I think Angie does not have Wagner support like before.
I'd bet on AW never having W support outside of BW and sons.
I think Angie does not have Wagner support like before.
My thinking on why AG is still wearing prison garb is that she can cover up the shock vest easier. The vest looks bulky and sticks up in the back which is not easy to cover in women's street clothes. The prison garb is lose and works very well covering the vest. JMO
Not to sound stupid but what does bbm mean?
Is that the same reason AW is wearing jail pants and jail shoes? My thinking on why AG is still wearing prison garb is that she can cover up the shock vest easier. AW was caught trying to pass notes in clothing that’s why she is in jail clothing, judge Deering probably revolved her right to street clothes after she was caught, JMOWe were talking about AW. AG is a typo I'm sure.

I posted the sight on here 2 days ago to the same question.Do you know that for a fact? I'm not trying to be difficult but there seem like other possibilities.
It is JMO, but the reason that she asked for street clothes was to not prejudice the jury. The state is going to pay millions for her trial. Why would the Judge risk that type of penalty on her? It seems like a guilty verdict could be turned over on appeal easily enough. moo.
AW was caught trying to pass notes to her family, if you have been fellow the courts, you would have saw the first time GW4 had got to wear street clothing his attorney made a point to say the clothing was searched before he got them for any kind of writing.Do you know that for a fact? The clothes are always searched. Always. Everytime. She was not passing notes through clothes. Rumor only. She will wear street clothes soon as judge rules on that Motion. The jail has no say in what she wears to court. This is up to the judge only. If the judge rules that she can wear street clothes for the pre trial hearings then that is what she will wear, the jail has no say. You will not find any proof to support this rumor. I keep saying this because I am disappointedthat this rumor is taken as fact, the rumor that she wears jail garb because she was caught passing notes through her clothing.
When the Judge rules on clothing that can be worn no one can countermand that. Not the jail, not the prosecution, not even the defense attorneys. This is why we have Motions for the Judge to rule on. It's the law.
WAVERLY, Ohio — A Pike County judge ordered one of the suspects charged with killing eight people in the Pike County massacre to have no contact with her co-defendants.
During a brief pretrial hearing Monday, Judge Randy Deering ordered that Angela Wagner have no contact, direct or indirect, with her co-defendants. That means she won't be able to communicate with her husband, two adult sons, mother or mother-in-law.
Wagner, her husband and their two sons are charged with conspiring to kill eight members of the Rhoden family and carrying out the plan on April 22, 2016 in rural Pike County.
Defense attorney Robert Krapenc said he had already told Wagner not to communicate with any of the other suspects.
Angela Wagner pleaded not guilty to the 22 charges during a hearing in late November. Deering ordered that she be held without bond
PIKE COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - The eldest of the Wagner sons made his second appearance in court Wednesday afternoon.
George Wagner IV, 27, not to be confused with his namesake father George “Billy” Wagner III, appeared in a Pike County courtroom for his first pretrial hearing.
The hearing was brief and discussed the same motions and filings as Monday’s pretrial hearing for Wagner’s mother Angela:
Wagner appeared in court wearing jeans, a black button-up dress shirt, black vest and red and black tie. His appearance in plain clothes was noted by both his defense attorneys Charles Knight and Richard Nash, Jr., and prosecuting attorneys Rob Junk and Angela Canepa.
- The defense is still waiting for a Bill of Particulars and they’re OK with the time it’s taking to get it
- They’d like more time to file motions relating to the case
- Wagner is not to have any contact with his family who are his co-defendants
All attorneys wanted the change in clothing noted and said police inspected the outfit before court began.
Wagner’s next court appearance is scheduled for March 22 at 1:30 p.m.
He stayed mostly silent during Wednesday’s hearing, only speaking when give a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to the judge. He also gave no indication of emotion as he listened to the day’s proceedings.
Wagner also showed little emotion throughout his initial court appearance where he pleaded not guilty Nov. 28 to killing eight members of the Rhoden family in April 2016.
He faces 22 charges including eight charges of capital murder.

George Wagner IV, his mother Angela, 48, his father Billy, 47, and his brother Edward “Jake," 26, are all charged with the brutal murders of the Rhoden family.
It didn’t, you jump to conclusions, at the end of my post was JMO, and I do believe that is the reason she doesn’t get to wear street clothing while the other 3 Wagners get to!Where does it say that she wrote on her clothes and has to wear jail clothes to court?
That is what you have been saying isn't it?
This was my first post on AW jail clothes.Accused murderer Angela Wagner was back in a Pike County courtroom Monday for a brief pretrial hearing.
Toward the end of the hearing, special prosecutor Angie Canepa asked Pike County Judge Randy Deering to forbid Wagner from communicating with her three co-defendants, who are her husband and their two sons.

"Either directly or indirectly," Canepa said. "In other words, either directly herself, by writing or through phone calls, or by third parties."
The request made some courtroom observers wonder if Wagner has been communicating with 47-year-old Billy Wagner, 27-year-old George Wagner and 26-year-old Jake Wagner.
It came after attorneys on both sides had agreed on time-sensitive issues, including when Wagner's attorneys and prosecutors will argue for and against 49 motions Wagner filed last month.
Defense attorney Robert Krapenc did not object to the request for no contact.
"There's no objection," Krapenc said. "We have instructed our client from day one to have no contact directly or indirectly with any co-defendants."
With that, Deering ordered that the motion take effect immediately.
"The defendant will be ordered to have no contact, directly or indirectly with Fredericka Carol Wagner, Rita Jo Newcomb, George Washington Wagner III, George Washington Wagner IV or Edward Jacob Wagner," Deering said.
This is why Angela Wagner is still not allowed to wear street clothing, JMO

Does any of you fellow sleuthers have an ideal of why Angela Wagner is not wearing street clothing, I would think if she was wearing the jail garb for pity AC would have made a comment on record about AW being a loud to wear street clothing, again this is Just My Opinion
Jmo if you look at her pics going into the courthouse and inside the courthouse her hair appears to be better kept and glasses on top of head. She looks better walking in than inside. (Unless the pics are from different days, but they don’t appear to be) This is one way to separate the four of them from each other in the public’s eyes. Jmo
