Sure. The only new information I gleaned from the article was:

Eight of the theft in office charges involve a Chevy Silverado and a Nissan Versa (but they would not elaborate further)

The tampering with evidence, tampering with records and theft in office charges all relate to “evidence envelopes,” the indictment says.

The conflict of interest charges stem from Reader either taking or asking for loans totaling $3,000 from one county vendor, as well as loans totaling $6,000 from his employees, including one from his former chief deputy.

Reader said neither he nor his department will discuss the matter, and wanted to assure the citizens that business will go on as usual.

So a citizen has provided all this information on wild wild Charlie Reader? The article reads like a woman scorned and/or exp employee with that much knowledge whom is known to Junk? The news outlets might need to clean up their political agendas on this. Cincinnati.com news has been very one sided at times, and has gone after Reader before. Remember that one reporter who staked out the warehouse where the mobile homes were stored? jmo

Adding a half hour to that timeline makes no difference.

Can you explain how Sheriff Reader, who responds after the murders were called in to 911, (he wasn't a first responder at the scenes) would be able to plant DNA at the crime scenes? Are you assuming he carried around some samples of Wagner family members DNA to plant there? Alternatively, he would have to observe the crime scenes, decide to frame the Wagners (why?) and would have to leave the crime scenes, with hundreds of first responders around, multiple helicopters overhead and dozens of news cameras at every intersection nearby, and drive over to the Wagners farm on Peterson Rd. to somehow get into their home, while they were there and take some DNA samples.

Keep in mind, all the evidence at the crime scenes was retrieved by BCI and their crime scene experts who then took it to the BCI labs for examination.

If your theory is that Sheriff Reader somehow planted evidence at the crime scene while BCI was processing it, why would he wait for over a year after the murders before pursuing them?

ETA: See timeline on p 1 of this thread for the names of the first responders to the crime scene.

Inside the Rhoden investigation: Scientists work with cops
Where did I ever say that Reader planted evidence? Or post any theory? All I did was correct an inaccuracy that you posted regarding the time that BCI arrived on the scene. News media arrived prior to BCI, and in fact, WSYX Channel 6 posted a video of BCI's arrival. I can't link it here as it is on their reporter's instagram account, but if you go to this story LATEST: 30 interviewed in Pike County family slaying and click on the link (view more on Instagram) underneath the picture attributed to Stevewsyx6 you can see for yourself the video.

Those indictments on Reader really does have me believing he or his team would purposely plant evidence to frame someone. I think the W’s are guilty, but also wouldn’t be surprised if they were indeed set up/framed

Imo you are giving Reader way too much credit. I just don't think he is smart enough to frame this many people for murder. There is a huge difference in stealing from drug dealers etc and framing people for murder

Locally rumors about Reader have been around for years.

I agree. Reader wasn't even the Sheriff in 2014 when the W's started the tampering and eavesdropping on the victims.
Does that prove murder?

What evidence do you believe LE has that proves murder against the W’s. You really think they have dna?

Prosecutors drop charges against Wagner matriarch, may refile

If I am reading this correctly, the state does not want to turn over the search warrants and the affidavits used to obtain them because of the capital cases.

I would have guessed that information would be part of the W4 discovery. Does anyone know the rules?:confused:

The article says the search warrants and affidavits have been turned over to the W4.

"However, court records indicate those search warrants and affidavits have already been disclosed to attorneys for the Wagner family members who are charged with the homicides."

INCORRECT "The AG's Office says they received a call from the Pike County Sheriff's Office asking for assistance around 8:20 a.m. Friday." They weren't even called until about 1/2 hour later. They did not take over the investigation until arrival. They did not helicopter into Pike County, they drove.

eta - UPDATE: More than two dozen investigators focused on Pike County slayings
But you don't know where all of the many BCI agents were located when the call went out for them to go to the crime scene. They could have been in Piketon. They could have been closer to the crime scene than Reader was. Or do you think they all sit around the BCI office in Columbus or where ever it is located drinking coffee and shooting the breeze?

Best I recall from the earliest MSM articles (Don't know which ones so am relying on my memory on this) Mike DeWine was on the scene within the hour. He did helicopter down if I recall correctly. Some of you old timers on here help me out on this if you remember which articles it was in.

I agree. I would love to see AW’s reaction when she was questioned as to what she was doing at all those Walmart’s :rolleyes:o_O
I bet it was a sight to see, and all the stuttering going on.
