Thanks Cool Cats.

Anyone interested, click on the Multi Tools.

My opinion, the Surge, the Signal and ESPECIALLY the MUT
are not merely like Swiss Army knives, or small or light weight.
The MUT is actually considered by some as a tactical weapon.

After all the good psychology posters have put into this thread regarding Billy, who thinks “ Scorpion tattoo on the trigger finger Billy” would carry one of the smaller (can opener/ bottle opener) Leatherman Tools. Not me.
Look at the size of the sheath on his belt at the very end of the video. Consider Billy’s size when evaluating.

Pure Speculation- I’ll bet Billy also has the heaviest “ wearable” Leatherman Tool “Bracelet” too. For special occasions. Slip it off, twist it in your hand and you have what amounts to brass knuckles, or a choice of smaller useful “tools” in hand to hand combat.
Aren’t we looking for the smallest details, clues?
I admit, I am thinking way outside the circle of currently available facts.
Those evidence logs have lots of black lines - stuff we don’t know about.
I see where FW (I think) purchased a slingshot...maybe I’m wrong about the Leatherman.

I’ll try to not continue on this rant...

No problem, and rant away! I included the other Leatherman links because I think GW3 likely used more than one type, and that Sheath is large on his belt as you said! And yes this is a huge guy, he is 6' 6" tall and weighs close to 280#

“It is an interesting list of purchases: 2x bullet proof vest, a second BPV, 4x fringed and flashy coat, slingshot, and a helmet“

My opinion, speculation.
When I saw this list (exhibit 4), noticed all purchases seem to have been made on the same date in May, I thought it very odd. Fairly large expenditures without good reason.
I
Second thought was - FW was REPLACING items the W’s had at one point in time. Maybe up until late in the day 4/22.
Maybe for some reason W’s had quickly disposed of/ destroyed those items.
Items many others in the community knew the W’s had in their possession. So replacements were needed. My opinion.

This also fits with Johnny B Bad theory that they were planning to kill again if the need arose.

Finally, I shouldn’t have dissed the sling shot without checking it out more closely.
What is The Pocket Shot?
(The small pocket shot doesn’t match the price paid. The Pocket Hammer is closer in price)

Speculation. As it is no ordinary slingshot or catapult, it could have been used to fire at CRsr windows to create a commotion, causing CR to come to the door or window to look out. It was rumored that there was a distraction of some sort that caused CR to be startled and preoccupied for brief moments

I'm mixed in thoughts.

I continue to simply think these are odd items for Fredericka to purchase herself. I can wrap my head around the 4x coat, but the survival slingshot along with BPV's? Shopping between eBay and Spartans website to acquire them? I don't know...

Jmo I find it interesting that in the temporary custody filed on April 28, 2016 Billy is not listed as living with them on Peterson jmo

I had heard this but have no link to support it. Do you have a link?

I also find it odd Jake used the Bethel Hill Rd address and not Peterson Rd when he was cited for a failure to control 9/28/16. Had he left Peterson Rd sometime after the murders but before the property sold?

Tiff, where are you seeing this FW list with coats, slingshot and helmet? I must have missed that link. TIA

Maybe they didn’t want to have a convict listed as living there.

At that point in time, wouldn’t that status have included Angela? Her and Billy were involved in the same shenanigans in years past.

You could be right on it about that slingshot. Remember the pictures of the front of CRSR's trailer. It looked like there were hole(s) in a front window. Everyone discussing it at the time thought they might be gunshot holes from a struggle to get inside or shots from the inside going out, maybe they were from slingshot used to get someone to come to the door?

Does Fredericka realize the monsters she created, Bad Billy put a Scorpio tattoo on his trigger finger just to intimidate people around Piketon area did the Wagners really think that they ruled the surrounding area with fear and intimidation?
<modsnip - TOS violation>
JMO

I don't think he had that tatt on there til after the murders. He's over 45 years old. I don't think he cares what his mother thinks.

I think there was trouble in paradise, before, and after, the murders took place, too.

Idk.
If I knew I had hidden evidence of a murder on my property, I would avoid telling police I lived at that specific address, especially if I had another believable address I could supply. Seems like Peterson was used as an address for custody purposes by Jake alone, no one wanted to admit to living there. Wonder why. And then the property was sold.

CC do you know when the deadline for discovery is? More specifically, the deadline for what they currently have in their possession. I know things can turn up at anytime but speaking to only what prosecution has now. I have very little knowledge about the legal proceedings in this respect. I know we may not see an actual trial date for the murders until late 2019 or early 2020

As far as deadlines for Discovery, with Angela and Jake it's not real clear, but here's some information from some recent articles:

George IV.....Portsmouth Daily Times March 22nd
Deering set a discovery deadline in the case for June 1st. He also set the next pretrial date for May 23 at 1:30pm.

Jake.....Portsmouth Daily Times April 4th
According to Deering, Ohio law requires criminal trials to begin a maximum of 270 days after an initial arrest. Because Wagner waived his right to a speedy trial, Deering said his trial could begin as late as Jan. 31, 2020.

Angela....Portsmouth Daily Times March 20th
Judge Deering stated both the prosecution and the defense needed more time to deal with all of the evidence and discovery connected with the complicated, death penalty case.

“The court is permitting (this) because it is important that we be ready to hear these motions,” Deering said.

Deering said the defense has until Sept. 1 to file any of what he called substantive pretrial motions. Prosecutors will then have until Sept. 16 to respond to those motions. At the same time, Deering set a pretrial hearing on all substantive issues for 1:30 p.m. Sept. 16. He also set another pretrial, presumably dealing with non-substantive issues, for May 16.

George III.....Portsmouth Daily Times March 29th
The first order of business brought to the table by Common Pleas Court Judge Randy Deering was that of discovery. He said defense had asked for information from the state and was asking where the progress was on discovery. Defense attorney Mark Collins informed the court he was promised to have 50 percent of the information turned over to him by the end of next week, with the remainder being completed by June 1st. Collins seemed to be fine with the arrangement.

He may not have changed his license address.

Theory and supposition.
Yes, I was thinking of that picture of the front of the trailer. The window.
Murderers would not have wanted to fire a gun outdoors, as it could attract attention (maybe FR could have heard shots fired outside) so something else had to be used. IF this scenario is remotely accurate.

Jmo the papers were posted online. I don’t have a link. Maybe the Bethel road address was on his drivers license and had not updated that address. Jmo

Jmo if trouble in paradise prior to murders, how could there be trust to plan and follow thru on a murder plan as big as it was jmo

Thanks for this.
Wonder if LE examined this “tool” closely.

It's a common tool, a lot of folks have them, or a variation of them, but, my bet is, that it was placed in an evidence bag. Then again, it could be in his property at the jail. o_O Those items can be signed out.

According to Brentley's mother he remembers nothing about the murders except that he picked up his dads hand and it fell and then the "bled" but he does not have awareness of what actually happened. By the grace of God we should all be thankful for that

Then again, if I were B's mother, I'd say the same, publicly. Just a thought.

In one of my theories, there were only three.

Also, if four, I've seen people band together who didn't really get along, but did so, for a common cause (just not murder).
