (can opener/ bottle opener) Leatherman Tools. Not me.
Look at the size of the sheath on his belt at the very end of the video. Consider Billy’s size when evaluating.

Pure Speculation- I’ll bet Billy also has the heaviest “ wearable” Leatherman Tool “Bracelet” too. For special occasions. Slip it off, twist it in your hand and you have what amounts to brass knuckles, or a choice of smaller useful “tools” in hand to hand combat.
Aren’t we looking for the smallest details, clues?
I admit, I am thinking way outside the circle of currently available facts.
Those evidence logs have lots of black lines - stuff we don’t know about.
I see where FW (I think) purchased a slingshot...maybe I’m wrong about the Leatherman.

Investigators say a woman's body found Friday afternoon near Rarden does not appear to be a homicide case.

According to the Scioto County Sheriff's Office, the body was found alongside Rarden Creek Road, about a mile from state Route 73. Investigators say it appears the body had not been there long.

My opinion, speculation.
When I saw this list (exhibit 4), noticed all purchases seem to have been made on the same date in May, I thought it very odd. Fairly large expenditures without good reason.

Second thought was - FW was REPLACING items the W’s had at one point in time. Maybe up until late in the day 4/22.
Maybe for some reason W’s had quickly disposed of/ destroyed those items.
Items many others in the community knew the W’s had in their possession. So replacements were needed. My opinion.

This also fits with Johnny B Bad theory that they were planning to kill again if the need arose.

Finally, I shouldn’t have dissed the sling shot without checking it out more closely.
What is The Pocket Shot?
(The small pocket shot doesn’t match the price paid. The Pocket Hammer is closer in price)

Speculation. As it is no ordinary slingshot or catapult, it could have been used to fire at CRsr windows to create a commotion, causing CR to come to the door or window to look out. It was rumored that there was a distraction of some sort that caused CR to be startled and preoccupied for brief moments
